Toby, Jon, and the team are amazing. We had to get the coil to our AC unit replaced as well as a new furnace. They were quick to respond to my request, kept me in the loop the entire time, offered a competitive rate, and the team was courteous and efficient while in our house. Even though the job was more difficult than anticipated, they stayed until late to finish the job for us. I would highly recommend them for any AC or Heating issue you might have as I won't use anyone else but them.

Just an update from my review 2 years ago. We have continued to use StrikeForce and they have exceeded all expectations. Jeff comes out to service our home twice a year for service and he's amazing. Jeff is efficient, friendly, and explains everything that needs to be done (if anything at all) to ensure we are comfortable with the outcome. I've used Toby and his guys for probably ten years now. They are hands down an awesome team. They've always been honest with me when things need a simple repair vs. replacement, and best of all, they are SO fast to respond to any issues I'm having. Special shout out to Jefryn ("Jeff"), he's been by a few times recently to handle issues - not only is he on time, he's courteous, spends the time to answer all my questions, and is just an awesome guy overall. Purchased a home four years ago with two HVAC systems powered by two premier Lennox HVAC systems that had been installed about two years prior to the home purchase by a large, well-know company. Amazingly, in spite of the fact that both units were serviced twice annually by this company, the larger AC unit failed the same day that scheduled maintenance was performed by the company which had installed the units and provided maintenance. This required paying for labor to replace the AC coil. Two years later, we experienced yet another AC coil failure on the smaller unit, again in spite of twice annual maintenance. When notified of the second failure, I knew that I could not allow the same company to provide any additional service or maintenance to our units. I contacted StrikeForce, and Jeff came out and verified that the coil did need to be replaced, but he also noticed issues that suggested poor maintenance work and what appeared to be actual physical damage to the coil. He located a new coil which was replaced under warranty, and corrected other issues that needed to be completed. I feel confident in the work that was done, and I will be using StrikeForce for maintenance and service going forward.

The bid I received was less expensive for a higher quality unit than a moderate unit from another company. So I saved money and got a much better ac unit. They were on time to the minute, and worked very hard removing an old unit from my upstairs attic and replaced it with a new one… many trips up and down a drop down ladder. 5 stars is not sufficient, they deserve 10! My outdoor unit's fan went out on a Thursday evening and Jeff was there within 15 minutes to take a look. Unfortunately the part couldn't be ordered until the morning because it was so late but, Jeff and Mary were quick to get me scheduled and the part installed the next day. Recently, I was having trouble with one of my A/C units, and contacted StrikeForce. I scheduled a quote. Toby came out on time and quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. I scheduled the repair and an inspection of all three of my units, and Toby and his crew arrived on time. The crew was professional and seemed to quickly fix the problem. The outside was wet, and I noticed that there was some mud tracked through the house, but it was not a lot and I own a vacuum--not a big deal.

While the crew was there, I also asked them to install two power extender kits (that I supplied) so I could install new thermostats. I should have asked the price to install the two power extender kits beforehand, as it was $200 for ten minutes of labor when the crew was already at my house and no parts. I grumbled a little, and Toby knocked off $50. Again, not a big deal, I should have asked upfront.

The crew left before ensuring everything was installed correctly, and I determined that the power extender kits were not installed correctly (because my thermostats would not power on). I immediately contacted StrikeFroce, within ~10 minutes of them leaving. Rather than coming back immediately to correctly finish the job, they waited about three hours to return. Toby inspected the wiring and it turns out that the wire I needed was already in the wall and I did not need the power extender kit. Toby removed the kits and finished installing the thermostats. While it was a bonus for them to install the thermostats, I am now $150 in on the kits that were never correctly installed. Now the thermostats are powered up, and they leave again. Again without ensuring the system is working correctly.

I give the A/C a little time to cool off, but notice it is still blowing hot air. I text StrikeForce again to tell them the problem and they said "I guess I'll be back." After more waiting they come back and fix the problem. At this point I am a little frustrated that I missed an entire day at the office for what should have only been a couple of hours and that I paid an extra $150 for nothing. But the A/C is working so I am happy.

Several days later I review my invoice and notice there is a line to install a new drain pan for $675. The quantity is marked as "0" so it was not charged. I replied to the email ask about the charge as it was the first I have heard anything about the drain pan. StrikeForce replied and said that they recommended doing the "extra work" as the drain pan was rusted and the return air side was pulling air from the attic. If I would not have responded to the email and asked why this was on the invoice, I would have never known that more repairs were needed. How could they not bother to mention this: especially, when I had them inspect all three of my units to ensure everything was working properly. I responded to the email several days ago to gather more information, but have yet to hear back.

My AC was blowing hot air and no one was available to come diagnose my unit until I came across Strike Forces number. I call them and they were able to come repair my unit the same day. I was very appreciative because it was 86 degrees in my home and rising. Jeff was very professional and was knowledgeable about HVAC. I would definitely recommend them!

Toby and his crew are wonderful--very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I had concerns about our upstairs HVAC unit not cooling sufficiently and Toby came over within hours of my call. He was very helpful in explaining exactly what problems we had (including pictures of leaks) and walked me through next steps in upgrading the system. He was really great about working with me on finding just the right unit at the right price for us. I was also really impressed with his team. Every single one of them was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I really can't speak highly enough of Strike Force and absolutely recommend them.

Toby was very responsive in dealing with my clients' HVAC issues over the weekend. During my open house, I notice a leak coming from the attic and I googled "24/7 a/c" and Strike Force heating & Air popped up and with a 5 star review. So naturally I called and Toby answer and he was at the house in 1 hour notice. Unbelievable service! Diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue on a Sunday just in time for another open house. I highly recommend Strike Force. You will get good honest service.

Toby and his team have been super responsive in dealing with my HVAC issues. First, he repaired our old ones, and then when it came time to replace them he gave us a very fair bid, and put in two new Lennox Units. I highly recommend Strike Force. You will get good honest service at a fair price. But best of all, when you need them, they always fit you in no matter how long they have to work.

Toby was very easy to work with. He responded promptly to my email request for a quote and was on time for the appointment to service my A/C. I have an older unit that's not easily reachable on my condo's roof. He was honest in saying that it was in good shape and just needed to be serviced with a few reasonable recommendations. I will definitely call him in the fall when I service it again for heating.

Upgraded our HVAC systems. Sealed our ducts and air registers. Added a new return air vent, drain pain and increased duct sizing to one room.

Toby has a wonderful crew. They were here much of the day installing a new furnace and A/C unit and taking care of some other much needed improvements. I can't stress how impressed I was with the whole process.

I had originally leaned towards going with another company, but we had a problem with a plugged drain line over the Labor Day weekend. Water was dripping down through a door frame, and we called Toby since he'd been out once before (he was recommended by the contracting company we're using for our remodel - MBC Services) and was on our side of town. His responsiveness and what he charged for the trip (and follow-up) made up our minds. It was such a relief to get an honest opinion on what was wrong and not be gouged for a Sunday service call.

Over the next couple of months, Toby and I talked via email, and we slowly settled on what was needed for this house. It was just a matter of getting some time available when our remodel was having downtime.

He also met a bid from another company on some insulation work, so once our remodel is complete, he will be coming back for that.

One thing that really impressed me was his willingness to discuss options. We had some concerns about some of the equipment, and we were able to work through the concerns and get something that would work with the new system going in and meet our needs.

There were a couple of hitches at the start of the installation, and Toby was right on it correcting the problem, and seeing to it that we got the system we were paying for. When he had to leave to go to another job, his onsite lead was super to work with, easily handling what we needed done and answering questions for us as they came up.

The last thing...and a very important one in my mind...is they left the job site very clean. While I can't say you couldn't tell they were here simply because we're in the middle of a remodel, they laid drop cloths, moved items that might come to harm, and treated my home with a lot of respect. When they were finished, there was nothing laying around that shouldn't have been.

I also know that if I call Toby out, he's going to give me a straight answer. He's not padding what he's telling me to make more money. I can't think of anything more important than that. I trust him. I trust what he tells me. And that's as good as it gets in my opinion. Honesty in the ac/heating business is a dicey thing, but Toby has it down flat, and I highly, highly recommend calling him when you have a heating/air conditioning need.

Service was great. Most AC companies just want to do the job and move on to the next one. Toby thoroughly examined the problem to determine why my AC unit was not cooling. Unit was low in refrigerant. Other companies would have just re-charged the unit and moved on. He took the time to find the leak thus eliminating the problem to re-occur in the future. Also provided some valuable information regarding the overall condition of the unit.

Hands down the best AC repair company I have found in Dallas. Toby, the owner, called me to schedule an appointment to take a look at a suspicious leak above my guest bathroom shower that a plumber/AC guy once told me was coming from a drip pan. The other AC repair guy did not finish the job and I was still having trouble with it. I don't know anything when it comes to that stuff but Toby was on time, fixed the problem on the spot, and explained everything to me - even though I don't remember now how to explain what the issue was... but he took care of it. Didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, efficient, dependable... I could go on and on! You cannot go wrong with this company! Toby Rocks!

Strike Force replaced the ac unit at my house and did a great job! All the work was done professionally and efficiently. The guys are knowledgeable and are honest with their recommendations. I would recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be calling them back with any future ac needs.
