They tried to charge me $1200 for 3 motor mounts and labor, I said hell!!! no, left went up the street to Mobile 1 and the they charged me $650 for all four motor mounts and labor

Max is the best. I drive over 20miles for him to do my oil changes and inspections.

I bought a brand new battery that went bad in a month. They replaced it with another bad battery. I bought a battery from Park Place that won't quit. They kept my money. Talking bout partial shop credit. Man!

I recently had a great experience at Kwik Kar. The service was impressively fast, and the staff were both professional and courteous. They handled everything efficiently, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Kwik Kar to others and will certainly return for any future needs.

My car has been giving me the blues for the last month. From the alternator, to battery, and every sensor known to man. I have learned more about my car this pass month than in the 4 years I've had it. Each mechanic that looked at it before has either half fixed the problem, made it worst, or tried to charge entirely too much for it. Then Thursday my car stopped on me again and I brought it to Max and he fixed the problem warranty his work for a year and worked with me on the payment. I can say with confidence I've found my mechanic. Now while they are not the cheapest....I don't believe they overcharge and I trust their work.

This guy is a liar and scammer. Said he rebuilt my transmission but did nothing but patch work and repaint it to make it look fixed. Payed him 2500, transmission went out again a few months later.

This place is one of the most expensive I've ever seen. You can get a 5 quarter oil in any place for they charge you $75 for the same 5 quarts

Went in to have my AC fixed and the gentlemen who worked on my car noticed a previous mechanic had forgotten to reconnect my compressor after a previous repair. He let me know the problem and even spoke to my previous mechanic so they would fix their mistake. Will definitely come back in the future and would recommend for anyone else too!

Let me start off by saying that I was extremely lucky to be led to this place by accident…and ever since that day, it has become my Go-TO place for any small or major issues.

These people are simply honest, efficient, dependable, and super courteous and professional (which is a plus)..

Prices are also reasonable and affordable considering the fact that they provide a warranty, so you can have a peace of mind.
They wouldn’t even let you change/replace parts until they are 100% sure it requires replacement.

In fact, I have never been to a place where people would go out of their way to help others, and make sure that the best service is being provided… but I think this place has simply checked all the boxes..

Love these guys. I am hesitant when going to shops because many times they will rip you off. These guys are very honest and fair. Max is my go to. (They are all good but I can remember his name). Max let's me know what's going on, tells me what can wait and what's important right now. For my big fixes and small. I had to get towed in today and he greeted the tow truck driver and took it from there. Honestly I listen to him with the other customers and many are older and I like his hospitality towards them. He's patient, he doesn't rush, and he helps them to understand what's going on. I like that. Thank you guys up there!!

Came n on a rainy Sunday for oil change and state inspection. The men helping me were polite and worked quickly on my car.

Inspection was done 😊 quickly. 9-10-22 oil change and inspection done in about 35 minutes, used a coupon part synthetic and inspection $65.00. I got a new car that takes full synthetic oil, and had it changed 5-10-23, they did it quickly. The people were nice, but it was nearly one hundred dollars ouch.

Ladies!!!! Please listen.... Go here! As a woman, it is HARD to find a place where mechanics don't try to get over on us women. MOE is a mechanic here, and he is awesome. Moe told me exactly what i needed. Another mechanic told me I had a leak. Turns out...WALMART didn't tighten my oil filter, so I was leaking oil. He tightened it free of charge. I asked him if he recommended any other services, and he told me not really, but if I wanted to change the oil early, it wouldn't be a bad idea since I already had some spillage. This could've gone completely wrong, but with good people like Moe is the world, it helps balance it.

Very pleased with my experience at kwik kar lube & tune.
The tech max and staff are very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and understand what my concerns were with my vehicle.
They went above and beyond with the problem I was having and got it all fixed.
Even after fixing the main issue with my car misfiring they made sure before leaving that all my concerns were met.

Max and Moe are great they get you in and out when getting your car state inspection. They do a great job. Thank you.

I was a referral to this location. These guys are professional and courteous. My money was tight for my visit. I addressed what my need was and my cost came out reasonable. They also notice a needed repair and explained that they could order my part or I can purchase said part and they'd fix that need. So thankful and appreciative for service provided.

I can't imagine going anywhere else. We have used them several times this year and their estimates always come in lower. Their work is excellent. I never have to leave my car there. They work it in quickly. If you've been frustrated at other places give them a try...

They installed sensor.
I stated on arrival , I wanted to see the old Oil filter and New one to be Installed.
Did Not happen. Manager did not show me.(Actually refused to show me, and "Stated I just want to screw with you"
(1) No reciept given for services rendered..
(2) Did not show any evidence of Oil change
(3) Deceptive
Left that shop and went to the nearest Repair Shop ,because of lack in Trust. Had them check the Oil and he said the Oil was old and the filter was old..
The Oil should be Honey Gold..

Went in on a Sunday to have my car inspected. That alone gives them a high grade. Service was quick, and I was out of there in no time.

I spoke to a service technician about getting the oil change and he went to his manager. The manager their was not customer friendly. I went to get an oil change which normally takes about 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived there 40 minutes before they closed.They we're not servicing any vehicles but they did not render services to me saying they were closing. I stated you still had 40 minutes and it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to do an oil change. The manager just turned around and walked away. I will never go back. That was my first and last time.

LOVE THIS KWIK KAR! Every time I come in, they are fast, professional and show me what’s going on with my car before they work on it. As long as I live in the area, I will go here!

This place has been lying to me about doing a diagnostic test to my car and charging me on parts that wasn't the issue. They tried to fool me into thinking that I had a bad catalytic converter and a mass airflow sensor or a bad turbo valve. I have been testing them to see if they have been lying to me and I been taking my car to another machinic who happen to expose them about lying to me about what they have been saying what I been needing for my car. I only bring my car in for oil changes but I'm done with them now

Very overpriced fixes that ive had done before on other vehicles at other locations. Also was given false information about my transmission gaskets. When looked into, the dealership said that my car didnt even have what they talked about. This is a place I discourage anyone from going to.
