Hi y'all, I called Gilbert with Jade air about my ac/heat window unit. Even though he doesn't work on those, but out of at least 15 calls to other ac repair people, he is the ONLY one who actually took time out of his day to talk with me about it. I highly recommend him. My heating is now working on my unit just from talking with him. He's great. Call him, you won't regret it.

Our outdoor AC unit would not start. Summer days in North Texas are consistently hitting around 100 degrees. Called Jade Air. Gilbert was helpful and pleasant to speak with. Jade was able to come out within a couple hours. He fixed and cleaned the unit in under an hour. I felt the price was reasonable. He also gave me some maintenance tips, which I appreciated. He was easy to work with and did not try to sell me on anything such as monthly memberships or a club. I am super satisfied and will call them for future cooling and heating issues.

This is a family owned business that has perfected costumer service. They really do go above and beyond.
Not only did they come out to check our potential hvac problem sooner than I would have expected, they also diagnosed the problem quickly (it wasn't the hvac). Our issue ended up being a plumbing issue and they gave us great advice/information on what to expect going forward.
They also checked in on us, a few days later, to make sure everything was ok! I do not know many companies that would spend the extra time to do that. Im blown away by the service and I strongly recommend Jade Air.

Gilbert with Jades Air is fantastic. I went through a lot last year with my HOA installing a new roof and causing damage to my unit. Gilbert was there every step of the way. He’s knowledgeable, honest and operates with high integrity. He continues to service and maintenance the AC Unit and I trust him and his work.

Update: 2 years after Jade Air installed two brand new units in our house, I called them back out to do routine maintenance. The owner and tech were both very timely, courteous and professional. I would recommend these to anyone as my go to HVAC company.

I was drawn to Jade Air from their reviews on Google. My wife and I bought a house and needed the AC replaced. I first spoke with Chris, who was professional and took the time to ask all the appropriate questions to make sure he knew exactly what it was we were requesting. My father-in-law is an engineer by trade so he was able to "talk the lingo" with Chris to make sure what Chris was saying was fair and accurate, which it certainly was. Throughout the whole process, Chris and his team communicated quickly and was able to get all the parts we needed and installed in about a week. His quotes were honest and very competitive for all the services and replacement parts. On the day of the service, we had the technician Eric do the labor and he was great. Very respectful to our new home and worked hard throughout the whole process. Overall, I feel like we got lucky by picking Jade Air. The team went over and above what was requested and provided a memorable service. I would highly recommend.

Incredible team of expert technicians. Jade and Gilbert and their whole team went above and beyond to replace 2 AC units that were from 2003. They found additional issues preventing my AC from running but worked tirelessly with me and my condo neighbors to get it fixed. Most reasonable price for AC repair and replacement. Don't let the other big corporate companies nickel and dime you for work, these guys are honest and very upfront. Also they keep you updated and informed the whole way through the job.

FANTASTIC business. This is a family business that does quality work and really cares about their customers. They completely changed our HVAC system and provided fast and quality installation with competitive prices. Communication was excellent. All I kept thinking during this process was how this company could be so nice! Not used to that kind of personal, quality, honest work nowadays.

I had them replace an AC unit back in 2018, and they did a great job! They were prompt, courteous and fast. As for customer service, I will admit I did have a little trouble at first with the ability of the call center they use to get me through to the right people when it came to servicing the unit. However, once Gilbert, the owner, found out about this issue he went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. After that, I never had an issue getting attention when I needed it. I truly appreciate the personal touch, and as a result I recommend Jade Air for your HVAC needs!

6/6/2022: Even two years later, Gilbert still answers my calls for help and send his nephews Eric and Nick and son Jade to help me with concerns with the AC units, no matter if it's on the weekend or a weeknight. My AC went out when it was 90+ degrees out and Gilbert was out to my house to fix it within a few hours! He even gave me tips to prevent this from happening the next time. I will definitely be calling him every time I need help with my AC!

To begin they were very professional over the phone. They explained the ac maintenance in a way I could easily understand. They arrived on time and the work was done in a timely fashion. They even solved a problem for me over the phone the next day.

My A/C broke and they said they’d be able to fix it. They rescheduled on me 5 times, I left work early three of the times to meet them. Incredibly unprofessional and this experience has left me incredibly frustrated. Would not recommend. Find someone else.

After getting multiple quotes that were 2-3x higher than expected, I came across Jade Air and was finally quoted an appropriate (and extremely reasonable) repair price to replace an AC unit. The staff communicated very well and were out installing our new unit immediately. Don't waste your time messing with other big name, little service companies working the metroplex.

I’ve used these guys to repair my ailing AC every summer and they always come through. I love them. These are really good people who do a good job at a very VERY fair price. They are nice and I can't say enough good things about my experiences with them. This is the second summer in a row that one of my units has decided it doesn't wish to work and Jade Air has come to the rescue. They have found ways to patch my poor old systems together and keep them cooling. You can't ask for much better and I've certainly dealt with much, much worse!

I’m so thankful for the 24/7 services Jade Air provides. Late ⏰ on a extremely hot June evening and my AC stopped working. I talked to Gilbert and he said he would be at my place in an hour. I think he got to my place within 20 minutes. Within 30 min he got my AC working! Hallelujah! I will definitely be using his services again!

I scheduled a service maintenance request. Gilbert said service person would be here between 10AM and noon. At 11:45 I called and received a return call within minutes, I was told they had an emergency. They would be here shortly not to leave it would be between 15 minutes maybe an hour or so. Around 2PM I called and was told they were still coming, as if I would wait. I did receive exceptional service from Wolverton Air this morning! You be the judge.

Gilbert is probably the best and friendliest and most knowledgeable AC repairman I've ever talked to and I'll never use another business again. My AC turned off at 8 pm on a Wednesday and Gilbert spent 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me exactly how to quickly fix it so I didn't have to spend the night sweating in Texas heat. Please use Gilbert for all your AC repair needs! I know I will.

Absolutely worst HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. They do not have prices cheap, you can get the same results with any other company for same price or cheaper. I had to end up using A# 1 instead cause I couldn’t get these guys to come out. And actually show up. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

I called Jade's frantic around 7:30 pm on a Friday night. The AC in our house had quit cooling and it was hotter than hot. The owner answered the phone when I was fully expecting an answering service. He asked me a few questions, gave me a few remedies, and promised to put me on the schedule for the next day - Saturday. I was skeptical but at 10:45 am, Saturday, he called and said he was on his way. The servicemen arrived within the time frame quoted and had the AC cooling within an hour. I appreciate their quick response, their reasonable price, and maintenance tips. While I don't wish anyone's AC to go out at home during a summer in Texas, if it happens, I suggest a call to Jade AC.

Hired Jade Air to replace my AC and Air Handling Unit for my Condo. They did a great job especially considering the AC unit is on the roof of my condoplex. My heater went out on Jan 15 when the Arctic Air was blowing in and snow was in the forecast--I described the issue to Chris, one of the owners, around 7pm and he suggested that the high winds could have created an issue in my attic and I should turn the breaker off for a minute or two (rather than flipping it off&on) and it fixed the problem ! We highly recommend Jade Air. They replaced our AC and Furnace (which are in 3rd floor attic) about 2 years ago, were polite and professional, and we have been very pleased with the product and the service. Recently we were trying a self install of a WiFi thermostat and got stuck. A call to Jade Air quickly identified what needed to be done. However, changes to the electrical wiring in the furnace were necessary and we were hesitant to do them ourselves. Amazingly, they were able to make time and stop by about 30 minutes later and make the wiring change and our new thermostat was working!

We've been using Jade Air for a while now ever since our last unit started dying. The most recent incident involved me replacing a thermostat and in the process blowing a fuse on the controller board. I gave them a call and they walked me through the repair. It felt more like dealing with that friend that is an expert on whatever your problem is than a service company looking to make $75 on an easy call.

Just had another outage. They came out the same day but of course the system was working when they showed up. But they figured out what was causing the issue and quickly took care of it.

Twice now I have used Jade Air to come out on short notice after our A/C started blowing warm air in the middle of hot summer months after our normal A/C company told us they would not be able to schedule a service for days. And twice Jade Air were super nice on the phone, came out, fixed the problem, and exceeded our expectations in service, affordability, and quality. We will be using Jade Air moving forward as our regular A/C company because they have done such a wonderful job for us these past two times, and I cannot recommend them enough, whether it's for emergency service, regular checkups, or big installations!

This is the first time writing a review regarding my experience with Jade Air. I'm going 5 stars, and first off, my communication with Chris, was on point and professional. They organized the visit with my tenant as I was not able to be there to oversee the repair. While a follow up visit was required, they took full responsibility for ensuring the repair was completed and that my AC unit was working. I scored a gas company rebate deal for a new gas water heater (to replace my failing 14 year old "good and faithful servant"), but still needed installation. Jade has been aces with our air and heating so I called to see if they did water heaters. Chris answered and told me, "Yes, sir, we do." Chris had me text him the make and model number (for the connections and dimensions) and where to pick it up. Chris called when his installers were on their way to the store, and they called when they'd gotten the water heater. 90 minutes later, out (and off!) with the old and in with the new. The team at jade air are exceptionally friendly and helpful! As new home owners that needed our furnace and air conditioning replaced, we found not only their prices to be reasonable but they were super informative and helpful at walking us through the process and information we needed to know. The told me that the tonnage the other company we received a quote from, was complete overkill and they prices were outlandish. We've had nothing but great service and good quality work done. Friendly and honest service! We had bad experiences with other A/C service providers in the past, and have had great service with Jade Air.

Even though they don't service homes in my neighborhood (I live too far north), Chris spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me today, explaining why my condenser fan was locking up and what I could do about it. Considering that the company I dialed before calling Jade Air would not tell me what was going on unless I paid $60 for a house call that would happen some time next week, I would wager the Jade crew are good people. And from what I could tell (with a background in chemical engineering) the advice I received was highly expert. Chris demonstrated a deep knowledge of AC systems, and an ability to share that knowledge at a level I could understand. I suspect he also probably saved me about $400 today and spared me from days of anxiety worrying over whether one of the most expensive pieces of equipment I own is on its last legs. I would definitely use they guys for AC repair. They are not just "tradesmen." Nor are they merely "technicians." What they are is professional, in every sense.

Jade Air's team is very professional and did a great job installing my A/C a few years ago. They are always very responsive, even in the height of summer, to come and address the few issues it has on occasion. When my old freon pipes gave up the ghost about a year ago they did a quick and good job installing new lines through the attic instead of under the slab foundation which kept my install costs down.

Customer service to the max. They were extremely accommodating, willing to go the extra mile in every way, and understanding. Their prices were competitive, too, so I couldn't be happier. Great people and great service.

These guys are fantastic! Our baby was six weeks old when our air conditioning went out. It must have been peak season, because every company we called wouldn't come out for at least 2-3 days, which would have been a disaster. Even though it meant working very late and during a freak thunderstorm, the folks at Jade Air talked my husband through a temporary fix for the AC so that we wouldn't have to leave the house that night. Then, they came over the next day to resolve the issue for good. They charged a reasonable amount for their services, too. Everyone I talked to was professional and courteous. I could tell they cared about and valued their customers.

Called these people last Thursday to get a quote for an install of a part. They gave me the lowest bid by a lot so decided to go with them. The guy said the part should be in either next day or following Monday. On Friday they said the part hadn't come in so they would call us on Monday when it came in to schedule the appointment. They never called. On Tuesday we texted and called but no response. Wednesday we texted and called and got a hold of someone that said he would call back to schedule the appointment. Finally got the appointment scheduled for Friday morning but we weren't given a timeframe other than "early morning". At 9am we called them again to see what time they would show up and the guy said he would call back in 15 minutes to let us know what time. He never called back. I called to cancel the appointment and the guy didn't even seem to have our house on the schedule and didn't ask us for a name on the appt but just said ok. I guess going with the lowest bidder is not always the best idea.

These guys are amazing! Timely, polite, and high quality service. They are among the best of any company I've had to my house to do repairs.

My AC unit went out a few nights ago. In the heat of summer, this is a problem. I called Chris and he and Gilbert were at the house first thing the next morning. Twenty minutes later my AC was up and going. They were great at explaining what was going on and gave me some tips to help my unit last longer.

Great experience with Jade Air today. We had a last minute call in at about 5:45pm the Friday before July 4th weekend.

Chris Smith took my phone call and was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service skills. He was up front and honest about cost to come out and troubleshoot or repair. After our initial conversation, he called me back to attempt to troubleshoot over the phone since he wanted to make sure that it wasn't going to cost me a service charge just to flip a breaker. I cannot stress enough the professionalism and integrity of Chris, great person with a positive attitude - we need more people like him in the customer service world.

About an hour and a half later Chris and Gilbert arrived at my door tools in hand and promptly started analyzing and diagnosing my issue. After figuring out the root cause, as well as checking out my entire system. They determined the issue, fixed the issue, and taught me how to further troubleshoot myself if I was in this situation in the future. I was so appreciative because I tend to ask to many questions and want to know what is going on at all times - I'm just genuinely interested in how things work.

The integrity of Gilbert and Chris is top notch. I will not call any other HVAC companies as long as I am in an area serviceable by Jade. This is a company that should be on the top of your list for your HVAC needs, in fact it should be the only company on that list!

My air conditioning decided to get sick just as the temps in Texas were getting hot and steamy...104° equals yuk. I Googled and found Jade Air. Chris came to my family's rescue. I needed someone to come out and check on my HVAC system because my nest thermostat wasn't working. Before the tech even came out I was walked through how to get the A/C running again as a temporary fix! I dealt directly with Chris and he was very helpful and professional. I swear these guys could coach a clinic on customer service, I will definitely be using them again if need be in the future!

I'm in commercial real estate and know how much A/C repairs should cost, so it is absolutely infuriating when I get residential service and bills come back well above the true cost! Not with Jade air. I've had them working on/servicing one of my AC's for over a year now and have never seen a bill I didn't feel was more than fair! Gilbert, Chris and all their guys have been awesome and have consistently delivered prompt high quality service. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to many friends.

Jade Air was great. We had our A/C service done yesterday, 4/29/16. And the people that worked on our unit were very nice and professional. We called Jade Air after Time Warner installed a faulty thermostat and then wouldn't make the effort to come out to fix it the next day when it became apparent. Our heater wouldn't turn in, and it was getting really chilly really fast! When I explained the problem to Chris, he said if I was game, he would have his partner Gilbert call me and walk me through a few things that might fix the problem. Literally five minutes later, Gilbert walked me through a couple of quick things to bypass the faulty thermostat and get the heat on so our family doesn't freeze. They could have just taken our money, but instead they got our appreciation. Such incredible service, I'm still a bit stupefied.

Fast, efficient, knowledgable, affordable, kind, and local! Fabulous experience. Didn't upsell me. Fixed my AC withitn two hours of me calling and in time for me to make my dinner reservations. Will DEFINITELY recommend and go back to Jade in the future. THANK YOU!

In one word: AMAZING!. Called Jade Air because my AC broke down, they offered to come and check it on the same day. Then they told me they are "on call" 24/7 - hard to believe, but is true!. They Came to my house, within minutes found the problem, explained me the whole thought process and replaced the broken piece. Extremely nice people and even better customer service! Sad it took me so long to find Jade Air. I worked with two other AC companies here in DFW and wouldn't recommend them. But Jade Air is Highly Recommended! The guys at Jade Air bent over backwards to help us out with an emergency repair on Sunday. Everyone else in town said they could get to us the following week, but when Gilbert heard we had a new baby in the house, he fit us in within hours. The service was quick, professional, and at a much lower price than I expected. We will definitely use them for future repairs and replacement needs!

If I could give more stars I would. My experience with many contractors is they are always up-selling you. Jade Air is the exception. The first company quoted me a new motherboard at $1,900. Jade Air troubleshot my unit in 5 minutes, identified an electrical fault, reset it, and cleaned the condensing unit and only charged for the service call! Not only are Gerald, Gilbert, and Chris expert technicians/trouble-shooters; they explain the issue and get you running at the minimum cost. Their communication is clear, and there is no up-sell. Customer service is the best I've experienced in a LONG time. Chris stayed in contact with me via text throughout the day as he finished up a previous job and was on the way to my house. I have found my AC company in Dallas.

I have used Jade air for over 6 years now. They have always done phenomenal work and provided exemplary customer service at a fair price. They are honest and on several occasions have even recommended a lower cost solution when they could have charged me to do much more. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great AC/Heating company.

I called Jade Air this morning because my air was not working. Chris told me they were backed up and he would need to call me back. He did and told me that it would be later on that evening before they could get to me.

I had another company out that replaced my Fan motor and one of the condenser for the fan. He missed the other condenser that was bad as well and a switch on the compressor was bad and it was low on freon.

Chris and Gilbert showed up and found the issues they saved me $7000.00 because my unit is 1991 and the switch on it was the game changer. Since they were able to fix it i have air again.

The customer service is outstanding that alone is a 10 in my book.

I called to have a small issue (AC condensation line) looked at and repaired. My call was immediately answered and the techs Gilbert (who I beilieve is also the owner) and Chris came out promptly. They identified the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They charged me a mere service call fee. They were both extremely courteous and I appreciated their professionalism.

Called Jade Air on very cold morning to take a look at our broken furnace. They sent a friendly and knowledgeable tech out right away and was there within the hour.

I had a problem with another HVAC company. Called Jade Air and talked with Gilbert about getting a second opinion. He was able to walk me through trouble shooting the furnace over the phone and we were able to get it running again. They really went out of their way to help me out. Can't recommend them enough.

Mark at Jade Air is one of the best people I've ever had to work with. He came out late in the evening, used a 30ft ladder to get on my roof, and came back with pictures of what was wrong with my unit. He offered to repair it the same night, but recommended I replace the unit instead. He clearly went over all my options and their pros and cons. I agreed to replace it, and he said he would have it done tomorrow morning while I was at work. Sure enough I returned home to a perfectly cooled home. This was the easiest and most convenient I've ever had any home repair. Glad to know there are still upstanding people like Mark in the business.

Gilbert and his team have serviced my old unit for a long time. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Whether you're looking for a new system, or service on your old system these are good guys to call.

Was absolutely the best experience I could have imagined. I called in Saturday night, spoke with Gilbert, and he was at my house Monday morning to refresh my AC unit. Gilbert could not have been more pleasant to work with. I will be calling him from now on to handle my AC.

Jade Air came out when our heater wasn't working, and temperatures were cold. They worked around our busy schedule to come out and fix our heater right away. The cost was also very reasonable. We will definitely use the again in the future!

After being out of town, I returned home a heating system that wouldn't power on. I called multiple companies before finding Jade Air, and boy am I glad that I found them!

They came out and quickly diagnosed the bad motherboard. They showed my the pricing and let me make the call on how to proceed. They came back first thing the next morning and replaced it and got me warm again.

I'm no heating/ac pro, and they were very nice about letting me ask questions - it was like a free lesson, step by step.

About a week later, the unit went out again. They rushed back over (during the Icepocalypse of 2013), and found that the main breaker hd gone out. With zero fuss, they replaced it for me with no charge. This is above and beyond, and they didn't have to do this.

Their prices seemed reasonable, but that is not what hooked me on these guys. It's simple customer service. You literally cannot ask for more than Jade Air. I'm 100% sold and will shout this recommendation from the rooftops - Jade Air has a customer FOR LIFE in me!

I called on one of the coldest days of the year (freezing rain, sleet, and below freezing temps), after having no heat for almost 24 hours. My call was answered immediately and professionally. Apparently my heating issue was extremely minor and the expert I had the pleasure of speaking with walked me right through it.

Now I'm not sure if every case is this simple, but just the fact that Jade Air didn't hustle me with some outrageous service call fee and cost/labor charge is miraculous!

Honest service like that is hard, if not impossible, to find these days so I will definitely use these guys for all my ac/heating needs from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I'm an aircraft technician by trade, yet I didn't know the system of our furnace. I found the manufactures data on the internet. Yet, I was looking for a special part to buy that I knew was the problem.

Yet, I called them thinking they were a parts dealer. Instead of hanging up the phone. Jade Air talked me through the problem, and they actually helped me over the phone!

If I have any problems or need service! Jade Air is the first people I will call!

A friend referred me to anther a/c company on Friday they showed up and said they could not get the part to get my a/c going until Monday. I went online found Jade Air they showed up Sat at noon got me up and running. Returned on Monday with the original part from the manufacture and serviced my a/c. The tech was great and took his time to explain everything to me. Did not leave me without air for the weekend. No one else for me!

Gilbert came out promptly on a Sunday morning to tend to our AC problem. He was great at diagnosing the problem and quick to solve it. Replaced a capacitor and installed a hard start, working a total of 1.5 hours on the entire job. A quick look up on the net of the parts he used showed a total of $150 in parts, including the electrical tape, extra wiring, shipping, taxes, etc. I was charged $635 for the service... A whopping $485 for his labor!! While I appreciated his prompt service, I disliked the dishonesty in pricing. I tend to refrain from writing reviews, but I do feel buyers should beware from using his services. In the least, ask for a price quote before moving forward and don't be duped like me.

Used several A/C guys around town before finding Jade. They came to make one repair at my old house, did a great job, and I've recommended them to others since then.

Today's service compelled me to write a review. I needed someone out quickly because my house was 87 degrees. Instead of sending someone out and charging me a service fee like others I've dealt with, the owner helped troubleshoot over the phone and my unit was up in running in 10 minutes. Good people.

When I called Jade Air I just needed to have someone get my heat working correctly again. The owner spent about 25 minutes asking me questions about the issue and walked me through finding a solution. He also took the time to explain the best way to avoid any more issues and the costs and benefits of preventative maintenance. I have yet to experience this kind of exceptional service from any company. Better yet, my wife has stopped complaining about how cold it is in the house!
Honesty and professionalism is what I got and I liked it!

We have an older home and when the AC started giving out, we called Jade Air. They arrived promptly and fully explained the problems and the different options. We chose a shorter term solution and they had it fixed in no time. This allowed us to postpone the big purchase for a while, but still have cool air. When the whole inside system finally crashed, we called them again and got the same great service. Even though it was almost 5pm, they came out right away, explained everything and replaced the coils and furnace in the attic in just a few hours for a really good price.

We also have a rental home with an older AC system that we knew was going to crash soon. When it did, we called Jade Air again - they worked with the property manager and the tenants to replace everything on an extremely tight schedule for a great price. We didn't have to worry about it all - it was done in less than half a day and the tenants were very happy.

Bottom line - we recieved excellent, friendly service from these guys and highly recommend them. Thanks Jade Air!!!

I bought a new HVAC unit from these guys two years ago, and their price including installation was $2,000 lower than the next competitor's. That included free labor for two years.

This weekend my AC went out due to a tripped circuit on the roof. Gilbert answered my call at 7:30 AM and came the same day, despite this being the busy season for AC. He fixed the problem and waived the $200 labor charge, even though technically my two-year free labor term ended a couple weeks ago.

I have dealt with at least four HVAC companies in Dallas. Jade Air is by far the best. They have saved me a lot of money and they know what they are doing.

Last Fall my A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Gilbert the owner with Jade A/C was the only person who agreed to come and attempt a repair. He thoroughly explained and showed me the issues with the current unit. At that point, that unit was 15-16 years old. He offered multiple choices to replace the unit, acceptable prices, possible ways to finance, and had the new unit in place by the end of the next day !
Very easy to work with and had no "pressure" to decide about what should be next.

Today, another SUNDAY afternoon, I returned from church, only to find my condo
almost as hot inside as out.Jade came to the rescue in less that 30 minutes, did some cleaning of the outside unit, and assured me the work was covered under
warranty.Service and reliability of Jade A/C could not be better. ALWAYS call them first !!!
