Phelia is my go to person for anything plumbing related. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about kitchen and bathroom fixtures, whether it’s steam shower parts, Kohler’s newest collections, or even ceiling mounted kitchen faucets. She always takes the time to walk you through options and explain how everything works. I’ve asked her about some pretty specific products over the years and she always comes through. I really appreciate how helpful and responsive she is, and I always send other designers and clients her way. Highly recommend this showroom if you’re looking for quality products and great support.

Facets of Dallas is one of my favorite showrooms to take clients. The space is amazing, two full floors with so many interactive displays. They have working shower systems, full cabinetry setups, and lots of samples you can actually touch and test. It’s a one stop shop for designers and builders. I’ve been coming here for over four years and I always enjoy working with their team. I recommend it all the time to fellow designers and homeowners.

Paul is such a great cabinetry designer, super detail oriented and genuinely nice to work with. He has over 15 years of experience and really knows how to guide you through the design process. I love that the showroom has installed cabinet vignettes he’s helped design, which makes it so much easier to walk clients through options. I always recommend Paul to anyone needing cabinetry help.

I was so glad that a friend referred Facets to me. I've been trying to help a client replace her dishwasher for over a year, and every other appliance distributor I went to said it couldn't be done. Guy and Eric not only helped me find the perfect replacement, they also introduced me to a great installer. The showroom is beautiful and it's truly a one stop shop. They have large, well done displays of appliances you don't usually find in Dallas including Blue Star, some Italian lines that were stunning, Hestan, and of course my favorite Signature Kitchen Suite. Now I can't wait to make changes to my own home! Thank you so much for all of your help and a very pleasant experience.

This store has everything you need for your next closet, kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling. The variety is incredible. The showroom is like nothing we’ve seen before. Every light fixture, hardware, sink and bathtub you can imagine is on display. This store offers consultations to each client so that you can pick all the items you need for your next big project that fits within your budget. Highly recommend this place for picky home owners who need to remodel their space. This is also a great place for design enthusiasts.

The reception was awesome: polite and professional. But the person who took a note of the products we were interested and wanting to know the prices, never contact us back. Five weeks later, I called and the front desk transfer me to her extension, I left a message and she never call me back. Seven week later, I went to the builder rep and requested to her a call because I really like their products, the same thing happened: transfer, left a voicemail and she never call back. I am glad I took note of some of the products I was looking for, so I opted to buy it in other store. It is a disappointment because they have very nice store and products but the service is really, really bad

Brittany Brown, my sales rep, did a great job of making sure I was kept up-to-date on when my product would arrive, getting me an invoice with the delivery date, and even helping me get a replacement part for a product I purchased before she even worked at Facets of Dallas. If you are looking for a sales rep that will truly take care of all your needs, ask for Brittany, she is the best!

Two staff members dismissed me when I asked for help. It was clear that they didn’t want my business. I eventually left after being blatantly ignored. Very disrespectful!

The products in their showroom seem lovely, however the shopping experience and service is horrible. None of the product is in stock so unless you have 8+ weeks to wait on it, just skip Facets and save yourself the frustrating service because you have to work with them to get any pricing or availability information. Unfortunately I needed to purchase all items for a master bath but the lady assisting me (Phelia?) was obviously annoyed with my timeline limitations and didn’t want to waste any time on me. She basically dismissed me from the store before I was done browsing or asking questions. Very unprofessional

Phelia is the bomb dot com. That is all. The guys in the back for order pickup were great too!

Stopped in today without an appointment (didn't know the place was "by appointment only"). Called while sitting in the parking lot to see if we could come in and Kathy at the front desk was so, so friendly and told us to come on in. She welcomed us in, and showed us around with the best attitude. I told her they were lucky to have her at the front desk as the "face person". Every company needs a Kathy on the front lines. I don't know if she loves her job or just loves helping people, but best customer service experience I've had in many years. Thanks for making us feel at home, Kathy! Oh, and the products were top notch too.

Facets is the ONE place you need to shop for home improvement renovations. The selection of Fixtures, for knobs, door pulls. Bath tubes, shower fixtures kitchen design, bath design. I walked in and was greeted at the door. Told to look around, someone would be with me shortly. Chris showed up in about 2 min.She was awesome, found my faucets and had them delivered to my house. I shopped at Ferguson's and this Place is WAY BETTER... service and selection. Especially service..

Super friendly folks and an expansive showroom that is as much inspiration as it is for shopping.

We bought a kitchen faucet from predecessor of FACETS almost ten years ago. It started to leak and we could not determine the make to get a part replacement, we had lost the receipts. I sent a picture to Phelia McDermott to see if they could help. She contacted the manufacturer for us and we had the part in 5 days. Awesome service!

I've had an excellent experience with the showroom. They have been responsive, helpful, and I've experienced no back-order issues.

Customer service is not good. We ordered several thousand dollars worth of plumbing fixtures for a bath remodel. We made the incorrect assumption that items were in stock since we discussed our project with their sales rep. Later discovered it would take months to complete our request. Even the long lead time was delayed again. No phone calls. No follow ups. No apologies. No return phone calls. They got their money, so they were done. Would I recommend? Absolutely not.
