We hired Ecoscape to repair our home's foundation. The home had previous foundation work done in the past and that company was no longer in business (shocker, right?). This is one of the biggest benefits of working with Ecospace, they are a reputable company that has been around for decades. We've now hired Ecoscape twice in the same year for different projects. First we hired them to stop a corner of our old pier and beam house from sinking. They lifted the house judiciously and ensured it was lifted to the proper level to reduce damage to inside walls (those with old houses know that they haven't been 100% level for a long time, so choosing when to stop lifting is an art), Matt was responsive and up-front about scheduling, the team showed up with enough manpower to do the job, and they got it wrapped in one day.

4 months later we wanted to replace the old patchwork slab foundation in the garage and the entire crumbling driveway. We sought 5 or 6 bids, and Ecoscape came in reasonable considering the current insane prices of concrete, so we chose them expecting a high quality end product. Glad we did. Again Matt was highly responsive and kept us up-to-date with permitting and scheduling news (having both foundation work and work abutting the roadway made City of Dallas permitting extra fun), Daniel was easy to work with and on-site the whole time, and both his demo and pouring crews were efficient and respectful of the neighbors. The finished product looks great and drains properly.

We had Ecoscape come out to mudjack our house after another company didn't do the foundation piers correctly. They also put in French drains and gutters. We are very happy with their work and they didn't gouge on the price

Im not an easy customer but these guys made it hard to complain. We called the day after the last monsoon storm in North Dallas. They were a week or so out, but when we gave them our sob story about both of our family homes on the property are having water pouring in, and allmof the grass is now a 2 axre lake. They worked some magic and moved a crew to our job and now, 3 days later, we have perimeter drains, sump pumps and all of our rain gutters are tied into an amazing water discharge system that should keep us dry for years to come. Great crew, great workmanship and we got a thorough education on flooding, foundation, and how to move water away from the house.

We did multiple projects with Ecoscape. Mudjacking, Drains, Gutters, and more. They kept me updated with photos throughout each process. Most importantly, they solve a huge issue we had a lot of water coming up through my floors by Mudjacking and adding French Drains. They were always quick to respond and would give help and advice anywhere they could. Juan was amazing as well, and his team worked so hard they finished ahead of schedule. We hired Ecoscape to repair our home's foundation. The home had previous foundation work done in the past and that company was no longer in business (shocker, right?). This is one of the biggest benefits of working with Ecospace, they are a reputable company that has been around for decades. Before choosing Ecoscape, we met with at least 4 other companies and in the end, we felt our best choice was here. The customer service was great and the work they did was well done. They worked extremely well around all my plants in the front yard (where I prepped the area) and inside our home. We feel great about our decision to go with Ecoscape and they had a lot of different payment options you can choose from. I would recommend them to anyone looking for foundation repair work.

This will be a lengthy review but I feel it's important to provide the details of our experience for others. First off, I want to state we were very pleased with the actual work on our foundation performed by Ecoscape. As other reviews note the clean up was done very well and the project was done very timely. Our disappointment comes in the process following the repair. We were told we needed a plumbing pressure test following the repair to make sure everything was ok. We were told if there were issues as a result of the lifting of the house we would be responsible for the costs, but if it was negligence on the part of Ecoscape doing the work we would not. Ecoscape had a plumber contact us out of the blue without communication to let us know he would be at our house the same day. After he gave us our quote of about $2800 to repair some issues we told him we would like to get another opinion. The plumber was not happy and said if we did not use him we would have to pay $500 for his time that day. We should have been given the option of who to use prior to him coming to avoid this situation. However, we decided to go with this company. After he fixed a broken pipe, he informed us it was broken because of where Ecoscape placed the riser. When we pressed about this he quickly back tracked on what he said.After the plumbing, Ecoscape had to come back out to adjust a riser (which is understandable), and at the end of the work Josh from Ecoscape came to the door to inform it was finished and asked us to do a review. When I told him of our displeasure of everything that occurred following the foundation repair, he literally just stared at me and then asked to come inside to use the restroom. This was all in April, everything got fixed, and although we were not happy about the costs we went about our business. A few weeks ago we received a call from Sam at Ecoscape asking about our experience and wanted to promote energy savings they could do for us.My husband told him he was not interested in learning about the Energy savings and expressed our frustrations at the lack of communications and plumbing information we had been told.He was very apologetic.He stated the company wants to "make it right" and he would send someone to our house to talk to us. My husband assured him it was not necessary for someone to make the drive to our house but he insisted. That week Josh came back out. After we brought him in, he immediately went in to a spiel regarding the energy savings they wanted to sell to us.We quickly interrupted to say we were confused as we were told the purpose of the meeting was to discuss our concerns. He acted very confused, pointed the finger at Sam for not telling him correctly and contradicted himself later that he did know there was a problem, and then took down notes. He kept implying we did not understand the process but we assured him we know what was said to us during our initial visit. We also pointed out that we were not the ones to reach out to Ecoscape about everything, but the company reached out to us and said they were going to "make it right." He left and said someone would be calling us. More than a week passes and no word from anyone. We call Sam again to follow up and again he was very apologetic and said he would reach out to someone, that it would take time but we would definitely hear back form him by the end of the day for an update. A few hours later I get a TEXT from Matt stating "Sam said you were trying to get a hold of me." I explained this was not the case, again went over all our our concerns and frustrations about the lack of communication from the company. He proceeded to respond that they feel they gave us the most professional job the industry has to offer. Again, we were not upset with the actual foundation work performed, but the fact that the company reached out to US for feedback and once they received it, either ignored it or passed us around. I also told him I felt it was very unprofessional to address everything via text. I then left a message on company VM but again no response.

I would definitely recommend this company! The technician that came to my house answered all of my questions and was very professional. I was pleased with their work, especially their clean up!
