After discovering a gas leak at the meter Pete and the crew did a great job. They doug a 70’ trench and replaced the gas line only to discover several minor leaks inside the house. All were repaired and service was restored.

Pete was awesome. Great advice about the work that I thought we should do but in the end we didn’t need to do it yet. We will be needing a new Hot Water heater. You guys are the only ones I will have do any plumbing at our house.

I called Hendrick’s Service Now this morning at 11am for a water leak under our house and they were on site by 4pm. They finished the job in record time. Conner and Trevor were very polite! Conner walked me through everything very thoroughly, communicated respectfully and they just did an outstanding job. They worked together as a team very well. Conner took video and pictures under the house so I wasn’t having to trust them blindly that the job was performed correctly. Murphy visited me today and at 5PM, my AC died. Outside unit. Called Hedrick’s and Ken came for the service. Weekend rates suck but Texas heat is worse. Ken took good care of me and had me running quickly. Burned cap, mostly covered by warranty. Compressor Protector add on that I did not know I had was also fried and that was close to $500 and not warranty….a cap, relay and resistor for that price….wow., that is expensive. Ken was great but the cost was not.

7/6/2925 One year later, Hedrick's remains quick and efficient. A/C stopped working, and it turned out to be the breaker in the house panel. As a result of the most recent visit to inspect my AC units, I decided to purchase a new AC unit to replace a 17 year old unit which was nearly end of life. Jake Hedrick visited my home and carefully looked over what would be needed and then presented a reasonable replacement offer which I accepted. As luck would have it, I hope to have the new unit installed tomorrow. Now I won't have to wonder what day in the summer I might have been without AC.

The technicians who installed my new AC unit were professional and completed a great installation. I was also impressed with their clean up efforts. No remaining mess on my floors, etc.

My annual maintenance inspection was done today by Brady Gothard. He completed the work and gave me an update on various items. He was very through and offered to provide estimates for work that I need to have done some time in the future. I will definitely asked for him to be the service technician when I schedule this work.

Ken just finished my bi annual check on my two AC units, both of which I purchased through Hedrix, one in 2023 and one in 2024. Ken Checked each unit thoroughly, and identified one issue that was under warranty and took care of it for me. Brady Gothard and helper Thruxton did a bang-up job on installing my new water heater. Brady gave me all the options and explained what I didn't quite grasp. He answered all my plumbing questions, even ones that didn't pertain to the job at hand. Installation was neatly done, which appeals to my anal-retentive self. They took away the old detritus and left the place probably a little cleaner than it was before. Hedrick's Service Now has been my choice for 20+ years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

As always, Hedrick's went above and beyond to install a new water heater. It was difficult to remove and the job took longer than they expected due to restricted space. Brady was great and even asked for and used paint I had to cover a very small chip on my door while removing. I probably would have never seen it but they did. Thanks for the hard work.

Chris came out today for my yearly service. He arrived on time and gave me an evaluation of life of unit given it is 14 years old and on the roof of 3 story condo. Also gave evaluation of same age water heater. Always so helpful and gives good advice to prevent bigger problems.

Pete was called to one of my rental properties. He came at a time that worked for them to be there. Fixed the leaky outdoor faucet quickly. Always so easy to work with them and have full confidence that work is done correctly.

As always, Hedrick's not only solved the problem they were called to do but identified an additional repair and took care of that before it caused additional problems.

Always dependable and shows up when they say they will. They identified the problem with my toilets and repaired them. In checking on a faucet that was not running well, they discovered that there was a lifetime warranty and ordered a new one. They were able to repair the issue and now I will have a backup faucet should either in my primary bath go out. Best company for plumbing or HVAC, I highly recommend them. (and do to all my colleges and clients)

Hedrick's Service Now goes above and beyond to provide service for their customers. Brady came today to look at a possible leak in a vacant property I am selling. While there, he heard the smoke alarm battery chirp. I mentioned I had to get someone out there to change the battery. He said "I have a latter, I can do that for you." Connor and Brady came out in the pouring rain to preform a hydrostatic test on a house I am helping a Buyer purchase. They had a tent ready to cover the area outside and always covered their feet when coming into the house. While looking under the house, they brought to our attention that the hot water heater was improperly drained into the crawl space. That was added information beyond what they had to look at. All of Hedrick's servicemen go above and beyond adding incredible value to myself and my clients. I would never use another plumber or HVAC company.

The Hendricks are a neighbor of mine and I was lucky enough to get their son Conner, for this service call so everything went swimmingly well. I plan to use this company for all my HVAC work in the future.

Our hot water heater stopped working while under warranty. Brady came out and immediately noticed that the emergency cut-off valve had tripped and reset it. While here, he rearranged the cut-off valve cord. Before leaving, he explained why the cut-off valve tripped and how I can reset it in the future. He was very patient and answered all of my many questions before leaving. This is another example of the great service Hedrick’s Service Now provides their customers. I rate them Five Stars!!!

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. We had to have another company out to check for leaks due to foundation work. The other company said we had foundation leaks that would cost us about $4k to repair. They spent 5 minutes to determine this. Pete and the other plumber where here almost 2 hours testing everything and found no leaks. Honest service is a great thing to be able to rely on.

While we were not there for the appointment, he phoned us at the end of the appointment to verbally share details of his findings. Update 10/25/24 - Our AC went out. Hedrick's got to us quickly, identified the problem and made the fix - and did it all in under an hour! Price was good and the same technician Ken, who worked on our system before came out on the service call. That alone was very reassuring. We are totally pleased with the service.
I joined Hedrick's Service Now yearly service plan when I had some AC work done last August. The Heating inspection was due and carried out today. Technicians were on time, did a great job and spent the time to advise me on optimizing the system. The experience was both good for the operation of the heating system now that Winter is coming and was a great learning experience for me. I just signed up for maintenance with Hendricks and tech Chris Verkamp was out servicing my HVAC unit and noticed the unit in the attic was never installed properly! That was a shock to me since I previously had a maintenance agreement with A#1 Air and they failed to make any mention to me regarding improper installation. My house wasn't cooling properly and Chris helped solve that issue. I'm very happy with the service provided by Chris.

Great experience from start to finish having my tankless water heater replaced. Pete came out and did the initial assessment and quoted me for the work, and I was very pleased he took the initiative to make sure I was getting the best value for the work by ensuring the exact product and model for my setup that wouldn’t require hiring out a roofer for venting modifications. I felt he really cared and was transparent about the pricing and the work to be done. They came out the same day I green lit the work based on the quoted amount, which is the exact amount I paid (no hidden add on fees) and they did a fantastic job and left everything clean. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

This company just saved my mom $11,600. When her home developed a gas leak, the company she has used for many years quoted a price of $13,000 to replace the gas line. I spoke with the plumber and asked if he had done a leak test. He replied that there was no need as the line was corroded. I gave her the number for Hedrick's and they did a pressure test that indicated the gas line was okay but the issue was in the attic. Thanks to Hedrick's for doing the right thing.

Hedrick’s is the BEST! Brady did an exceptional job for my mom. He explained what he had to do and checked everything after installation. By doing that, he also realized that the person who had originally installed the faucet originally left the water to the dishwasher turned off. She is a very satisfied and happy customer. Thank you.

Technician was very professional & thorough. Provided clear information on condition of AC & items. I have used Hedrick's Service now for over 15 years (HVAC & Plumbing) & they have always provided excellent service & they are honest.

I initially called Hedricks Service because they had replaced a gas line in my neighbor's yard. I saw them throughout the day working and making sure the job site didn't impede others and they did a great job cleaning up. Brady and Ryan replaced my outdoor hose bib. Enjoyed working with Brady the plumber eventhough the operator didn't do a good job of scheduling a time but the owner did call me and apologized for the delay since it has to do to their new System of scheduling. The fact they called me, made me feel really good to continue to work with them because they have my interest above theirs.
