This is one of the coolest places I've ever visited. If you're interested in faucets and other items to beautify your home this is the place to go. The displays alone will make you spend at least an hour or more. The store is well organized and clean. The lady who sits at the front desk has a very welcoming attitude and she's very friendly. Go on an faucet hunt and you're bound to find what you're looking for. This place makes you dream. Wow!!!.
Very Nice Showroom -great selection at all price levels . We drove down about 1 hour Drive to visit and select appliances worked with a lady by appointment - selected every appliance we wanted for a remodel - guessing $40K to $50K in product. Never received a quote although was told we would receive in next day or so or any interaction after , called a few times , nothing - total waste of our day and efforts. I guess it wasn’t a big enough project to be interested in. Would recommend stopping as the showroom has everything you would want to see .
Corey Williamson was the absolute highlight of our outstanding customer experience! While Corey made a fabulous first impression by taking extra time to provide guidance on what was initially a nominal purchase, we came back to Corey on several larger ticket items and he demonstrated a high level of detailed knowledge across all products. Corey was patient, demonstrated no eagerness to sell us anything, showed us products across different pricing levels, and was highly attentive even through the post purchase process. Corey is a subject matter expert, he possesses an easy going and pleasant manner, and imbues the highest level of trust. Thank you Corey for creating such a fabulous customer experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I spend over $70,000 with Ferguson ordering plumbing supplies and appliances. Their sales team and order handling team are the most rude, incompetent, unwilling to help bunch of people I’ve ever come across in my entire life. Completely ghosting on scheduled deliveries multiple times to the point that my contractors used their personal trucks to go pick up my appliances themselves! They also sent damaged and / or incorrect items on about 12 different products, and then told me it’s my problem to deal with the manufacturer to fix the problem?
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!
Great products. The WORST service. Great until something is wrong and needs replacing. Sent 4 emails, called and left two messages, went by the store and left a message personally for the rep to call me which he never did regarding my order. Sent picture of a part that needed replacing to a steam unit, very clear picture showing the part missing a prong so it wouldn't connect. Finally responded saying they wanted a video of trying to connect it. Seriously? The part was clearly damaged . Gave up and just ordered it on Amazon. This is after a 40k order.
They are arrogant and dismissive in the showroom. Once they have your money, forget about service. Seriously disappointed. Won't ever order from them again.

I am in the midst of a remodel of a 1950s home and finding pieces reminiscent of the era all in one place is impossible - except at Ferguson. I effortlessly made an online appointment for the bathroom portion of the remodel. I arrived late but was quickly helped. Within an hour I had everything I needed and wanted at competitive prices with free shipping.
Susie was amazing! I was so impressed with her I scheduled a second appointment for other items I’d already purchased elsewhere. Her knowledge and guidance is calming in a stressful process. I am remodeling the kitchen in 2021 and will call upon her again.
My appointment was on Saturday and all my items arrived on Tuesday. My second appointment was on Tuesday and everything arrived on Wednesday. You can’t beat that!
Five stars doesn’t quantify the burden and anxiety Ferguson took away.

Wow! Wasn’t sure what I walking in to. Absolutely amazing! Everything I needed for my renovation! Best appliances, best light fixtures, and I was even able to get everything I needed to redo my bathrooms!

The product selection was very good, but good luck on anyone offering to help you. I walked right out after the lack luster greeting.

After that I told the receptionist I was looking for free standing bath tubs she pointed out where can I find them, no offering to call any one or anything else, I went ahead to look the very first bath tub right in front of the reception desk, a black, one and notice no, measurements, price, name where display, went back to ask the receptionist how can I get that info the answer was “ some of them have them on the sticker you will see “ but did it offer any other help.
I walked around but none of the once I liked had the dimensions, there was a lady at the end of the store and I asked her how can I get information and she told me to go to the reception that they will look for someone available, at this point there was no point to go back to the first place they did not help, so I walked out and they did not even asked if I found what I was looking for …. Not impress with the Custumer service, and I don’t think I’ll come back . What a waste of time
$3500 for a 36in floating vanity? No Thanks! At least they have prices marked unlike many of their competitors and at least they don't have a sign out front saying Appointment Only due to covid like their competitors around the way.
Literally just saw one floating vanity in the entire store. The regular type you might as well get from a big box store or online.
It's so weird how they have employees sitting at desks working throughout the store. It makes you feel uncomfortable to walk around.

This is the second time I’ve received less than stellar service at a Ferguson showroom. The first time was in Frisco. It was like pulling teeth trying to get pricing for Wolf appliances. We finally just gave up and purchased Wolf, SubZero & Cove elsewhere two days later. Against my better judgement I decided to give the Dallas showroom a try for sinks and faucets that I wanted to just see in person before finalizing my purchase. Every single employee was too busy surfing the internet or chatting amongst themselves to offer any sort of assistance. I literally watched people joking around, looking at menus online. It was quite laughable.

They have a lot of nice lighting and fixtures but definitely higher end. Most of lighting I saw would not work in my 3500 sq ft home. More suited to an upscale home to me. I'm sure there are people who want big crystal chandeliers. Just wasn't my style or budget.

Asked a simple question about a Delta part (after I called Ferguson and said they could help)
Was pretty much ignored. Said “we can’t get anything here! We are only a showroom! NO PARTS!”

We were very pleased with Jonathan’s customer service, easy ordering, and quick delivery.
Went to their showroom in downtown Dallas. I'm 80% complete a new home and wanted to get pricing for Viking kitchen appliances. BTW, I live 30 miles north of downtown Dallas. I Walk in, was immediately told, "coming in was by appointment only". Okay, I understand, but I was surprised that her comment was so adamant. She never offered to see if someone may be available, if I had a sales representative, or if I was an existing customer, which I am, or maybe take my name for someone to call me back. But no, her head down, she tell me that I must leave. I'll guess I'll find another distributor to spend my 25k with today.
I was very disappointed in the customer service and turn around time for my order at Ferguson's. I spent over a week trying to have my order updated and my valves ordered for a job, spent multiple days speaking with various customer service team members who were unable to help me. After I finally was able to reach someone to update my quote and order my plumbing valves there was very little communication regarding when to expect my order and the details on my order were recorded incorrectly. I therefore sought out another vendor who was able to complete my plumbing and appliance order within a couple days time with far better customer service. The showroom is beautiful but perhaps they don't have enough staff to keep up with all of the clients in a prudent manner.

House Shopping
We recently purchased a Thermador oven through Ferguson. We live in Dallas. We paid over $10k for this oven. Jordan was the sales associate. We have had nonstop issues with the oven, and have had multiple service calls because it cooks unevenly and the burners are also very inconsistent. I will be posting a separate review of Thermador, who will also get 1 star due to the horrible service we've received - still unresolved. However, Jordan and Ferguson get 1 star for not returning our calls. We obviously got the wrong advice from Ferguson, bought the wrong product, and overpaid. However, I'd expect Jordan and Ferguson to bend over backwards to make it right. It's been the opposite experience. And it goes on. Happy to tell you about it.
Kallie was the friendliest customer service member I have ever worked with. 10/10 chance I will spend an entire paycheck here.

As a design professional, I look to work with professional vendors who help me support my client's needs with ease. It is really hard to get a hold of any reps at this business the same day you call &/or email. The rep that was available to help me with a project didn't listen & take notes (to help them remember) the needs my client had - therefore the wrong product finish was ordered & it didn't fit so my project was unnecessarily delayed. I picked up that order 10.3.16 & returned the order 10.4.16 to receive a full refund & as of 1.5.17, I STILL have NOT received a refund (over $2K). Disappointing.
Update: 2.20.17, I called & emailed again about this issue & the total amount was refunded promptly.
I will never understand businesses that don't answer the phone. Nobody has the time to drive all the way to a supply house to find out if parts are available or not. ANSWER THE PHONE!
