Shearer Supply Customer Service is 2nd to None!! I deal mainly with the Dallas Store on Miller Road. The inside sales guys are phenomenal. Victor, Jason and Scott go our of their way to help me out, every time. Also, my TM Chad is awesome and always makes time to get me a quick response to what are sometimes probably stupid questions. And if I get in a bind on availability Todd goes above and beyond to find something in the region and get it to me in a timely manner. I have also been to the branches in Allen and Carrollton and the experience is the same at all locations. Other Distributors could learn tons by following the Shearer model!!

Truck drivers: I've been waiting for 3.5 hours to get unloaded on this stop, definitely not recommend coming here. As a 3 stop load their colleagues from Shearer Supply in Tyler and Carrollton got me unloaded in 20min in and out!

Since switching to shearer supply from Trane and using American Standard equipment. The train wreck stopped! I have nothing, but a perfect experience. Always helpful and responsive in timely manner on parts I need on repairs or equipment in stock.

They have a good staff. I havent had any issues with them. Their timing is not bad and if it is a longer than usual wait you wont even notice as they are all pretty down to earth.

Have been waiting since 12:05 Friday afternoon to get a price on an air handler. I was told several times that I would be contacted shortly with pricing. I called 4 different times and was told the same thing every time. Now he next day (saturday) they are closed and I never even got the quote for the unit my customer needs. Customer service would get -3 stars if iwere an option.
