In July of 2023 I contacted Brown Foundation Repair for a quote a man by the name of Lupe Valdez came by and inspected my house which is pier and beam told me what I needed to do to get the foundation of my house leveled he never went under the house to inspect the pier &beam after he left I received a call to set up an appointment to get the foundation fixed I asked the young women why he didn’t get under my house to inspect it she informed me that the crew would do that inspection so was quoted $20.000 life time warranty.
Since then I have had them at my house about six different time because the house keeps shifting and the problem is so obvious it’s the pier & beams under the house are the problem and need to be replaced. I have taken pictures and will post them to show they just come out and put a bandaid on the problem.
Would I recommend Brown Foundation definitely No No .
Brown Foundation was fantastic. They saved our foundation (and wood flooring) from needing repair by installing a proper drainage system around the house. It was pricy, but not nearly as pricy as the foundation/flooring repair would be five months down the road! Our supervisor Harold was great. He came out to our property several times to answer my many questions and make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. The work was neat and well-done. The only issue we had was not being told we needed electric work (it was on the estimate but not discussed, and we had to make a few calls to get it to happen) and the original placement of the pop-up valve was unwise (pooled water on the sidewalk instead of draining to the street). But any home project will have some bumps and miscommunications - the big difference is that Brown fixed these problems quickly and professionally. Wendell was especially helpful in fixing the back end of the project.
Photos: note the muddy part of water pooling in our yard and into our foundation in the “before”, versus after.
The Brown Foundation Repair is a very well-managed company. One and a half years after the project was completed. I needed all my invoices and related guaranteed information, and Brown Foundation Repair sent me the information very quickly and completely. So, I am also very satisfied with their after-sales service. I highly recommend that everyone use Brown Foundation Repair to repair homes and buildings.
Lee Wormington from Brown Foundation Repair came out during the option period of buying our Historic home. We knew it needed foundation work, but after assessing, he knew it needed a drainage system first. Skeptical, we had an engineer our who confirmed. Lee coordinated Brown's team over a 2-day installation. The team worked efficiently and was very respectful of the home. We requested to add the perimeter of the slab add-on to the draining system on the day of installation. Lee was very accommodating of this. On the second and final day, a second crew that finished their job early was sent out to help finish the job quickly. It looks beautiful and functions great. We definitely recommend them and plan to use them for our foundation repair.
Dear homeowner community,
I try so hard not to write something negative but I want to make sure future customers don’t suffer like I have with Brown Foundation Repair and invoice #2022-0225.
I learned of brown foundation repair through the radio 105.3 The Fan as I’m a life TOLO. Usually they rep great companies but Brown Foundation did nothing but make a quick buck (aka $20,000). My entire life savings at the time. Not a lot to some but took me 20 years to save that much and what a waste with brown foundation.
I fully understand it’s most likely my fault for not fully vetting and doing my research further. The company did what they said but it was a $20,000 band aid that lasted 4 years as I’m forced to spend another $27,000 four years later. In hindsight I should’ve gone with someone with better processes. Instead of fixing the foundation completely they stuck 15 more piers underneath the house (ONLY ON SOME OF IT, THEY COULDN’T EVEN HELP ON THE MAIN PORTION). Thats when I should’ve backed out but they keep informing it’ll work. Then, they installed a crappy French drain around half the house and said here’s your 4 year warranty that you have to pay labor on to come and adjust. But it doesn’t FIX the main problem. Yes, the main problem is my fault, I should’ve spent more money with someone but they could’ve advised more, instructed more, and said “This isn’t going to be a good fix, this quick band aid won’t help much, you should go with someone else that can fix EVERYTHING because we can’t. We just install $20,000 band aids”
In the end I advise you to DO YOUR RESEARCH! Go with someone else, anyone else but Brown Foundation, go with people that tell the truth, not looking for a quick buck. Thanks anyways Lee, Evelyn, Amber, Lindsay, Isabel, & Phil!
Start to finish, Brown Foundation Repair is a professional company at all levels. We dealt with Luke the structural technician who gave us a work proposal, with each of the crew supervisors Juan & David, and with the schedule & accounting team in the office. All were exceptional. The work was done as scheduled, on time. At the end of the work day the clean up was better than expected. Watching a talented team of technicians install the Brown Method using six drilled piers was a sight to behold. Now here is the kicker. Before choosing Brown, we also received a quote from a single individual who does this type of work. He was going to use a substandard method, not the Brown Method, and his quote was actually more expensive than Brown. Not to mention his warranty was only good for 5 years, not lifetime like Brown. We cannot say enough positive things about our recent experience with this company.
We had Harold Mitchem come out for an estimate. He was warm, personable and never pushy. He hit us with a lot of facts and even though we couldn’t get a quote, he suggested our next step moving forward. When it comes time to do work we will contact him! He’s a great representation of a company and his hard work doesn’t go unseen. I would personally give him an extra week of paid vacation as a reward. 😉
My swimming pool is 40 years old. I was installing a new large deck and since the pool is located close to a drop off, I thought I should put in some Helical piers to make sure it stayed stable.
I called Brown and asked about Helical piers. They sent a guy out and started mentioning “steel piers”. I thought to myself, good, the Helical piers won’t rust! He never said he wasn’t doing Helical piers!
I told the representative that I was replacing the wood deck top, so it would be okay for his guys to use it to work from.
The crew manager came by and the rep and I started to join the rep and he as they discussed the work to be done. The representative told me to “Go in the house and I’ll show him what’s needed!”
He gave me a contract to sign for $10,800 and had a bunch of Hispanic workers with him. The contract had no details except for the number of piers and their location. He spoke to them in Spanish and left. I went out to ask them questions but none spoke English.
The workers cut holes in the deck and through the deck supports, which meant I had to replace the whole deck not just the top! They cut through the pool’s pipes, which caused me to have to have the whole back side of the pool replumbed!
The piers they installed were not Helical piers but looked like rebar! They were not concreted in place.
The workers hauled off the rocks that they’d dug out that were behind the pool. They were there for stabilization. The pool now has substantial cracks!
Brown did nothing to correct the situation.
Excellent work and quick response.
We Recently Had our Pier and Beam Home leveled. Tony Stokley came and checked out our foundation and gave us an estimate and a date for work to be done, in less than a month Angel Mendosa and his crew showed up they were very knowledgeable and nice and answered all our questions. Along with production Manager Miguel Bonilla ! In About a Day and a half they had the job Done. Brown is a first Class Company for any of your foundation needs> Top Notch !!!!
Leonardo Pineda and his crew came out to our home for drainage installation on our property. He and his crew did an outstanding job and were very professional. Thank you!
Miguel listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately.

Wonderful job, Brown Foundation! Abner and his crew were fast, efficient, and professional. I could not be happier! I will be sure to recommend to family and friends.

This is an excellent company. NOE and his crew were so kind and so professional and so courteous. They were very thorough and worked quickly and cleanly. I am very pleased with this product, this installation and with them.
Scott came out to evaluate my foundation. He was thorough and answered all my questions. Thankfully I didn’t need any work done but if I did, I would go with the brown team.
I originally called Olshan foundation repair and they recommended Brown foundation. Which to me, if another reputable company referred you, then that says something. Our home is what they call 80/20. Which means 80% is pier beam and the other is 20% slab. I spoke with Tony and found that Brown Foundation was reasonably price, professional and didn’t take as long to do my house as it did my neighbor. Brown has a group of guy that did their job, were as my neighbor house they was sitting under a tree a lot. I can say their Warranity does work. Apparently our soil likes to move, Brown came out and fixed it at no cost.
Takes public record and spam texts everyone about foundation. Same method used toll scammers, real estate brokers and texts scammers. Are they related? I don’t appreciate lousy lazy solicitation you paid a company to text everyone. Low road to growth.
Are they good or are they the first point out problem?
Great company! Honest and transparent.
Crew was very efficient and worked in a timely manner. Didn't leave a mess either.
Jose Montano and his crew were very easy to work with and went out of their way to do the job right!!
Lee Wormington gave us a thorough understanding of our yard’s drainage issues. We appreciated how he spent time with us in such a pleasant and professional manner.
Harold Mitchem was amazing! He gave me all of my options and explained them. He wasn’t pushy and advised me according to my needs and long term plans for my home. His managing director followed up with me and Isabel the scheduler was also great. They both provided all of the documentation I needed to provide my mortgage/insurance claim monies dispersement.
I'm still in the "quote phase." My technician, Carrie, was very informed and provided several options to work within my budget.
Wendell was really very nice and explained things to us

Brown is a very professional company. Harold was great. He explained everything to us. We will recommend Brown to our fiends.
Brown foundation did great work.
From start to finish they took great care of us!

Tony Stokley was great. His crew though failed on doing the mud wall. Which they finally took care of .
Their crew was excellent, Leonardo shared before and after results. Work was done in a very timely manner. Our foundation was bought up to level and is now solid.
Tried to over sell me on a warranty mudjack that has failed wanted to charge 11,000 just wanted to add more peers when the inside bathroom area is sinking Joe Dominguez wrote this all they had to do was fix a failed mud jack
Brown Foundation were up front about our issues, meticulous at the repairs, and good communication throughout. Simon and his crew did a great job.
Once again Brown has been to our house. This time for major work on the inside of our house. The join was executed well and professional. The crew was excellent I have had Brown at my home 4 other times. 3 to do foundation work and 1 to follow-up with warranty work. I have been pleased every time. I can recommend them! I continue to be pleased with Brown. They are professional and responsive.
The inspection was fast and accurate. Very reasonably priced. They showed up when they said they would and provided me with a detailed explanation.
Taking forever to coordinate with my HOA. Not sure what's taking so long and why there is a lack of communication with my HOA.
We had a great experience! Phillip was timely, knowledgeable and gave us a great understanding of what our home needs with realistic cost expectations.
Great job!!
Brown Foundation Repair far exceeded our expectations. When Howard came out and quoted the job, we liked and trusted him, but still figured they could not be as good as he said. Then the team came out and Leonardo was the lead and every step of the way they did better than we expected. These guys work so hard and do such a great job. Noe came out to talk to us and see how the team was doing and gave us even more peace of mind. Our house is done and we think it is better than at any time in the past. we feel confident, have peace of mind and am sleeping better at night knowing so many issues were fixed better than we could imagine. I appreciate every person that worked on our homes and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for more than 5 stars! The level of hard work is rare these days, to find people that work so hard and get the job done so well, it was a flash to the past! Thank you Brown Foundation Repair!
Brown Foundation Repair has stood behind their warranty guarantee without any hassle. Brown repair system is a reliable solution for foundation issues. I think Brown Foundation Repair is one of the best in the foundation repair industry.

These guys were great. The work was done in a timely manner. There were a couple of issues with concrete sinkholes and cracks, and the heavy auger dirt driller leaving deep tracks in the front yard. The Supervisors Ernesto and Eduardo were very professional and courteous, however I never received a copy of the final itemized invoice or a copy of the Lifetime Warranty. Hopefully that will be emailed to me.
All crew that worked on our foundation and driveway were very polite and hardworking. Miguel, the project manager, Marc, the salesperson, Willie, the plumbers, and the rest of the crew were very prompt in getting back with me, and willing to answer all my questions. Pardon me if I forgot anyone else. They were all very helpful. Thanks again to the entire crew and staff.
Abner and his team came out and leveled our pier beam and did a great job. Then they put in French gutters in and did a great job. They worked very hard and very professional. They cleaned up after all was done and everything went good. I recommend Brown Foundation Repair.
An extremely disorganized company. We were led to believe that all payments were paid for the work that was done. Two months after the project is done, we received NO phone calls, no emails, or even a letter to address the payments. Instead not only did accounting try to tell me I paid them less than I already had, they had already forwarded my case to a collections agency, damaging my credit. Brown refused to even discuss the matter when i called them. They even had the stones to ask for a penalty payment for a delinquent payment I was never made aware of. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Post edit: Still never once received any written proof that they made any attempt to contact us and admitted to sending no email.
Lee was very nice and knowledgeable. Explanned everything very well. Phil Pieri also sent me a nice email
I have engaged Brown Foundation on two seperate jobs. Both experiences were handled quickly, professionally, succesfully at a reasonable price. I highy recommend them.
I thought my foundation was damaged due to what I was seeing cracks. Scott came out to my home and inspected it. I couldn’t be there so he explained everything to my wife and sent me a report then I called and guess what he picked up Amazing Scot!! He then proceeded to explain the fact that the foundation not out of tolerance and why I’m see the cracks. Explaining the issue twice was beyond my expectation. Thanks brown and thank you Scott.
Beautiful work and so detailed. Very professional
I had an evaluation scheduled for noon today the people said the absolutely do work here, got information etc and the guy (Phillip) was running late and didn’t show up until three. I get it things happen -however when he got here, he spoke to my husband outside and basically told him his starting amount starts at $6500 that what we were looking at was not big and apparently it wasn’t worth his time to even look at our house foundation to give us the estimate. He gave us somebody else business card to call. CLASSY! Wouldn’t recommend calling them apparently they can tell you that your house isn’t worth their time.
I had Carey come out and inspect my property she was very professional but also explained things where I could understand what was needed. The quote they provided me was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
Brown sent Phillip Biel,
He was professional, Informative and personalable. Talked with me to detmermine my needs and goals and directed me to the most effecitve and efficent solution. I would definitely recommend Mr Biel to anyone.
Brown was highly recommended to us by Susan C. We are satisfied with their service they provided. We referred Brown to my daughter also just recently. Great Customer Service!
My technician Lee W. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great company experience!
I called Brown Foundation twice. The first time in June Tony came out, I told him the issue I was having with the heat and humidity coming from the crawlspace under my house. He immediately told me there was nothing that he could do and that I needed to get a structural engineer out to do a report to find out what the real issue is. I took his advice and hired a structural engineer who created a report with suggestions on how to alleviate the problem and which I immediately sent it to Tony. Tony indicated he had more questions and “tried” to contact the engineer for clarification but was unable to get a hold of him. I followed up with him multiple times in July (one text he out right ignored) and in August, I called him again and he said with the holidays, I fell off of his radar, but now I “was back on it” so he would make sure and get in touch with the engineer and get back with me. I did not hear from him again. In September, I called Brown foundation for another free estimate and this time Jake came out, I told him the whole situation and he then contacted Tony, they spoke, and Jake assured me that Tony would be in touch. After that, I reached out to both Tony and Jake again and received no response back. I’ve tried to just let it go but I keep seeing ads claiming that they pride themselves for having great service, well they really failed to deliver.
Abner and his team were excellent. They went above and beyond with the work they did on my house. I would recommend Brown Foundation Repair to all my friends and family.
Warranty # PRJ-5512
Brown Foundation came out and leveled my pier and beam foundation.
Initially they had a rep come out and give us an assessment and we got a quote, it was expensive but this type of work tends to be, I waited to make a decision and called them to move forward. They sent out another rep because time had lapsed and it needed to be quoted again. The guy they sent was trash-talking about the first rep and the opinion he gave and sketch. "Yeah, that's why do you think he doesn't work here anymore" he said.
Anyway, we went ahead with the work, and the process was sketchy the whole time. The crew was careless, they left lunch trash on my property and one guy was caught on camera urinating at the neighbors property. I specifically told them my restroom was available on day one, if they ever needed, I don't understand why he did that.
Anyway, the crew was careless when working. Cursing in Spanish and calling each other insanely gross insults while working, I speak Spanish and they knew that. I understand having a good time, but the things they were saying were terrible and loud, I'm glad my family wasn't home and my neighbors are not Spanish speakers.
The work itself was hard to judge at first, but recently I am making renovations to the exterior of my home and I've had to expose the rim joists. I can now see the hasty work they did on those 2 days. Steel shims falling out of place, support beams they installed are placed in dumb places that support nothing, cut and notched to fit instead of adjusting heights to level.
I used a leaf blower to clean my work area and some steel shims starting to rattle, I noticed that a whole section on the sill had shims with no weight on them so , and some were forced between the joist and sill causing the sill to warp downward and not even on the concrete blocks and falling out of place. I'm still having problems with my front door not operating correctly since then. The screws they set to join the lumber under the joists were fastened at incorrect angles and not effective. Some were set and miss and not doing anything, and they are not pulled out due to shifting because theirs no pops in the lumber that shows a break or force, they just carelessly doing the work and don't understand the integrity of how things are supposed to work. They ran out of materials while here the second day, and worked with what they had until they were done, they didn't have anymore shims toward the end and they used whatever they could find under the crawl space. They came out for an adjustment once due to the door, but nothing actually improved the door is still not latching and the gap is uneven around the frame. There areas inside my house that are clearly on a slope, out of plumb, so annoying I think of the large loan we had to get everytime I think about it.
I'm disappointed in their work, the lack of professionalism from the crew, the process, and the end result. Terrible job, I regret ever hiring them. There was 1 younger gentleman on the crew that spent his time working and trying to keep everyone focused but most of them were clowning around and there wasn't a clear line of respect, I think the work reflects the behavior I witnessed. Dang it, so much money for what? This is very frustrating, and sadly I'm just now discovering their work as I remove siding and crawl under. So much stuff I have to fix and deal with now.
Great communication and skills when it came to our house
Harold assessed my property. He was pleasant, informative, and thorough. There was no action to take after the assessment, but I would gladly work with Brown Foundation Repair should there be a need in the future.

Tony came out today to look at our foundation issues and I must say I was impressed! His knowledge and honesty about what was going on with our home was super helpful. I highly recommend him for any questions or concerns you might have.
Lee did a thorough investigation and was so kind.
Highly recommend them, They’re very honest and very professional.
Grant Spicer was a bit condescending to me (perhaps he was just trying to be funny) when I called to schedule an evaluation. That was all more than made up for by Lee Wormington's visit and advice. He was highly knowledgeable and respectful. I was very impressed by him and was extremely gratified when I was told I didn't need and repairs. He gave me some great pointers to keep it that way. Thank you Brown Foundation and Lee Wormington !!
I had a great experience with Brown Foundation Repair. The inspector, Mr. Lee Womington was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. As a senior structural engineer, he provided us with a thorough information session explaining the differences between various types of piers and ensured we understood the options available. Lee was patient and answered all our questions in detail, which gave us confidence in the process.
The company also stands out for its excellent customer service. They followed up with texts, emails, and calls to address any remaining concerns and make sure all our questions were answered.Overall, I highly recommend the company!
Our house was done a year ago in August by Brown Foundation, which is an old house that we grew up in as children and was left to us by our Mother and is needing quite a few repairs as moving in and getting lots repairs done we noticed that the house was needing foundation repair..
Seeing the commercial by Olshan they recommend Brown Foundation due to the year of our home. When the first first crew arrived they did a phenomenal job that was a year ago, but now our foundation and the inside of our house has cracks on the walls and the doors are not closing properly our washer is showing to be off balance when we wash our clothes and yes we did have it serviced by the manufacture which said the floor was causing the issue.
We had to call several times before they scheduled, Simon and his crew of 2, arrived today and was suppose to lift our house again and nothing was done it's still the same and it seems to be lower then the first time they came out. doors are still not closing properly and washer is still showing to be off balance. I'm very dissatisfied with the service that was preformed on today.
Feel like we were scammed by the salesman. Thousands of dollars for miscommunications, messes and tools left behind, not following through with the full process with the promised included hydrostatic testing, and not requiring a leak (we just had it verified) to be repaired prior to work being completed. We now have to have that fixed then have more work done to finish the foundation repairs which will also tear up our flooring and will have to fix it as well. All this for first time homeowners with not much money available for these extras.
Jake came in and shared his knowledge about the process they offered and how it will work for my house. He shared what would happen in each step so I understood what was going to happen.
Prompt appointment and arrival. Conducted the survey quickly. Presented the evaluation in a cordial and professional manner. I recommend the Brown Foundation Company with highest regards.
Had an appointment today for a foundation and grade/drainage inspection.
I was lucky enough to have Harold Mitchem perform the inspection and he was nothing short of very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and any findings he may have noticed (none thankfully).
I would just like to say thank you to him again for his demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge. Karen Sticksel was my scheduler and I had the same treatment from her as well. Kudos to them both. I would recommend BFR. A ++ in my experience. Thanks!
Tony explained how Brown operates and then showed me things around my house to demonstrate what he would look for to determine if we had legitimate foundation issues. He explained how the Brown warranty compares to others then put me in touch with multiple engineers who would do a complete workup on our home and make recommendations. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. So far a very good experience and much more professional than we have had previously. Five stars!
Brown did an incredible job for us after our complete dissatisfaction with our previous foundation company. Noe, Leonardo and team came out, assessed our needs and fully explained what we would experience when the adjustments were made. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and extremely personable. Above and beyond, Leonardo even noticed a leak that was undetected by our previous foundation company and crawled back under the house to provide us with a video. We are very happy with the work they did and they provided the best warranty. We highly recommend Brown Foundation Repair!
Brown's personnel were all friendly and courteous, starting with Phillip, the guy they sent out for the assessment. We told Phillip that we planned on staying here long term, and would like for any issues to be taken care of to protect our investment. Phillip told us the south side of the house had dropped some, but should not present a problem for around 10 years moving forward.
When the crew got here today the foreman said that the south side of the house needs addressing significantly sooner, in the 18 month range, and his concern began as soon as he looked at the report, before he ever got to my home.
The discrepancies between these assessments is very troubling. I could understand a difference of opinion, but the gap between the two is so wide, it leaves me feeling like Brown is either trying to juice fees through deception, like a bait and switch, or, more likely, that the original assessor either lacked the qualifications or botched the assessment. If it would have cost more to get the problem fixed properly I would have gladly considered it.
This is a major expenditure for our family. We had to take out a loan in order to get this work done. It will not be possible for us to get the extra work that our foundation needs for a long time moving forward. Had I gotten a correct assessment before I had completed my loan, I would have very likely gotten the loan for the larger amount and had the work completed. We trusted that we would be provided with a full assessment to fix all of the current issues, Brown let me down.
Thanks to Tony for explaining everything prior to the overall inspection of my home. Noe took his time and answered all of my questions. He put me at ease. Overall, I am so pleased! I received very impressive work from these men! I witnessed their integrity driven stature and knew I chose the right company to fix my foundation. Thank you to Noe' for your great team!
I want to say thank you to these very respectful men:
Juan H. Martinez
Jose Garsia
Jose U. Flores
& Luis Duran
These men did excellent work. They explained what was to come and alerted me what I needed to do. These gentlemen were very polite. They took their time to ensure every issue was mended, even taking pictures to alert me when, why, and where the bad places were that they repaired. Hands down, no one will ever find a better class of guys to ensure your home is repaired!
If you are looking for an honest, reputable company, look no further.
I highly recommend the inspection prior to their work.
Thank you, guys! 😊
Cheryl & Troy D. Simpson
Brown foundation worked quickly and were available to answer all my questions throughout the process.
Rick Applewhite for brown foundation has been to my house twice. In the last 3 months to evaluate my foundation although I can’t afford the repair at this time I will go with brown foundation when I can afford it. He was very straight forward and walked me through the repair process.
Outstanding crew who did all the hard manual labor in lifting our foundation and patio repair. A great experience with everyone involved in the whole process. Thank you everyone!
Just had my foundation inspected today by Lupe Valdez. He’s such an honest expert by inspecting every corner of my house and answering all my questions and concerns. I appreciate all the suggestions he gave to me. I’d definitely call him if anyone I know needs a foundation repair!
Had Brown foundation do work on my pier and beam home. Have had them out a couple of time due to concerns, doors not closing and cracks in sheet rock that was not there originally. Have more issues now than before I had the leveling. They keep saying its level but you can see the difference in most of the doors. Very high price for the work they did.
We were very impressed with Mr Biel’s professionalism and honesty. We appreciated his visit.
Phillip was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough when he came out to give us an estimate.
Very professional, and the estimate was lower than I expected. Harold was a joy to work with, explaining the steps involved.
Brown foundation was very helpful throughout our repair! Overall the process was very easy and they take care of everything and explain it all. The crew fixing our foundation and Rick were very helpful and made sure everything was done and the clean up after was completed. Thank you brown foundation for helping us through this stressful moment!
ron applwhite was great. got us informed easily and explained all of the details.
Brown Foudation is my go-to for foundation repair and for recommendations to my neighbors! Lupe Valdez represents them as a company that takes good care of customers. More like friends who understand the importance of home foundation safety and care. Lupe has a vast knowledge of the materials required for numerous types of Texas foundation causes and solutions. I plan to begin walking on an even foundation in October! Thank you, Lupe and Brown Foundation, for being a blessing for my family and me!
Phillip did a wonderful job explaining, and going over the details of what will be done.
We are scheduled for October to get our home’s foundation repaired.
Rick came out to evaluate my crawlspace today. He was a nice guy, who called on his way to let me know we was coming and arrived on time. He discussed several options to prevent moisture damage and called to get the answers to my questions.
Rick Applewhite came to my house for a foundation evaluation today . I was very impressed with his professionalism and time he devoted to checking out my slab foundation . When he was finished measuring thoroughly he informed me that at this time no repairs were needed . It is refreshing in today's world to find a company and employees that are totally honest. I highly recommend them .
Enjoyed working with Brown Foundation to install my sump pump. Rick was a great estimator who helped address my needs and took the time to go over all of the options with me. I did not feel like they were trying to oversell me.
Wendell is absolutely the best manager and went above and beyond with his crew to make sure that I was taken care of during the installation process. When he did my walk-through, he personally installed additional gravel, extended my gutters, and explained the system to me.
The only reason for the four stars is because I feel like the walkthrough should be done after every installation. I did not really understand my system or how to use it until I specifically reached out and requested a person to come to my home and teach me/answer my questions. The crew that installed it wasn’t able to explain it the way that I was hoping and with that type of investment, it feels like there should be a little bit more attention on the actual utilization.
Rick came out and evaluated the job.he was very thorough explaining the possibilities..I was very comfortable talking to him about my situation..he was very professional
Karen was detailed, accurate, and prompt with a schedule while discussing foundation styles and workmanship expectations. She's funny! Great sense of humor. I'll see a guy at my house on Wednesday. Thanks Karen!
Its now Thursday. Wednesday went as expected. I have high expectations and Brown Foundation Repair team has met my ridiculously high standards. Im looking forward to having the rest of the team out to restructure my 100 y.o. pier, beam and stem wall home and to add in hydrodrains.
Love how fast they were able to get out to my house and do an inspection! I absolutely LOVE how they also gave us three different proposals and talked to me about each one and their differences!
Honest and helful assesment of a landscaping issue that affects my foundation.
Best Company for foundation repair.
The evaluation of my pier and beam foundation was par excellent, very thorough, laptop presented work plan, and a fair price. I would highly recommend Brown!
Lee was so professional and personable- a true joy with which to work
Our experience with Rick A. and Brown Foundation Repair was OUTSTANDING. When confronted with some pretty pressing drainage issues with our 1920s craftsman home, Rick was able to give us multiple options tailored around our availability and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to lay out our plan of action without any confusion.
I have a two-story house on pier and beam. Brown Foundation came out to do the foundation repair work and it took them 1 week to do some of the repairs. Then came back out several different times, but said they couldn’t complete the repairs thoroughly because the house needs to settle. We didn’t want to pay the total cost of $12,000 until the house was level. They claimed the work will be under warranty, and if we don’t pay for work that was done, they will put a lien on the house, even though it was not completed. They came out to do the warranty work and broke several support beams and now they won’t do anything to fix it. It’s a two-story house and shakes very badly. They claim that we are responsible for the cost for new support beams, even though they are the ones who broke them. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repair, especially if you have a two-story home. Our house is now MORE UNLEVEL than it was BEFORE they ever did any work.
.
If you need foundation repair, this is the company you want to use. Tony came to my home and was very professional and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company.
Olshan and Brown Foundation are the same company! Be aware they try to trick you. They keep the mask on with different shirts but do not be fooled! You think you are getting a quote from a different company!
I have been using Brown Foundation since 2009. They have always been professional and skilled. I have had the pleasure of working with Lee Wormington since 2018, and he has my absolute confidence. He is a man of integrity, very knowledgeable and knows about the Dallas soil issues. I am pleased with Brown Foundation.
I have to start with i have terrible anxiety and Lupe was like an immediate family member !! He was friendly and professional and told me everything he was looking for and put me at ease ! I dont have any foundation problems it turns out and he was honest to tell me that !!! what a great company im telling everyone about them
Carey Funk was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. I loved she had a robot that took video of my crawl space for us to review.
I feel we got excellent service from Tony. He explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable of the repairs needed as well as time estimate for completion.
I highly recommend Brown Foundation Repair. Juan Martínez and his crew did a spectacular job! They took care of everything in one day and cleaned up afterwards. My house feels sturdier than ever.
Previous owner had some foundation repairs done in 2019. Had brown foundation take a look at it today and I can say I am very impressed. Rick Applewhite was amazing! Gave me a foundation 101 due to being a new homeowner and did not try to upsell on anything! If you guys are in the market for foundation work or even just an inspection these are your guys! 5 stars all the way around to Rick and the team over at brown foundation!
Rick came out and really made us feel comfortable and explained everything perfectly. I definitely recommend!!!
Carey with Brown foundation came out to our home for some settling on our garage. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication was quick and easy. The installation took a day and appears to be working great. Overall a great experience.
Not only did Phillip Biel respond promptly to my inquiry, he was very professional and personable. The crew he sent out were also very professional and did a fabulous job, I am more than happy and highly recommend Brown Foundation Repair..
Lee with Brown foundation was great to work with. Honest and reliable. I recommend him to all of my clients.
Bryan Clark walked me through the process and no one could have been more responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Phillip Biel did a fantastic job explaining the process to me. He was so friendly and even listened to my toddlers when they very rudely interrupted him. Highly recommend this company! They're getting my issues fixed fast!
Lee was amazing! Lee's communication before he came to visit was perfect. He left me a voicemail. I was on a zoom call and I couldn't pick up the phone. I text Lee and he replied right away. His communication is spot on and I appreciate it so very much!!! Brown was recommended to me by a contract and I appreciate his suggestion. I appreciate Lee It was refreshing to have someone not try to take advantage of you. I will always recommend Brown and (Lee) to anyone.
Carey did a free estimate today. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. So much so that I wanted to pay something for the estimate. She wouldn't let me. I was very impressed with her knowledge and integrity!
Fast,, reliable. Pleasant experience.
Strangely good, as if not of this world. Their man convinced me I had the best peaches, didn't need foundation work, explained what I could expect from my pier and beam house, measured the changes from the last report I had on the house.. if I ever need real work done, they'll be the ones I call 100%.
And everyone else I've had out has been terrible by comparison. Just.. terrible.
I saw Rick Applewhite this morning. He is absolutely charming and very knowledgeable about all the aspects of foundation repair. He inspected my house inside and out and then came in to tell me his diagnosis. Just at that moment my son called and was able to interact with Rick via the phone. He told us that I most likely have a plumbing problem which is causing the ground under the house to become unstable. Then he explained all the steps to follow in order to decide what I need to do to get it fixed. I appreciated his honesty and forthright attitude. I’m shocked at the cost. I don’t know how I’m going to do this so I have to pray about it. I definitely trust Rick and Brown Foundation, and if I decide to keep my house they will be doing the work. But at this point, and considering the age of my house, and the cost of foundation repairs and plumbing repairs I might have to sell. I know Rick understands and it’s wonderful to have someone like that who absolutely applied no pressure or fear tactics and left just as nice and cheerful as when he came. I highly recommend him and Brown Foundation, although don’t be too disappointed when their secretary promises to return your call and doesn’t.
UPDATE:
I was surprised that they pushed for my decision as to whether or not they were going to "close out my case"! I did not understand and didn't respond to their first text! The second text started out with: "For the last time...are you still interested?" After my polite reply I never got my question answered and never heard from them again.
Very professional and polite people. Phillip, the technician that assessed our foundation told us they could get the repairs done in a day. Scheduled us in 2 weeks from the initial appointment and the contractors and workers arrived right on schedule despite being 2 hours away. They worked extremely efficiently and to my suprise and genuine satisfaction, they completed the entire foundation in a day exactly as promised. Im no structural engineer but the difference their work made in the stability of our home was immediately noticeable. Anybody in the Dallas/Waco area that needs foundation work should be calling Brown the first time every time!
Very disappointed. They did not address all issues of the foundation at the time. 1 year later had them come back and was told it is a different issue. Quote was only another partial compared to other bids I recieved. I would suggest paying for a structure engineer report to make sure exactly what needs should be met. I will have to have the work Brown did, redone since they did not use full length beams on my small house. The beam seams are not even staggered or bolted. Did not even remove all of old sill or post supports.
Lupe Valdez was professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Brown puts homeowner interests first and identifies what is in their best interest.
Great work was done on time and professionally. Did a great job of cleaning up each day and as a bonus touch, the team cleared a path from the back door to the yard, to make it much easier for my dog to go out each day. That bonus was appreciated more than they will ever know.
Lupe was great at inspecting and laying out our options for the repair work of our foundation and as bad as the foundation is we consider he a brave man for going up under the house !
Jake Cranston from Brown visited my home and conducted an evaluation. He was friendly and diligently walked me through every step as to what they will be doing.
I asked Brown FR to come out and evaluate my house since it has some issues. John came out and explained everything to me in detail. He explained that I did not have foundation issues and showed me what to look for
In the future if I think I do. I appreciate the companies honesty and willingness to teach me so that I am not taken advantage of in the future. If I ever need foundation work in the future, I will be calling Brown Foundation Repair. Thanks
I have had several interactions with Brown Foundation. I have studied Dr. Brown's books and it is obvious there is only one way to permanently fix a foundation problem. That is with drilled, reinforced poured concrete piers. I have had several houses fixed using this method and all have not moved in the last 40 years. Try that with the silly forced concrete cylinders or the drilled steel screw gimmicks.
Lee gave us an assessment and oversaw the project so that we were able to solve a long-standing flooding problem. We also had to go through a neighbor's garden to route the French drain. They said it was hardly any disruption for them at all. We appreciated the efficiency of the crew.
Great visit with Tony with BROWN foundation repair. Educated me on what I should be looking for to determine if this is a foundation issue or not. Most guys would have tried to sell me a repair. No foundation issue with my house. Thank you for your honesty and schooling me so that if I do need a repair in the future I know what I am looking for. You have my business if I ever need repairs!! Thank you Tony and BROWN foundation repair! April
Tony Stokley arrived on time and evaluated the problem I was having with my house. He explained everything in detail what needed to be done, and was very professional and personable. We discussed the costs and time frame for the completion of the job. I felt I had definitely chosen the correct company to work on my home and I signed the contract at that time
Priscilla Roquemore
Phillip was very experienced and had a lot of input on my situation. I think you will get what you pay for with this company, and the product will last.
Carey from Brown foundation evaluated the foundation of my house and provided most honest inputs. Highly recommend to others.
Rick Applewhite and Brown were timely, thorough and honest. Very professional
Lee was the specialist that came and evaluated my foundation for my 1950s home. We have an original pier and beam home with two slab additions and he was able to evaluate the home without much help from me or any documents. He was very professional and very kind, he took great care to not rush anything and to give me very deliberate and measured data, as to the cracks and door latching issues that we were having in my house. He gave me many recommendations as far as how to handle the repair once they go through and do the mud jacking, it was especially helpful, given that he could tell that I was a new homeowner and didn’t really understand most of what he was telling me. Not only was he helpful for evaluating my home for foundation repair, but also for suggestions on how to look into other issues that I could be experiencing or that could be causing issues with my foundation. He also gave me suggestions on how to detect moisture from a sewage leak. He made it extremely easy for me to ask questions and was experienced enough that he had an answer to almost any question that you could imagine regarding foundation. I could not be happier with my experience with Lee. Their prices are fair and they want to help.
Tech communicated his arrival time. He went step by step explaining it all to me. He showed me examples too.
The crew that came out were fantastic, professional, cleaned up, made sure I understood everything. They even showed me the system with running water. Jacob and his crew of 5 (sorry I can't remember names to well) worked their tails off. Thank you
We had used Brown a few years ago and asked them to return and evaluate another problem. They did so, proposed a six pier fix, and we got the repair in place within two weeks of my initial contact. They were very professional, both in the initial evaluation and the work performed by their crew. This is our third time using Brown, who now has addressed our entire perimeter. We have been very happy with their work each time.
Miguel and Carrie from Brown Foundation did such a great job on our extensive drainage and foundation repair project. We basically needed drainage around our entire house and some new piers. The guys all worked very hard (even in pouring rain). I’ve already told a couple of people to give them a call. They were great and affordable!
Carey was very thorough in explaining her analysis of the foundation repairs needed. I was very impressed with her knowledge.
So far I'm good, Brown Foundation repairs is working out great and very professional company. I would recommend to all of my companions and family.
Mr. Lee Wormington came out and gave the most honest assessment of my property. I had 5 companies total come out but Lee was in line with what is currently going on at my property.
So far my experience with Brown has been wonderful. Lupe came to my house to discuss my issues and was so helpful!!! He understood my problem and gave me a wonderful solution. He was professional and extensive with answering all my questions. I had some follow up questions the next day before we decided to go with Brown and he set up a phone appointment with him and promptly called at the designated time. His confident and positive attitude made me want to work with Brown.
Phillip Biel was a pleasure to work with, told me about my problems and how to fix it and fast service. Scheduling for a quick repair.
Within a week of initial call we had a service appt with Lupe to review our water issues. Lupe suggested putting in a hydra system with pump to keep our crawl space dry between the pier and beam. House is 53 years old and hers hoping the 53 more for the next homeowners down the road.
Easy to schedule appointment! Lee came out performed an observation. He shared his findings and took the time to explain everything. Much appreciated!
It started with Jake giving me the quote then got it all set up. The first crew came out and did a great job setting the piers. The next week the second crew, Noe, Adam, Adan, Jonathan, Bernardo and Jacob Lopez came on time and began work by taking level measurements through the house. They finished the pier work and filled it in. I appreciate the way they made sure the area look good before they left. The crew was personable and informative.
Brown Foundation Repair is a great company to choose for your repairs! Just ask for Rick A. to come out for your home repair free estimate needs. Rick is very experienced and very down to earth explanations that you are able to understand. He listens to what your concerned with and takes his time to real evaluate the situation. Very honest company and employees! Everyone ask for Rick A. and call Brown Foundation Repair!! You'll be glad you did!
Brown provided impeccable customer service, were super knowledgable, competitively priced, and did everything they said they were going to do. They are one of the last “good ones” in terms of service providers that you can trust. Be sure to ask for Pat Rodriguez and Rick Applewhite—I can firsthand tell you how amazing they are! Cheers!
Met with Lupe Valdez today for my free estimate on a pier and beam with drainage problem. He was polite, professional and got really muddy going under my old house! First thing he said needed was drainage and outlined what that would entail. Second was piers with missing bases, which I had already paid another company to do. He showed me pictures of underneath the house and answered all of my questions. He said, if I wanted to proceed, there would be a deposit required that would go against the cost. I could do some or all that he proposed, my choice. Since I’ve been around this block a time or two, I’ve chosen Brown Foundation to get my house back on a good foundation! I will update after work is done! They were able to get me in 2 weeks before original date, I am 2 hours away from Dallas and wouldn’t you know I got rain the night before they came! The guys showed up about an hour later than originally planned, but as of 5:45 pm are still working digging trenches with water seeping up on them! Definitely a hard working crew! I am impressed with them. The main guy speaks some English, the rest not. But that does not detract from the awesome neat trenches they have dug, by hand, with tree roots and water, and MUD, to contend with! So far, I’m a happy camper!
After all of the above, I needed the outer house lifted. The crew came today to start on the piers! I was so impressed with their work ethic! I used Google translate when needed. They were professional, hardworking and cleaned up after themselves impeccably! 5 star rating, in my books!
I want to express my appreciation for a job well done to Karen Sticksel, Guadalupe Valdez, Abner Hernandez, Rocael Caal, Henry Castro, and Osbaldo Guzman. From start to finish our experience with Brown Foundation Repair was professional and they delivered a high quality pier and beam foundation repair job. I am happy to recommend Brown Foundation Repair to anyone who is need of any foundation repairs.
We had a technician from Brown (Tony) come out about some foundation issues we have been noticing and it was really refreshing to hear Tony say that Brown can help us and that our issues are most likely realted to a water leak.
We had several other companies come out and they all left me feeling pressured to buy into $40,000+ repair plan without getting into what was causing the shifting, how the plumbing would be addressed, or how lifting a whole house would impact roofing, plumbing, walls, windows, brickwork, etc.
Out of all the companies that came out, Brown was the only company to immediatly say you need to have pinpoint leak detection done before any foundation work and anyone telling you otherwise doesn't have your best interest in mind.
I appreciate the honesty from Brown (and their technician Tony) and hopefully once we have the pinpoint leak detection done, Brown can work up a plan to help fix our home.
The technician was very honest and super helpful with the advice he provided.
Lupe came out and did an estimate - he was fantastic! Would 5 out of 5 recommend
Rick Applewhite of Brown Foundation is truly the most professional sales/foundation expert there is! He spent a great deal of time explaining to me the condition of my foundation and made sure I understood all of my options. At no time did I feel like I was being sold something I did not need. If you have an issue no matter how small, call this company and ask for this man! You will not be disappointed!
Signed, "someone who knows nothing about ground shifts and stress cracks, and subsurface water"
We did not hire this company due to the price of the estimate
Rick came to my home tonight and was great! I have a house that will be 70 years old next year and he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't really need. I can't think of a better way to do business than to just be honest with your customer. If anything changes with my home he will be the first person that I call!
From the day we called and Mr Valdez visit our home, we knew we had made a great decision....and he was very good at answering all questions and showing us where and how this was going to be done. Thumbs up 100%.
We had call other companies and we are still waiting for a reply...one we talked to,even gave us a quote over the phone with out seeing.....poor Ryan!!!
Thank you
Mr &.Mrs. Diangson, Texas
Great Service and very professional!
Staring with the inspection and the two crews that completed the job. I couldn't get the name of all, but kudos to Lupe, Orlando, Noe, and all the others. Many thanks!!!
Very courteous and knowledgeable technician. Tony arrived right on time and was able to quickly and efficiently tell me exactly what did and what did not need to be done. So glad I called Brown.
Brown Foundation recently came out to do some work on the front of my home. They did an amazing job. They were there on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I had one person who went above and beyond helping As He adjusted the latch on my front door so that it would close properly and lock. I cannot remember his name but he was very kind and helpful. We've used Brown Foundation for all of our foundation needs over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend.
HAD major work repairing pier and beam termite damage on a 60+ year old home. It was an involved process but all involved were top notch. This type of work is very labor intensive and you have to keep positive. Payments as work was completed went well no monkey business. The crew worked extremely hard in the heat and I comforted them with some drinks and food. Highly recommend to folks with very old pier and beam foundations. Class Act all the way
Lupe came out to perform an inspection and pointed out areas that no one else noticed or bothered to mention. I appreciate his attention to detail, expertise and honesty. Before I can move forward i must get these problems repaired. I will definitely use these guys! Thanks again Lupe!
Jake Cranston was on time for our appointment. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options in detail. I would highly recommend Brown Foundation for any issues/advice for their foundation needs or concerns!!!
Phil was right on time, didn't waste any time. explained everything clearly and an all around nice guy. represented his company like you want them to. professionally and with personality.
I was referred to Brown Foundation by a friend — Lee Wormington did the initial inspection. He was professional and answered all my questions.
Perfect team
This review is for Abner, one of the Production Foreman's for Brown Foundation. He has come out twice to do some warranty work on our French Drain and foundation. On both occasions he has gone above and beyond to make sure the issues were handled. He will listen to what you have to say and evaluate the situation, but more importantly, he takes pride in making sure that he fixes the issues and that you are satisfied with the work performed before he leaves.
Abner is one of those people who makes a company shine and is definitely an asset to Brown Foundation. My wife and I both have said, we don't know what he gets paid, but its not enough.
If you have the opportunity to get to work with him, you will get to see this for yourself.
Due to no fault of brown's foundation repair, the work was not able to be done, but everything that they did to try to get the work done was absolutely amazing. And wonderful, and a great experience, thank you.
Brown foundation did a great job. On time, thorough and price was fair.
The most respectful people. Phillip Biel is the best. Explained everything from beginning to end. Customer service is top notch.
Recently had our house leveled, Thank you Phillip Biel for getting us sold on this extremely great work. Also a big shout out to all the gentleman that were involved from day one in showing us the professionalism in the everyday work they do.
Our sales rep was great he explained everything to the t so we could understand it showed us everything and was just helpful with any questions we had I would recommend them to anybody
I have been with brown foundation since 2015. And they have taken good care of me every time i've had to call them.. I am editing this post because I did not realize. I hit the one star I meant to hit the 5. This company has been wonderful.

Was there for alot of it & worked with the guys as well which made me feel like Brown does care about their work...thanks to all the guys & i will always recommend Brown Foundation..
Recommend Engineering was 2 star
No Followup by Tech who sold the job and lack of coordination with installers who needed addition details.
Lack of concern for a Quality Installation
No followup by Tech who sold the job even after several messages.
Prices was very high
No followup after installation nor during by Tech Seller at all.
We would not recommend Brown to anyone.
We worked with Lee W. from Brown. He was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained the repairs we needed in a concise and easy to understand way. It’s clear to us that Brown is truly focused on helping their customers.
Had Brown come to our home for a free evaluation only to happily learn we did not have a foundation problem! The man showed us what to look for regarding foundation problems and why we did not have any. Totally professional!! Even took pictures for their file should anything happen in the future. Guess I’ll be calling a handyman instead👍🏻.
Just had Brown Foundation Repair fix my peer and beam foundation. They did an excellent job. The crew was friendly and efficient and they didn’t leave a mess. Carey Funk, came out and started the process with a free estimate. She used a four-wheel camera device to look all under the house and showed me everything that was going on. Took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.
Brown did a great job and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy foundation repair company.
Lee Wormington came to evaluate my home and explained what he found and the solutions to fix. My contractor Bell Custom Remolding agreed and we are moving forward with the repair.
Everyone we worked with in the planning and executing phases was very nice and professional. I wish we had been warned that in doing the work there would be many more and worse cracks in the house than what we already had. It was just surprising and discouraging to see damage after spending so much money to fix the problem that was causing the cracks. Be prepared to spend after the work to repair all the new cracks.
Both Carey & Rick were very professional and I appreciated their kindness to my friendly Border Collie.
Don’t fall for shisters! Brown is the real deal. Very helpful, polite, leave everything clean and honor their warranty.
I paid around $9,000 for Brown Foundation to come out and fix my foundation issues in November of 2022 on a pier and beam home. Brown’s customer service is great. However, my foundation is still not fixed and several different crews have come out after the initial “repair” and each crew has found several different foundation issues that weren’t addressed from the previous crew. The last crew was out last week to correct major issues and did not fulfill their obligation to do so. My back door still does not close, my bathroom closet door doesn’t open, two support posts on my front porch are loose and dangling and that’s just 6 days after their work was “complete”. The worst part about all of this is that when I make an appointment to get things like this fixed and addressed that are covered under warranty work, they have to send out a warranty inspector, then schedule a crew to come and “fix” the findings. Which the crews are usually 3 to 4 weeks out for scheduling. In that 3 to 4 week waiting period I have had windows crack, door knobs break from trying to open and close my exterior doors, or I’ll have to use a window to enter and exit my home if the exterior doors aren’t opening. I’m pretty easy going and understanding but after close to a year of dealing with these issues and spending a large sum of money I can’t help but to be frustrated. I’ve made another appointment for repairs but of course a warranty inspector has to come out again to “look” then I can get a crew out to make the “repairs”. Hopefully I can find a resolution for all this headache soon.
***Update***
I’d like to add a “Womp Womp” to my 1 star.
Well Brown came out in October to continue repairs to my foundation and ended up cutting my propane gas line and cutting my water line all in the same visit. The office was prompt on those corrections. However a month(ish) or so later after Brown came back out to continue repairs I had to once again called and scheduled more work since my exterior front door will barely close and open without excessive force and my exterior back door will not close at all. (Which was the issue I called about and noted in my previous review) I’ve waited over a month for a warranty inspector to come out and on Wednesday Jake the original inspector for my project came out with one of the many crew supervisors to “assess” the situation again. A crew will be out on Wednesday to “get it all squared away”. I’ll will be sure to update and report/review once work has been “completed”. On a side note this project was to come with a 2 year warranty that covers all labor and materials and then an additional 3 year warranty with me covering labor costs. Since my foundation still has yet been completed 100 percent without any issues I’ve have inquired about a warranty reset/actual start date with zero answers from anyone I’ve asked in the office or from their company out in the field.
I hope this helps, and I hope my foundation nightmares are resolved soon.
Brown Foundation leveled two properties, office building and home.
Both went very well. When I called about a little settling I noticed they were quick to come back.
Carrie and Rick evaluated my pier and beam foundation today. They were extremely thorough and precise in their evaluation. They educated me throughout the process and I learned about my foundation and concerns to look out for. I would highly recommend this team if you are having any concerns regarding your foundation
Brown Foundation is definitely a go to for your foundation and drainage system needs. I had some drainage work done in my backyard due to flooding. Lee and his project crew did an excellent job and used very high quality products to complete the job. I was very happy with the work done and quality of detail this company provides. My drainage issue was resolved and looking forward to having grass growing in my yard again.
Rick and Carey came out to look at our foundation. They were very friendly, honest with their findings, and explained things thoroughly. Highly recommend them for your foundation needs!
It was great working with Carey Funk! She provided us with an in depth report of her findings and explained all the possible solutions.
Tony came out and did a brief visit (I wasn't impressed with his mannerism) and I asked him to send me a quote and he told me he would. It's been 3 weeks and I've never received a quote from them.
Rick Applewhite and Carey Funk were amazing! They were very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Make sure you request them by name.
I recently got 3 bids for the foundation work. I was very impressed with Lupe who came out and gave me the bid. He was very professional and helpful with any questions I had. Brown Foundation will begin work soon on my property.
