They showed up on time, conducted themselves professionally, explained everything they were planning to do, tested sprinklers before and after, and cleaned up after themselves. They corrected the issue, cleaned up all of the debris and redistributed all excess dirt along the perimeter of the house. From the quote to completion they had no issues answering any questions I had, and were willing to move and adjust schedules without an issue.

Stratum was able to do the exact work that I wanted, instead of suggesting alternatives. They kept in communication with emails from the initial visit to the finish. And they also repointed the brick motar and caulked the window frames far from the foundation work.

Installed 6 piers. They showed up in time, were very friendly and performed the work thoroughly and quickly. They reviewed the sprinkler system beforehand and repaired it properly afterwards. Also, they recaulked the expansion joint and fixed the flashing after the foundation piers were installed. Good job! There were no issues with plants or replanting, as I had recently removed all the plants in the area (dead from winterpacolypse).

We installed 2 piers yesterday and this is the third time we had work done by Stratum. We had piers installed twice and one time was the free adjustment under warranty(It was FREE adjustment as they advertised). The team was very professional and always on time as scheduled, and they cleaned up carefully after the work done. We couldn't be happier with Stratum and we would use them again if needed in the future. Stratum is Highly Recommended if you need to get your foundation fixed!!

Stratum did an excellent job with the foundation repair. Ryan Williams came out and described exactly what was needed, and explained every detail to the tee. He showed us the potential pier locations on his iPAD and did it very professionally. The workers came out the day they were supposed to, and did the work in less than 1 day. They dug the holes as required, and cleaned up afterwards with no issues. The foreman checked the 'final' levels inside the house and coordinated with the workers outside. The plumber came a week later and performed the post-work pressure test, and found no issues. I was pleased with the work. Thanks Stratum!

Jason did a great job at helping us diagnose and fix a water filled void under our foundation. He came and looked at the place and figured that’s probably what was happening. He told us he could drill into the floor to check, but he’d have to charge us for it and that it was a simple test to run ourselves to drill into the floor and drop a dowel in there to see if it came back up wet, so we went ahead and did it ourselves and found water. He came back out, drilled more holes and filled it with expanding foam stuff. A week later we still saw evidence of water coming up, so he came back and filled in more foam. The kicker? He didn’t charge us for the 2nd visit because he hadn’t fixed it fully on his first visit. That’s good service right there. Hopefully we don’t ever need to call him again, but we’ll definitely be going back to stratum should we need foundation help again!

- Their evaluation of the problem and recommended solution was almost identical to the evaluation I received from an independent Engineer.
- Their workers were efficient and neat - cleaned up nicely when finished.
- The Business Operations Manager, Neysa, was incredibly kind and helpful. She was pleasant even though I needed to ask 3 separate times for copies of the detailed work order.
- I would suggest you pay attention to the disclaimers regarding plumbing damage and landscape damage. Both occurred and cost me several thousand dollars to repair.

After all the warning signs, I decided to bite the bullet in 2013, and get my foundation repaired. Shopping for such a large project wasn't easy, but careful thought and diligent effort was a must. After consulting with Ryan Williams, Stratum representative, I was much more comfortable with the process. Ryan was very knowledgeable, and helped me understand all my options. He was the primary reason I decided to go with Stratum on this, and I'm glad I did! The foundation work was completed in January, and I have not had a problem since. The lone setback was a break in the plumbing (which is always a risk with this type of work). I was able to consult with Ryan, even after the job was completed, to ensure that I took all necessary action to get my home right, and keep all warranties in tact. I have recommended Stratum to friends and coworkers, and have been pleased with the job they have done.
