House of Parts in Dallas

Love the customer service from this store. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and aware of when they do not know something because they will not try to bull through something of try to talk you into buying something you don't need or want. Love to be able to get what I need here a million times more than going to home Depot any day.

I passed this place the other day on my way to Cash America Pawn on Martin Luther King boulevard. The owners are upgrading the building they are located in and they were closed at the time. But they are still my go to location for anything pertaining to car parts up to plumbing parts for your home and other various items. I would suggest you call to see if they are open before you go there.👍

I needed some older style parts to fix a sink in my uncles rental property. This parts store was nearby so I figured I would try here instead of driving to the other side of the city. They did have the ubend pipe I needed, but it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. That being said, the store workers are very helpful and were able to help me get what I needed and even made some suggestions for a quick fix that ended up saving me money in the long run.

Great store in South Dallas where you can still find household items car parts. The staff is very helpful and has been there for many years.

I pass this place every day and didn't think it was this well stocked with a lot of things i needed so from now on this will be my miniature Walmart i just love this store

Obviously a Dallas native ,I've noticed that's the way they think that they should be toward blacks especially.They think it makes them look like someone big , but let me tell ya me being a person that has been many places in the world, being that way really makes you look small , real small, and the ignorant person that you are.

Great local alternative to the big box hardware stores. Incredible prices and pretty good inventory mix for a small-ish shop. I definitely recommend trying this place out when you need basic hardware supplies, keys etc. I'm a new fan.

I went to auto zone first and they gave me the wrong part. I went to the house of parts and the same items were half of what I just paid. I have a new first choice now.

I've been in this place three times to get batteries for my watches the lady at the front desk RUDE RUDE RUDE and the young lady that does the watches was never there the three times I've been there she's the only one that do the watches she's not there on weekends customers work through the week work.The lady in the front never greets the customers,don't look up at all to greet the customers her customer service skills are ZERO!!!!!.A lot of good things in this store.

This is a kinda hidden hardware store in South Dallas. I need a hose, and some other items for my diy project. And my sister kept telling me to check them out before going to Walmart. So I dropped by to see what they had to offer.. And was surprised by how stocked the store was. I was not asked to leave my backpack. And no one followed me around the store. I picked up the items and the prices were very comparable to Walmart. And let me tell the lady who greeted me when I entered the shop is the same one who checked me out..She is funny as heck. I will be going back to the House of Parts. It's in a hidden but good location, they have great prices, and excellent staff.
