Flusso Faucets in Dallas

I’m very unhappy with the service here. We spent a huge chunk of money with Flusso for our bathroom remodel, and we were promised all our parts. We’ve been waiting for over a month for the diverter valves for our two shower heads and this comes after receiving incomplete parts for our tub faucet that delayed the project. I spent my money here Becasue we were assured that everything would be on time. This just hasn’t been the case so far.

Isenberg fixtures are high-end and very well made. You can buy cheap and buy often or pay once for quality fixtures that will last a lifetime. Very communicative customer service with a warranty question. The faucet and tub filler we purchased fit our space nicely!

One of my favorite brands to sell in my showroom Linda Home Center in Miami. Great high quality products and craftmanship accompanied by quick shipping, availability and technical support. Never disappoints!

The Customer Service was good. When I told them about my problems, they were not very quick to offer a replacement part. However, they did offer an idea to clean the square showerhead. It did work and I am thankful for that. They obviously knew what they were talking about, however, I would’ve liked to have seen a more customer replacement if there was an issue as well as their advice on how to solve the problem first.

We have been working with Isenberg since 2015 we are very happy with the product and customer and dealer support. Isenberg has been our number one sale for past 4 years and many of our customers like the design and functionality of Isenberg Pressure Balance Controller with having volume control of their non thermostatic and thermostatic valves.

This review is a bit preliminary as must of the purchased products have not been delivered or installed yet so I’ll save a follow up review once that occurs. With that said the product selection process was handled entirely with Isenberg rep Jeanine Madden. I can’t say enough good things about her. Professional, patient, responsive, capable, and very nice. I’m pretty excited about the Isenberg products and Jeanine has most to do with that. She’s terrific.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a fixture which had missing parts. When we contacted their customer service, they issued us a return label to ship it back to them so they can issue our refund. Once they received the fixture, they started ghosting us. No one would answer our emails or our phone calls. Dishonest people.

Super responsive and efficient. Had a replacement nozzle for our custom faucet in about a week.

Isenberg staff went overboard to distinguish the cause of mixer “malfunction”. The plumber was at fault, failing to read and follow instructions on proper installation.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC! I purchased a tub filler for a new home that I am building back in November. Everything looked fine at first glance upon receiving it, however, when we went to install the filler 3 months later, we noticed there was an abnormal curvature to the spout. The water would have been directed to shoot backwards missing the tub. I reached out to Isenberg customer support team for resolutions with little hope anything could be done at this point. Far exceeding my expectations, Isenberg replied to my email within a few hours requesting a photo and then stating they would send a replacement part for my filler. Within two days, they had shipped out a replacement part along with a UPS tracking number. The new part was replaced easily and is much better. Thank you for the great support experience. I will be using Isenberg for my other projects!

These fixtures and the people behind them are the real deal. Beautiful, quality materials and excellent support post purchase.

I am a general contractor and my experience with Isenberg has been terrible. I installed a lav faucet and it leaked from the valve. It took 3-1/2 weeks to get the part. Also the brushed nickel finish was very inconsistent. It had a stripe of lighter finish on the top. Lastly, I was installing a grab bar and the escutcheon plate completely covered the holes on the mounting plate. I called service and they just said to use an extension (which I was already doing) on I drill. It doesn’t matter how long of an extension you use you would never be able to install the screws unless you put it on an acute angle.
Very disappointing.

I placed an order for my client and they were out of 1 item, which they send me a loaner at no charge in order to finish the project till actual trim to arrive. Thank you so much for all your help.

Recently had some issues with a shower valve and Rene at customer service took the time to video conference with me and walk we thruwhat is necessary to fix my. Shower. Use berg had always responded quickly when I contact them. I’m very pleased with their product and service,

My home is decked out with Isenberg fixtures in all of the restrooms. It's been six years now, and they are just as stylish as when the house was brand new. Simple, stylish, and stunning really.

I recently had an issue with a guest bath shower experiencing low hot water pressure. Rene and the support team were fantastic and helped me fix and troubleshoot after a plumber wanted to open my walls and replace my fixture with a Delta or Moen. The absolute horror!!

Rene and I met via video chat and shared photos and recordings. After about an hour, the shower is back to normal. Rene and team saved me from a horrible experience and losing $2K to a plumber who didn't know what he was doing.

Great product with great customer service!

I outfitted a clients new bathroom with Isenberg Faucets and the look was amazing. I had a few issues with installation, and a trim piece not fitting. Their CS, Rene, did a FT with me to go over the installation, and we figured out we needed a new trim piece. Mind you, this is a year after purchase. They shipped the right parts out to me and we are hoping it does the trick. Regardless, their customer service is top notch. Glad to work with this team and company.

I purchased some faucets from a kitchen and bath distributor in Dallas and they recommend that I go to the isenberg showroom in Dallas. They have a good selection of products and were very knowledgeable in plumbing fixtures. They helped me select my shower fixtures which I did purchase from their distributor. The product came very well packaged and installed without problems. Their service team helped our installer through some minor parts and install issues in an appropriate time.

I purchased the Isenberg K1290SS model for my kitchen sink approximately 6 months ago. We love the faucet as it is very versatile. However, we began to have issues with the valve in the sprayer head. The sprayer head valve was sticking and not responding properly. I placed a call to the customer service department and then texted them a short video of my malfunction issue. They immediately sent me a brand new replacement sprayer which also looks like it has been slightly redesigned to prevent a recurrence of the same issue. We couldn’t be happier with the faucet and the customer service department. I wish all companies took care of their customers like Isenberg. Count me as very, very happy! 👍🏽

i have not seen many companies that have gotten as many 5-star ratings as Isenberg and now i know why. i searched high and low for a 45-degree shower arm with a midor curve (sharp curve) in matte white. the only company i found that offers such a product was Isenberg. Isenberg fixtures are not only very tastefully designed, the staff really cares which i find rare these days. while opening my shipment, a metal flange fell out of the packaging and hit my tile floor leaving a chip in the matte white finish. the customer service department immediately agreed to replace it for no extra charge. this is a customer centric organization. thank you to all the staff at Isenberg especially Stacey.

We ordered a faucet last year, and for some reason the hose burst. Isenberg sent a replacement part then, when that didn't work, replaced the entire faucet. I ordered shower components from Isenberg and LOVE them. The tub filler I ordered has a higher GPM flow than the ones I considered from other manufacturers. The bath components are well constructed and mine have solid brass components and real metal, not plastic handles. I have included a photo of the “rough-in” of the tub so everyone could see that part, just not the finished trim.

We're Designers & General Contractors and we're renovating a second home with Isenberg fixtures and components. Our trade off analysis is very comprehensive, quality, price, operation, creative design, customer service, all one would expect. We have above average standard and that eliminates many manufacturers right away.
