Our AC wasn't blowing cold, and with summer around the corner, we didn't want to take any chances. The billyGO HVAC technician arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Not only did they fix our Air Conditioning, but they also took the time to explain what was wrong, what they did to repair it, and even cleaned up our outdoor unit at no extra charge. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was impressive. We're beyond satisfied with the service and highly recommend billyGO to anyone needing HVAC work!

Our AC was leaking- I called yesterday afternoon and got an 8 am appointment today. Jordan came out and repaired the leak and also noticed we needed a start up kit on our compressor to keep the voltage from going too high. Anyway, we liked his professionalism and friendliness.

We had a tune up appt today with Tray F. today. I can honestly say he went above and beyond to make sure we were set for the summer. Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about his work. We could tell he wasn’t the type to do a glance over and leave. Hope to get him again on our next tune up.

Adam the master plumber is very thorough, great at explaining what he's doing and why he recommends what he recommends. He was friendly and let me observe every step of the way. His attention to detail was above and beyond. He cleaned up after his work, and had a wonderful attitude. He was a delight to work with.

Quan Phan was such a joy to work with today!!! He was very clear and transparent explaining to me the processes and the task at hand. He is very sharp with an endless wealth of knowledge which is truly amazing. I would highly recommend Quan Phan for all of your plumbing and HVAC need and will use him again for sure.

Tray Finto was our HVAC technician today. He was knowledgeable about our system and cleaned the outside unit expertly. ( we had a lot of acorns). He checked the unit in attic and checked the thermostat and all was running smoothly. He is kind and had great customer service skills. We will gladly use Tray again.

Michael was our service coordinator for a very difficult and challenging 1 bdrm condo HVAC replacement. His evaluation in terms of a new unit was spot on so we did not over, nor under invest in a system. His delivery promise was the next day (which I found extraordinary.) They had the right equipment and service techs ready to go despite this oppressive hot weather.

Omar and his assistant did a great job working within a very tight installation space successfully. They got the HVAC unit into the condo ceiling and the outdoor cooling unit up on the roof within a few hours.

The job was complicated by a shorted out/disrupted wire connection between the 13th floor unit and the 17th floor roof unit. Michael arrived on the scene to help Omar diagnose the problem, work with building management on reviewing building charts, and finding the right way to pull a new wire from 17th roof to 13th floor unit.

Master-Tech isn’t the cheapest solution to your HVAC problems, but I think they are the best! They attend to everything in a polite and professional way. I am very pleased with my new system; it runs much more efficiently than the old one. They even replaced my thermostat with one I can control from anywhere using my phone.

Troy with Master tech came in. Fixed my AC because it would turned off and the drain was clogged up and it took him. You know about 20 minutes to do the whole job and he cleaned out the the drain and check the outside unit and was very friendly newest job and got back to work and did everything I thought very well. *Update* I’ve now used MasterTech for both plumbing repair and HVAC.

HVAC: Troy is an expert of his craft, and thoroughly explained our issues throughout his troubleshooting process. We had a 42 year old system that he was able to skillfully diagnose, while also explaining multiple safety issues that the previous home owners might have caused by neglecting to maintain the system. We decided to go with a new inside and outside system, and Omar and his technicians did a phenomenal job. They set clear expectations for the day and followed through to a T. Omar spent additional time after everything was installed and cleaned to ensure I knew a few things about the machine, filters, and even helped me setup the new system thermostat with its app. We’re members of their maintenance program now and if trust them for any HVAC repairs you won’t be sorry.

Plumbing: Adam is amazing. Super honest and transparent the entire time. Adam was able to help with testing our home and verifying we didn’t have any leaks, and even went above and beyond for documentation to help us provide the city of Lewisville what they needed to take a bigger look at a city leak. We are now needing some other unrelated minor plumbing work done 6 months later and I immediately called Master Tech because I know it’ll be done right for a fair price.

A mastertech technician came out recently because we were experiencing hvac issues. The technician told us one of our motors was failing, and we also need a few other things replaced. He also said the entire system would need to be replaced soon so he would give us a quote for that too. The quotes were so OUTRAGEOUS, we sought out more opinions. Turns out we just had a clog!! The system and motors are fine! It’s so disappointing to see a company like MasterTech rip customers off so badly. This is your reminder to always get a second and third opinion.

We purchased an HVAC unit from Mastertech for over $10,000. The salesman up sold us a 10 year warranty that covers pretty much anything that could go wrong with the unit. Our AC unit went out the other day so we called them to service it and they tell us they no longer service our area. We’ve called back multiple times and all we get is attitude from them claiming they no longer service our area. So basically they took money from us for this extra 10 year warranty and now are refusing to provide us the service, which is theft. I would like my money back for the warranty I paid for since you are not going to honor it. I will be reporting to the BBB and anywhere and everywhere else to warn people about this company that steals your money. Stay far away. Shady business practices and more than likely illegal, they definitely have no problem scamming people. I also want to be clear this is not the manufacture warranty I am talking about. Master tech directly sold me an extra warranty to cover costs that the manufacture warranty does not.

My 2 year old and 5 month old had a cough for nearly 3 months. The doctors thought it was allergies or air quality problems. After a slight confusion about an installation 2 years prior, Omar resolved the problem, conscientiously going above and beyond, fully understanding the situation and voluntarily arranging a solution. Give him a raise for sensitivity in customer relations.

We had (4) companies quote our total HVAC replacement including duct work. The quotes were about even but what made the difference was Troy at Mastertech. We recently purchased a house and the 80's HVAC/duct work needed some serious re-thinking. During the initial consult, the other companies missed stuff that Troy identified -> supplies to close to the return, relocate supplies near windows, changing the positioning of the attic unit to gain airflow efficiencies, etc.etc. Being in IT field for the past 30 years, the best engineers I worked with were people who were truly passionate about the work. I could tell during our initial conversation that he might of briefly left this universe and was in his happy place of static pressures, CFM and HVAC design principles. Thank you, great job!
