Rip off. They charge $95 to come out. Then quoted a high price to replace our garbage disposal ($720) alone. The tech said labor was a "flat" rate ($500). I wish I had knew the flat labor rate before he came... So we said no thank you, paid the $95, went to home deport and fixed the garbage disposal ourselves in 30 mins for literally 25% of the quoted cost ($180). ..... seemed like on time experts were not in it to give us a fair price.....still got $95 out of us.
STAY AWAY! This company engages in shady, slimy, deceptive business practices. Aside from absolutely atrocious communication where nobody knows what is going on, they lie to you on their website. "Same Day Service Guaranteed!". Absolute lie. We called them for a Wednesday appointment and were kicked back and forth between call center and the answering service and NOBODY called us to tell us that our appointment needed to be delayed or rescheduled. So we waited- for 4 days straight! Despite putting in a request for emergency services, NOBODY communicated with us until 4 days later. Same Day Service Guaranteed? Not a chance.
Next, once someone finally did come to our home to evaluate the problem, the technician said he "respectfully declines doing any repair work to the system because in his opinion the entire unit needed to be replaced and was completely unsalvageable.". Technicians work on COMISSION and they will try their very best to SELL you on something you DONT NEED. They quoted me a new base Carrier unit for $22,000. I have been quoted a dual-stage variable speed unit from a superior brand for $14,000. What a sham. STAY AWAY.
We had an independent HVAC technician evaluate the problem following our miserable experience with "On-Time "Experts"" and he not only correctly diagnosed the issue, but was able to reconstruct the PVC line from the evaporator to the primary condensation line place a new flood switch, blow out the condensation line, insulate the piping, top off our refrigerant for $245 and the problem was fixed.
On-Time Experts should be ashamed of themselves. Running a business preying on peoples vulnerability and taking advantage of trusting these "experts" who don't actually know what they're doing. I will never use them again, and suggest you don't either.
I called on Friday morning to have our hot water heater pilot light repaired. I was told that I would have an early evening visit to make the repairs. Friday evening I called since no one had called or arrived and the dispatcher shared the their plumber had a job they were working on that was larger than anticipated. The dispatcher said that the assigned crew were working a call and that we were next on his list. I’ve made two additional calls, one mid day and late afternoon to which the same comment that were next on the list but the first visit is taking longer than anticipated (again). The dispatcher said they would call us when the crew are on their way to our house and that she (dispatcher) could not give us any estimated time frame. ‘OnTime’ is is not what we’d call On Time. Sheesh. 😡
This has nothing to do with the quality of service as I was not able to make it that far. I put an inquiry in and was looking forward to this company coming out as I read some really positive reviews. And they can only go out 55 miles and I am 57 miles out. So I missed the mark by 2 miles. It's unfortunate that they can't make that concession. But I am going to go with another company obviously.
I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Hunter and Josh went above and beyond. They were respectful of property, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a great job replacing the plumbing/faucet sets in our two bathroom sinks. They left things in neat condition and I highly recommend them.

Charles and Joe from The On Time Experts provided outstanding plumbing service for our water line and fridge connection. Professional, punctual, and skilled, they addressed all concerns with care. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again for future needs.
Completely disappointed with the "customer service". My AC was not working early on a Friday. I texted with customer service, explained the issue I was having and they said "Yes" we can help, answer the call from customer service and we will get you taken care of. Customer service called and they took care of me. They explained that they have a monthly service plan for $19.95 a month and if you sign up, the $95 service fee is waived. I told the customer service rep that I would like to wait and see what the problem is first since this is the first time contacting ON TIME EXPERTS (keep in mind, they claim same day service or its free)
Gave customer service all of my info, received text and email confirmation of my scheduled appointment between 5-6 on Friday.
Left work EARLY to make sure I was home to meet the technician. Received a phone call at 4:45 from On Time Experts. At 4:45 on a Friday afternoon customer service called to tell me the since they received so many service calls from their "MEMBERS" that they had to reschedule my appointment for the following Tuesday, BUTTTTTTTT (there is a catch) "if you sign up for our monthly service plan, we will have a technician out the same day" So, unless I sign up for a monthly service plan, I have no AC until at least the following Tuesday AAANNNDDDD they waited to drop this info on me at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon where it is very difficult to try to find repair options that late in the day. I was referred to them and am totally disappointed at the scam for their monthly service plan. My question is why in the world would you opt for a monthly plan with a company that you don't know and end up getting hosed in the end. Completely dissatisfied, if I could leave negative stars I would....totally unprofessional at best!!!
