KOHLER Store by Moore Supply in Dallas

An absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a shower base on Mar 26 and kept getting extended delivery dates. On May 5 was told it wouldn’t deliver until the end of May, so selected an alternative and paid expedited delivery to wait 2 weeks for it with no tracking and it arrived damaged and had to be reordered. My project has been delayed by 2 months due to poor customer service and a lack of communication. Not once have they ever called with an update, we have had to continue to reach out and wait for answers. I will never purchase Kohler again.

Especially to Doug Cross, who helped me select a classic ensemble of Artifacts and Bancroft fixtures, and the luxurious Brazn tub and Levity shower enclosure for my new primary bath. It’s a fabulous spa retreat!

Barbara did a wonderful job helping us find tub & shower fixtures for our bathroom remodel. When the 1st style we liked was over budget she worked to find a similar style that we loved that was in budget. Then when our contractor forgot to order a part, Barbara located the part and we got it the next day. Throughout the process communicating with her was easy. The store has great displays and so many choices.

Barbara is the best! We were renovating our master bathroom and originally I ordered my Kohler fixtures through build.com. However, several were out of stock, delayed, and one shipment even went missing! I called the Kohler store and spoke with Barbara. She was so friendly and did everything she could in such a prompt manor. She was able to get me all the fixtures I needed and I had no delay in my renovation! Next time I have a project I am ordering everything through her!

Joe helped us with selecting a toilet and finishing touches for our bathroom, including a sconce, mirror, vanity knobs and handles as well as suggesting that we add some additional tile to our bathroom which turned out to be fabulous. He was able to quickly understand and determine the right products for us. His artistic expertise, confidence and delight in helping us with our selections made our experience stellar. We were stressed out from all the decision making but he brought us across the finish line with ease. We plan to remodel our kitchen next year and can’t imagine doing it without Joe. Working with him was a game changer.

As an interior designer and project manager, finding vendors who provide impeccable customer support is invaluable. My firm needed support in procuring plumbing to stay on schedule for a client’s project when most of their order was backordered. Barbara and Joe worked tirelessly to ensure our clients weren’t disappointed. Our team can’t thank them enough for their efforts and communication throughout this process. We look forward to working with them on many more projects.

I have worked with Doug at the Kohler Signature Store for over three years and I could not have asked for a better experience. The service has been consistently professional and personable. Response time is timely and often I would receive them even after hours and when he was on vacation. I look forward to working with him and everyone in his organization.

Nice store and showroom but do not work with Doug Cross. Started out good but messed up my delivery order twice and the one time I needed the order for inspection purpose it never arrived when he said. Not only that, he sent me the wrong part and then didn’t want to return it because he obtained the part from a third party. So he wanted me to keep the part and eat the cost when it was his fault for ordering the wrong thing. I then went to Moore supply to return and found out he charged me for things he wasn’t supposed to charge me for. For example, I ended up receiving a couple of extra things in my delivery and I called him and told him about it and that I didn’t order those. He told me don’t worry we sent them as extras and we didn’t charge you for them. Well, he did charge me for them but since his invoices aren’t detailed, it’s hard to understand what you’re actually paying for so making it difficult to know if they over charged you. You are better off going directly to Moore and buy from them or better yet go to Capital Distributing as they’re a part of Ferguson plumbing and customer service is way better. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff but definitely deal with anyone but Doug. After spending thousands and getting treated the way I did, I took my business else where. Good luck

I worked with Aidre Buck for multiple orders related to Bath Remodel Project. The Project time line was very aggressive to complete the work.

Aidre supported me to provide guidance on Parts selection, Pricing and make sure that all selected parts are available on time for the project.

When there were supply issues, she was very responsive and made sure parts are provided on expedited schedule.

If you have any problem at all like we did with our defective products you will be put through WORSE than going through the DMV trying to get the products returned and money refunded.

It's been months of having defective TOILETS of all things. I sent photos and videos and have spent hours and hours of my time describing the issue with Kohler and letting them attempt to repair.

They will not let us refund these horrid toilets. The super luxe TOTO toilets we had to get as replacement at a different store have never had one single issue. Work perfectly.

Look up Kohler veil reviews and never buy that toilet. Reviews explain it all.

What can I say other than delays, terrible communication, missing items from shipments, broken items being shipped and having to through third parties to only have the replacement items be shipped out arriving broken as well. You would expect that purchasing it from them directly you could avoid all of these things but nope. Once you've paid for everything the customer service goes to trash. Very unprofessional. Read the other negative reviews on the page. It all makes sense now, even though we were hoping this wouldn't be the case for us.

I can not offer enough praise for our sales rep Doug Cross from the Kohler Signature Store, in Dallas, TX. He went above and beyond what was expected with customer service and any issue that came up. The type of service that we received was reminiscent of days of the not to distant past when people would listen to your needs and help you. His professionalism is amazing! I'm getting a house built & wanted some help navigating through the store..My goal was to make a decision on a tub,sink, shower, faucets and cabinets for 3 bathrooms, i felt unwelcomed. One person acknowledged me, but she was a trainee. At some point, she asked a gentleman for clarity on Information I needed..I attempted to eleborate for further assistance & he completely ignored me. I'm assuming he's a manager.

I'm writing this review,, because I don't want anyone else to feel the way I felt today. It was SAD! I'm hoping this review soften this man heart to want to be @ a minimum humane.

If you've ever done any remodeling, you know it can be stressful and never goes the way you expected, particularly when supply chain causes delays. Barbara, was very helpful in choosing replacement faucets that met both our preference and the timeline. We will definitely be going again for the next project and know that the assistance we receive will be knowledgeable, considerate and thoughtful.

I enjoy the place. Employee was helpful, he showed us everything in the show and was helpful. Once we ordered our stuff. It was hard to get answers about the order. No updates about the order. I called and basically was told, parts will get there when they get there. Never called to say, parts are mailed to you or this is the last box mailed. Your ordered is complete now. I will call this place again. I think I have all my parts, who knows.

John at The Kohler Signature Gallery on McKinney Ave turned a challenging experience into the completed design I desired! After two failed attempts due to faulty hardware, the third time was a charm. The last piece of a long forced renovation was my powder room which was damaged by 2021’s Epic Winter Storm. Sparing of the grueling details, I had to have a faucet ordered three times due to defects. John was always very gracious and helpful. We finally finished and I’m so happy w the way things turned out. Thank you John for being so kind and accommodating, you are The Best!!

Horrible experience from condescending staff that sold incorrect parts to a full shower and bath remodel. He sent wrong pieces and forgot basic items for installation like bathtub drains and 2 valves. 4 male and female parts didn’t fit together either because of his errors. Returned when we were that for south in DFW and they are charging us a 25% restock fee for their staffs mistakes! Ridiculous. Don’t go here.

Completely missed an all day delivery window with no call, and no one working at the store. Showed up by surprise the next day at 730am with no call in advance. Two of the products they delivered arrived broken in the packaging and we only found out when the installers opened them. Kohler store suggested for us to take more time out of our day to bring them back and then wait for them to order two more, and then for us to go to the hardware store, get temporary cheap parts, and install them ourselves until Kohler can order and maybe deliver non-broken ones. It must be nice to work at the Kohler store because their employees have lots of free time that they assume their customers also have.

Doug from this Kohler store went above and beyond in helping us. We desperately wanted a shower system in a bronze finish. There was an issue obtaining it due to production difficulties. Doug solved this problem using his own time and resources without being asked. He called us and let us know that he had found a solution. We are beyond grateful, as every other bath supply store we contacted said they were unable to get the system in for several weeks or even months! Thank you Doug. The pricing at this store is great as well.

Amazing and innovative material!!! Great showroom!!!

Kohler sells a great looking product. However they have one plumber they recommend to install it. He has no showed 3 times and canceled again today for tomorrow after waiting a week and a half for this appointment.
Don’t purchase a DTV+ system with out an installer up front. All the other plumbers I have called don’t want anything to do with it.

If you are thinking to build your house or office or anything else and thinking to go with Kohler product, you absolutely have to work with Melinda on McKInney Ave location in Dallas!!! She is the most professional sales person I have ever met. She is knowledgable on all the product, great with recommendations and punctual in everything she promises. She truly makes your experience one of a kind!!

They have the most beautiful bathroom fixtures here. Wish I had 20k, i would remodel.
