Don't fall victim!!! We used Advanced Foundation Repair a few years ago. My house was still under warranty. Standard Pacific paid Advanced a handsome amount of money for their services. In the past 4 years, we have been seeing several signs that there is movement. We have contacted Advanced 3 times in the past 4 years. All they do is send someone out to do a survey, take my $75 and claim all is okay. I've had 2 other companies come out and both have confirmed that there is significant movement. Supposedly, there is a "life time" transferable warranty but Advance is not honoring it. As the last company that came out said, Advanced has been paid. They will not make money by honoring that warranty. I'm livid! My next step is to hire a structural engineer to do an official survey that I can use in court.

AFR worked on my townhome's foundation before I purchased it. Less than a year after my purchase, the walls were cracking again. They sent someone to take measurements, then nothing happened for six months. They said their employee disappeared with the measurements and they'd have to start over. ???? So they finally measured again after a few months (I had to give my HOA Manager a deadline and threaten to call my own foundation repair company because my walls had one-inch gaps by this time). They finally "repaired" the issue, which was with the attached unit, but two days later, I had a huge horizontal crack across the entire length of the adjoining wall. I let them know that whatever they had done had made the problem worse in my townhome, so they eventually took more measurements, determined the problem was completely different, and charged the HOA $88,000 to fix it. It remains to be seen whether it will actually be fixed this time, but in the meantime, they think it's okay to put a portable toilet on my front lawn near my house. This is supposedly because I wouldn't leave a key to my house, which would have allowed their employees to use my bathroom (without my permission). Very unpleasant company to work with. Advanced Foundation Repair, particularly working with Bob, was an easy experience. They are very honest. I've had a few other foundation repair companies come and quote over the past 5 years with ranges of $20-60K for repair, not including work they wanted to do to dig into front patio and flooring, which would have added to the cost and not anything they'd fix. Bob walked me through the process and readings in simple terms. He explained the Texas soil with the hot versus cold seasons will see some movement. My house had the cosmetic repairs like doors sticking, some lines in the wall to tape and paint, but these were due to normal adjustments over time and seasons. The actual foundation repair was not required as the differences across the house were in normal range and not cause for alarm any time soon. I appreciate the honesty in an economy of people looking to do work for a quick buck. I know when I do have a foundation concern in the future who I will be calling for a thoughtful and honest review. I am sure if I do need work, they'll do it in a way that is a balance of what is required to ensure safety and integrity of the house and cost.

We had our foundation fixed with them few years ago and have had some problems with pilling but they have been amazing fixing it without problems. Love that they are on top of things and with communication too.

Our builder chose advanced foundation repair for some recent foundation work. I would not recommend!! As homeowners, we had to manage the project because the communication between the office, workers, builder, and homeowners was a complete disaster and very much lack there of. They did poor work, left messes and we had to continually follow up on a daily basis. It was not a good experience.

Company is UNWILLING to look at my foundation, reason: because the home is not 10+ years old and under "builder warranty." I wanted a second opinion and they refused. I gave them the measurements from the builders company showing a 2.6"( 1" deviation is industry standard variation,) elevation increase on front corner. The only work done was the installation of french drains from the back to the front.

There is "nothing" in my original contract advising of "a
service fee for warranty visits!" ... however, I was told that I will now be charged $75 for all warranty visits, which I refused to pay! I've called this company 3 times since my visit on 11/17/23, requesting information or a call back.
I've never received any documentation for my warranty visit on 11/17/23 or the warranty work that is now needed!! I've received not one phone call that I've requested from my inspector, his supervisor and/or a scheduler! No repairs or patches were ever made from original lift. This company does not follow up with any customer requests and does not provide good customer service!!

Terrible experience. Called a few times to schedule a foundation repair estimate, no answer. Received a call back to my voicemail 4 days later to schedule appt. Rep came out a few days later and did the inspection and stated he couldn't give a quote in person and would email it to me within 2-3 days at most. After 3 days, I called 4-5 times within a 3 day span asking for the quote to be sent over because I was looking to make a decision on the repairs and just got the run around each time. It has now been about 2 weeks since the inspection and I never received the quote. Save your time and go with a company that actually shows interest in their potential customers.

Advanced Foundation Repair acquired the firm that put in several piers many years ago (under a previous owner of my home). One of those piers now needs adjustment based on other work done by a better firm in town. NO ONE has called us back to schedule someone at Advanced to come look at the pier, despite multiple attempts over three months. All we get is the run-around "oh, send an email" (we did), "we'll call you back in 48 hours" (why? Oh, and they don't), etc.

Based on others' reviews below, I'm actually now pretty concerned that if they ever do come out and adjust the pier that it will be messed up! I have no idea why they think they can operate this way when there are far superior companies in town.

Run for your life, NEVER use this company, they lie, charge a fee even when your contract shows no amount due for inspections. We paid $17,000 for piers and our house is falling again. Their employee came out did an assessment and stated they need to be adjusted, 3 days later the owner decided NO work needs to be done. We went with a different company for the other side of the house and they have been wonderful. I want everyone to be aware and look elsewhere, there are many other companies out there that will warranty their work. Do your research first!

Kyle looked at our home and found insufficient evidence of shifting, and provided a very professional and frank recommendation that we do nothing to change anything regarding our foundation at this time. He also provided solid advice on maintaining the foundation's integrity for the future. I was very, very impressed with his honesty and professionalism.

We had 3 piers installed in our house about 3 weeks ago. The workers did an absolutely amazing job. Once finished, we couldn't even tell where the holes had been dug on the exterior of the house. Eventually, we found a leak caused by the raising of the middle of the house. Advanced sent out plumbers, who fixed the problem well. The communication from the office staff - namely Ms. Claudio was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

We were convinced we needed piers when we called AFR based on several recommendations. Mr. Bob Snyder came out and did a detailed set of measurements and diagramming, which he thoroughly explained to us. (Very interesting by the way). Turns out we did not need piers. The rear foundation of my home was repaired three times under my manufacturer warranty through advanced foundation repair. The front was deemed good by the warranty inspector all three times. Shortly after my foundation warranty with the manufacturer ended for the front of my home, the front foundation needed repairs.

I paid out of my pocket to advanced for repairs. Advanced recommended using steel beams in the front but used concrete in the rear. I can only assume it was to increase the price of repairs vs cost of repairs for warranty work. I was instructed to clear out one room because they needed to dig through that room for repairs. When the laborers arrived they needed access to dig through the garage also. I had to clear the area in my garage to allow them to dig. I could have done that the day before had that information been available to me prior.

The repairs were made. There was a "supervisor" that came by to make sure the dirt backfill was to my liking. I had that supervisor watch me turn on my underground sprinklers and they did not work. The sprinklers were working before the repairs. I told him I needed them repaired. A week passed and I called the office and told the person that answered the phone what happened. I scheduled a day with them to come out and took a day off of work. They no showed. I called an hour after they were supposed to be there and I was told someone was supposed to come.

It took me a few days to fix my sprinklers myself. There were two cut wires from the laborers digging. I don't fault the laborers for any of the issues I had. I admire foundation workers be cause their job is not easy. I fault the "supervisor" and the person who scheduled my appointment. I now have a warranty with advanced foundation repair for my entire foundation.

Our contract was for $10,000...I paid half upfront. Advanced could not get it right...they had to redo the interior piers. I let them know in writing that I would not pay until the corrected their sloppy work. They promised to make it write...after several months of me waiting for them to correct the issue they filed a lien on my property. Once they finally completed the project 6 months later I asked them to remove the lien when I paid the $5000 balance...they would only remove the lien if I paid an extra $500 for the "lien fee". Not only did take a couple of months for Advanced to correct their sloppy work, but then they added $500 to our contract at the end. I do not recommend anyone who would change the price halfway through the project.

We have had Advanced Foundation Repair come by our house twice as we thought we had foundation issues. Bob Snyder measured our house both times and explained the numbers that we were seeing and that there were no structural issues to be found. This is in contrast with another foundation repair company who told us we needed immediate repairs. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Bob. If we ever need work done, we'll know who to contact.

They were quick to come out and survey, then recommended an excessive amount of pillars. We decided to trim it down and move forward. They didn't show up to our appointment - Called afterwards to reschedule then sent some un professional - non employee - third party scab crew out the next day that showed up at my house and tried to start working with out talking to anyone. Luckily I was home and I sent them off. Do not use this company they are very unprofessional and will mess up your home.

I had a terrible experience with Arch Foundation (their sister company Arch foundation that is run by the same people). I bought a house that they have just done $23k worth of repairs on. 3 months later the house started cracking and sinking after we have made a lot of upgrades inside. I reached out to them to fix it but they refused because I haven't transferred the warranty. They wanted to charge an additional 2500 to repair their original job. Terrible customer service no one calls back, and very poor quality work.

Our builder hired this company to lift our home after extensive foundation damage. Their communication is absolutely horrible. They will promise to call you back in a few minutes and then never call you back (Beatrice and others). It is 4 months after our house has been lifted with piers and we have no warranty from them whatsoever. They also installed a sump pump and we have no warranty information about that either. We have also been asking for documentation of the work done on our house for over 2 months to turn in at our tax hearing tomorrow and as of today we have nothing from them. Run don't walk this company is so unprofessional it's unbelievable. The builder gave their permission for all of this information to be released so this is nothing short of negligence on their part not to get the information to us. We have made over 10 phone calls and emails requesting this information. The owner of the company met with us personally and talks a good game but don't trust them. Your home is one of the most important investments you will ever make, do not trust this company with it.

Eric Vineyard has been absolutely amazing! We had some work done on our home with the previous owner. Eric was the tech who inspected the house prior to us purchasing. He was so helpful in providing documents and explaining the diagrams in detail. Extremely responsive and eager to provide information.

If you have any foundation issues this is the best company hands down. Eric Vineyard was our estimator and even completed a follow up evaluation 3 years later when selling the home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company above all other companies!

Could tell the inspector didn't want the job, he didn't look around the whole exterior and didn't come inside my house. He gave me his business card but won't return my call

AFR worked with my Professional Engineer to develop a plan. The owner made himself available to conference directly with the Engineer. They arrived on time and installed 5 pilings in about 4 hours. There were two supervisors who ensured that all of the work was done to spec. They were professional and pleasant. The workers spread plywood where they placed all of the dirt they removed from the holes so the dirt would not mess up the surrounding area. When they were finished, you could barely tell they were there. Several times there were some "special needs" and they made sure those needs were resolved and really went beyond expectations. Thank you for a great experience.

Horrible. If your job is too small don't expect a reply from Bobo even though he wasted over an hour of your time. And don't expect him to quote concrete even though most engineers say it is all you need. Bobo is just looking to take your cash. Complete trash company!! Not even worth 1 star. RUN from this company as fast as you can!!

After contracting Advanced Foundation Repair to repair our foundation (with some warranty work included) they failed to show up on agreed on repair dates - twice! Communication was poor. In both cases I received no phone calls or emails as the repair date approached and when I reached out to find out what time I might expect workers to arrive, some excuse was produced which pushed the repair date back.

Several times during communications I was promised a call back, which never materialized. Only through hounding them was I able obtain any new information.

Honestly, I am quite baffled.

Void this company if you want to save your house. After the repair, my house develops many more cracks on the drywalls and bricks. It has been 3 years, I still hear the cracking noise at night. They blame that my ground moves. I paid top money $13,000 for 15 metal piers and expected top quality, but turned out to be the worst. I regret so much that I hired them. Very deceiving, don't count on their warranty. It only sounds good during the sale. Don't make the same mistake I did. Hope this would help you to save your house. Hire someone else.

The experience began with a gentleman coming by to inspect our situation and take measurements to build a quote. He explained in detail what would be done and how. We chose his estimate which was very competitive based in no small part on the detail we received during the inspection. When the crew showed up to perform the work, they were on time and performed exactly as described. I had to look hard to tell they had been there once they completed the job, cleaned up, and left. I was very impressed with the entire process. I would recommend Advanced Foundation to my family and friends without hesitation.

This company put in piers at our current home prior to us moving in. They did not follow through with their warranty because we did not transfer it into our name 30 days after moving in (which we were never told). I called multiple times and asked for a manager to return my call, which they never did. We were very displeased with their service.

Advanced Foundation Repair is easy to work with when they are taking your money, but don't expect anything after that. I had warranty claim for foundation sinking between 4 of their piers. The company will do anything to not have to do any repairs for their customers. They told me that the whole rest of my house heaved up except for the 15 square feet where my foundation had collasped. I think they are dishonest in their statements about warranting their work. Save yourself a lot of grief and use someone else.

I would not recommend this company. They do not honor warranty. I fought with them 2 years to address the beams they installed under house. The beams are not even sitting on piers. Jim, Betrice, Frank(the owner),etc. will all give you the run around. They accept no responsibility for job. They repeat over and over you signed off on work to be performed like you are the professional and not them.The very last time after 18 months of trying to get them to come out there the tried to blame a A/c drain line that pulled loose. I have photos of water flowing under house from a botched drainage job. The did finally address the drainage which has since been flawless but it was to little to late and they don’t honor the warranty anyways. I had high hopes as they have great reviews but a lot of the reviews appear to be bots. Also DO NOT fall for the contract is your receipt and pay cash of any form. Only pay with some form of payment that you have transaction history.

I scheduled to have an estimate done for an upcoming project. It took almost 3 weeks from the time I called to schedule an appointment in which I understand that they are busy. A day before the scheduled appointment I was contacted by them to reschedule for an earlier time that day in which I was able to work with them. On the day of the appointment they did not show up at the scheduled time. I contacted them 30 minutes later after the scheduled time to see what the status was. I was told they would call me back in which they did not. I called back about an hour later and they still did not know anything and I would be contacted by a manager. I was contacted back (not by a manager) and was told they were not coming and would have to reschedule. They could only reschedule for almost 3 weeks later! You would think that since they made a mistake they would try to make it right and schedule for an immediate date to make it right? I wasted my time waiting around for them after all! If this is the way they do business then my concern is also the quality of their work!

Update: after the bad review I was contacted by a manager who came out within a few days and conducted an assessment. It was determined there was a leaking drain pipe that may be affecting the foundation. This assessment possibly saved me some money on foundation work, which will be determined at a later time. I updated the rating due to them being honest with me, and still making the attempt to make it right. Thanks!

Eric Zimmerman came out to my house yesterday and performed an inspection on my foundation. Make sure you get a second quote. This company seems dishonest. When talking with the gentleman who came out to give the quote he said that what I wanted done is usually somewhere between $3.5k and $5k. When I mentioned that I was expecting to pay much more than that and I was relieved to hear that it wouldn't be that bad he came back and gave me a $9k quote, as if he was expecting me to forget our conversation mid-estimate. 🤣

I got quotes from two other foundation companies that independently told me the same thing with comparable prices. I am very irritated with this company.

I purchased a home that had foundation repair by Advanced foundation Repair by previous owners. In 2013 I transferred that warranty. This year I noticed doors not closing, huge cracks in walls, a window that won’t open & now the brick on my fireplace has a big crack all the way across its width. – all within a few weeks in spite of foundation watering, automatic sprinkler system and rain gutters. Two weeks ago, I emailed Advanced Foundation Repair from their website – I heard nothing. I then called and left a message – nothing. Then I found a previous email address of an actual person from Advanced Foundation Repair and emailed them. She did return the email & told me that I needed to go to a special page on their website & file a claim – I thought I might be making headway. I did as she suggested & still nothing. Today I called again, got a voicemail that stated I would be called back today – Big surprise…no response & they are now closed for the day.
I am posting for two reasons: 1. to elicit any help you may be able to provide & 2. To warn prospective customers from falling into the same quandary I am in.

Follow up: Advanced Foundation came out to my home to follow up. Tyler was great (again) & Fred (owner) followed up with me also & waived the assessment fee for my trouble. YAY!

Advanced Foundation did exactly what was described to us when searching for companies. They showed up on time, cleaned up after they completed work and followed up to ensure everything was completed to expectations.

I have verbally referred them to two different people looking for a reputable foundation repair company.

I'm very happy with the results of the work Advance Foundation Repair performed at my house. The house is now level, and many doors that wouldn't close properly do so now. We were also very impressed with how well they cleaned up after the work. We expected to do a bunch of work to get the landscaping around the house back to normal, but they did a great job. We had very little work to do. I highly recommend their services.

The customer service, communication, and organization with the people at the office was terrible. Eric who came to my house and performed an evaluation and repair recommendation was great. He was very knowledgeable and informative. They put a double team on it so the repair could be done faster, which I appreciated since we couldn’t stay in the house during the repair. I found empty beer cans in my back yard though. Not sure why the workers were drinking beer. No one called us to tell us the work was completed or how the lift went and what was accomplished. We had a whole house lift and was told it would either be lifted above ground level or at ground level. I had to call the office and email to get a copy of the contract with the information about what exactly was done on the house because I received no invoice or paperwork of any kind. We had internal work done and I was told prior that they would neatly cut out squares in the floor and put the square cut outs back after so that we wouldn’t have to immediately replace the floor. They did neatly cut out the floor but they didn’t keep the pieces together. They were pulled apart and stacked outside on the side of the house. We had 4 2ftx2ft squares of flooring cut out so there’s no real way or figuring out how it goes back together. I have small children so that was an issue for me. Even if they didn’t put the square cut outs back they could have at least left them together in a square so we could place them back. When I called the office they just said they don’t do that. I told them that they shouldn’t be telling people what they told me then. We had replaced our sewer lines a few months prior so I was concerned about that post lift. I had to call several times and email to get information and have the hydrostatic test and engineer evaluation scheduled. Yes, I realize that they use independent contractors and other businesses for this but they could have organized it better and planned to get me at least scheduled. It took 2 weeks after the repair was complete to get someone to schedule those test. There was in fact a leak in the sewer line after the lift that needs to be repaired. At this point I am so over dealing with them that I’m having my own plumbers, ARS, fix the damage. It took 2 days, after multiple calls and emails, to get the hydrostatic test results from them when I was told that they had them and that someone would email them to me. I wanted these ASAP so I can get it repaired. No one wants sewage leaking under there house. I’ve dealt with other people, both independent contractors and larger companies, to do work on my homes and this was the worst experience I’ve had as far as costumer service. I’ve actually never written a negative review on someone but I felt the need to do so with this company. I choose them because they were the #1 company listed in the book you get for workers in the county. Very disappointed.

I have a Lifetime Warranty on the foundation work from Advanced Foundation Repair (AFR) on my home.

When cracking issues began to appear, I called AFR and paid $75.00 for an inspector to come out to see the issues I have with the foundation work they did.  There are cracks along the foundation wall are where Advanced Foundation Repair repaired the foundation in 2013, and cracks in the kitchen adjacent to this wall.  The cabinets were and still are separating in the corner and I have new cracks appearing almost weekly inside my home and a new crack that appeared this past summer, 2018, along the same foundation wall.  This inspector said the issues I have are related to the attic! (?)

Then I called again, and another inspector appeared who agreed that I did indeed have foundation issues, but said "let's wait until the summer's over and see if that helps the foundation." (?) As mentioned above, a very large new crack has now appeared and I have reasoned, "waiting for the summer to be over" has not remedied the problem, but has made it much worse.  He also went on to say that he would talk with the owners and would get back to me with a resolution.  I had already told him that I was not as trusting as before because of what I was told by the first inspector, (whose statement to me, appeared to be rather foolish!)...that my "issues were related to the attic," to which he disagreed and agreed with me, that it was the foundation wall to which Advanced Foundation Repair (AFR) had worked on was the issue.  He also stated that I "could TRUST HIM, he will get it resolved!"  When I did not hear back from the second inspector in several weeks, I called AFR and spoke with CS (name withheld) who pulled my file and told me that the second inspector had written a report that there was "nothing wrong with my foundation."  I explained to her the above, but have never heard anything else from AFR.

I verified with both of these inspectors that the watering for my foundation was adequate, and they both said "Yes."   I also have an extensive watering system especially designed to water the foundation.  I also have gutters around the whole perimeter of my home.

I forwarded an email on 01/06/2019 at 9:44AM requesting to hear from AFR by Friday, 01/11/2019 in reference to these issues.  No response.

As mentioned, there is now a new crack from the ground foundation, up the wall of my home...not from the attic towards the ground...meaning: the issues with the cracks in my foundation outdoors and indoors, have nothing to do with the attic!

Also BE AWARE...that the Lifetime Warranty backed by the Texas Foundation Warranty Trust, DOES NOT APPLY UNLESS ADVANCED FOUNDATION REPAIR GOES OUT OF BUSINESS.  MY OPINION IS, THAT THIS IS A BIT MISLEADING!  (Verifiable by Texas Foundation Trust's website)

I had another foundation company come out to give me an estimate for the wall that Advanced Foundation Repair has a "Lifetime Warranty" on, and their estimate was approx. $6,000.00!

I wonder if it's because I am a Senior Citizen, they don't feel they have to honor their warranty...I haven't a clue, why they won't honor it.

Due to our shifting Texas soils I recently found myself in need of some foundation repair. Eric Vineyard with Advanced Foundation Repair provided an in depth drawing and explanation of the affected areas and the process involved. The assigned crew was very professional and courteous completing the job in one day. Prior to departing they removed all excess soil and debris leaving the area in a clean tidy condition. Several days after the lift, a plumber checked my house to insure no plumbing leaks had occurred and an engineer completed the final measurements to verify that the work was properly completed.
I would recommend Advanced Foundation Repair to anyone requiring this service. Their crews are very professional and courteous and the communications with the office personnel was timely professional.

Advanced Foundation Repair (Dallas office) came this morning and inspected my home for possible foundation problems. My house is about 17 years old. I had two other companies that came out yesterday, with the first recommending installing piers for several thousands of dollars. The 2nd company said nothing needed to be done.

Advanced Foundation Repair did a thorough inspection of the house inside and out, did a detailed drawing of the room dimensions, measured differences in elevation (accounting for differences in flooring materials in various rooms) and marked elevation differences on the drawing, They concluded NO foundation repairs were needed, and what I had seen was cosmetic damage. The thoroughness of their inspection was very reassuring and saved me lots of money and all the headache of having work done that would have accomplished nothing and potentially have done damage.

Amazing company, very professional and extremely knowledgeable, the best thing is that they are honest and you don't have to sell your first born to get the job done.

AFR worked on my townhome's foundation before I purchased it. Less than a year after my purchase, the walls were cracking again. They sent someone to take measurements, then nothing happened for six months. They said their employee disappeared with the measurements and they'd have to start over. ???? So they finally measured again after a few months (I had to give my HOA Manager a deadline and threaten to call my own foundation repair company because my walls had one-inch gaps by this time). They finally "repaired" the issue, which was with the attached unit, but two days later, I had a huge horizontal crack across the entire length of the adjoining wall. I let them know that whatever they had done had made the problem worse in my townhome, so they eventually took more measurements, determined the problem was completely different, and charged the HOA $88,000 to fix it. It remains to be seen whether it will actually be fixed this time, but in the meantime, they think it's okay to put a portable toilet on my front lawn near my house. This is supposedly because I wouldn't leave a key to my house, which would have allowed their employees to use my bathroom (without my permission). Very unpleasant company to work with. I recently moved here from another state about a year ago. I had heard about houses in Texas and some of the issues their foundations can have. Upon purchasing my house, I had it inspected by two other companies prior to being referred to Advanced Foundation Repair. The two other companies insisted may entire house needed piers installed including a few inside the house to a grand total of 15-22 piers. Needless to say I was a little taken aback as my house did not appear to be showing this much shifting or damage. When Advanced Foundation showed up and inspected they took the time to answer my questions, and topographically mapped out my foundation and showed me in all actuality I only needed 7 in two corners of the house. Some companies try to sell you piers and "piece of mind" in fixing everything although it may not need it. The crew that showed up was professional, on time and worked at an amazing pace. If I ever seem to have shifting problems in the areas they did not address, they'll be the first people I call. I worked with Jeremy and Betrice and can say they're both very kind and knowledgeable. I don't normally recommend doing anything expensive without getting multiple quotes but I would recommend them to anyone having issues with the foundation of their house. Truly a standup company with caring personnel.

I was concerned that cracks in my sheet rock might be foundation related and he did his inspection, assured me that I had no obvious issues at this time. I will be rechecking in 6 months and see if that positive comment still holds! If not, I feel comfortable with having to get any repairs done by Advanced Foundation Repair.

My experience was the worse ,first they never did a good work, I had to pay for warranty which never work : I had to pay always to came again to check , they don’t return calls , always excuse to not do it !sorry said total mess , I don’t recomend this company....

Do not use Advance!!!!! Run. They 1st said a very large crack in the ceiling was just minor movement. I had cracks in all my rooms except 3. I had to hire my own engineer. After he gave a different report the repair was made by my engineer report. I did not want to use them at all. They side with the builder who pays them. Hope they Reap what they Sow on the customer. I remember Mercedes Home builder.

Plz don’t pay them all the money until job is complete. My house was off 5.5”, when they started to finish I told them house wasnt level. They said it was. I held onto the last part of money until they sent out an engineer. That took another month. Then they sent out 2nd crew and that took another month. Owner told me I’d be a priority. The office girl told me she was putting me ahead of the IMPORTANT clients! I’m not important? 2nd crew did an awesome job. Said they’d only raised it 1.5” the first time. They had to add 2 more piers. This time all the cracks closed up and house didn’t slope. Talked to owner several times. Wasn’t impressed with him! I asked for a discount due to the 2 mo inconvenience and all the calls I had to make. Didn’t get one. May have gotten a pier for free. While waiting for a call back from the financial guy so I could make my final payment, they put a lien against my house. I was so shocked they did that since they could careless that they didn’t do my house correct the first time and I had to be the one to tell them. When owner finally called me back, I told him how I felt. Didn’t feel as if he cared. I told him how good the 2nd crew was. He said if his house needed leveled, that’s the crew he’d have do it! WHAT? You wouldn’t recommend all your crews? So that right there should tell you something.

Wish I could give zero starts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not sure how they are still in business. How is it ok for them to work directly with builders and give bad recommendations???

They seem to have really great relationships with builders. They won't even give me TWO reports on my from years 2014 and 2016. The previous owner never gave us the report and we found out they had Advanced Foundation repair out twice with Darling homes. Well I tried to get the reports and they said "sorry they are property of Darling Homes you can't have them" So I call Darling and email them and still NO reports. Just some letter that says "no movement from 2014 to 2016" So....why still no reports?! What does that tell you. I would go with a foundation repair company that's not with your builder for another opinion. They will say "oh it's seasonal movement" "oh...stop watering your plants" "you should stop watering your grass for a while" Google them on a news report...I think it was channel 5 that did a report on them. Eye opening! BTW...look at YELP too...I'm wondering if these reviews are even real.

Advanced Foundation has done pillars under my foundation twice. First on the perimeter and second on the interior of the foundation. The pillars are marginaly effective, but do not hold the foundation firm. The pillars were not put deep enough, to bedrock, so they move up and down, allowing considerable house movement. My home has actually sunk on the pillars with dry weather. Was told by Advanced to water my foundation, but that would raise home off pillars. I need to keep ground fairly dry. Even if I did water foundation, how much water should I use and for how long. They don't have answers to that. Bottom line, once they put in pillars and get your money, their warranty is useless. For a fee they will come out and evaluate their foundation work, but their answer is always the same, no adjustment needed just water your foundation. I have spent thousands of dollars on brick and sheetrock repair due to foundation movement with their pillars installed. I would look elsewhere for foundation pillars.

phone clerk was not very nice; kept on hold for long period of time before she gave me an appointment date. Aggressive tone of voice. Not sure I want to work with this company.

I can't say enough good things about Advanced Foundation Repair. Their professionalism, care, attentiveness, and quality of work are superb. I had a full foundation lift so they were a part of our daily life for a few weeks.
Brad Bertelsen is always easy to talk to and answered all my questions no matter what they were; everything from scheduling to how the equipment works. How pilings work don't affect the job that gets done and it took time from his schedule but he took the time to answer my questions.
Betrice called to inform me of an update but I was not able to answer my phone at the time. She then sent a text to inform me of the update. I was able to respond to her text so we were able to proceed with the planning. I appreciated that extra effort.
The excavation crew and the lifting crew were great. They are very hard workers and very courteous.
Advanced Foundation made the process of LIFTING A HOUSE seem completely effortless. We were also able to stay in our house the entire time they worked on the foundation; including when they actually lifted our home. God forbid I ever need them in another home but if I do, they will be the only foundation company I use.

I was very pleased with my experience. During the initial visit they explained the problem and the solution. We discussed cost and I decided that my "cost/solution "ratio would be best served with Advanced Foundation Repair and a crew was out in a matter of days. The work went quickly and neatly. Alfonso and his crew seemed to know what they were doing and their cleanup exceeded my expectations. I have since referred a local property manager to Advanced and as far as I know she is satisfied with their work too.

The last few months I've noticed cracks in the corners and some interior doors aren't latching. We had foundation repair done in 2013 around the outside of the house. I was thinking we'd need a pier or two on the inside, because I thought the middle might be sagging. The company who did the work in 2013 had gone out of business, because the owner suffered some catastrophic illness (and is now working for a competitor). Advanced Foundation was the company my engineer co-worker used after extensive interviewing of local foundation companies.

Eric Vineyard, the estimator, was prompt and courteous when he arrived 5 minutes before our 9am appt. He took measurements all around the inside and outside of the house and took elevation readings afterward. Good news for me: he found that the elevation difference was within tolerance and no work was needed.

The company called two days before to remind me of the appointment and were courteous about it.

Overall, it was a positive experience to have a gentleman in my house and to have a good company behind him.

I bought a house which was fixed through advanced foundation repair.. as a part of warranty transfer i was supposed to transfer it within 30 days which i did, but my credit card got declined.. so they never got the payment, even though i was outside 30 days clause, they took my issse, me explained the problem and helped me out to reinstate the warranty. Truely profesional and helpful people. Would really recommend them to friends...

My aunt had quite a bit of work done with Advanced and highly recommended so we had them out along with a few others. Bob came in and was very polite and professional

We went through 2-3 other foundation companies to quote us and informed them we had both Foundation and plumbing leaks in the bathroom. This was a big expense and wanted to do our due diligence. Every one else quoted the work that needed to be done to get the foundation level that would put money in their pocket, except Bob. He showed me the contour diagram he created for our house and that the majority of the home is quite even to itself. The high area is actually over the reported plumbing leaks and that , once the leaks are repaired and our home being built on expansive clay, that area might become more even and no work would be necessary. He also said that if I fix the foundation before the leaks, the bathroom might sink lower than the rest of the house afterwards.

The other companies were either intentionally deceptive with that information, or oblivious to it. Either way, the experience and transparency of Advanced is who I want on my side when working with my largest asset.

I purchased my home on 10-18-16. Unfortunately, very shortly after my we moved in my wife went into hospice and died. I did not transfer my foundation warranty.

I reached out to Advanced Foundation Repair and asked if they would allow me to transfer the warranty even though I was over a year past the deadline. Without argument they transferred the warranty.

This is a compassionate family run company. I give them the highest possible recommendation.

In addition to this, the repairs they made to my foundation have performed great, and the house has stayed perfectly level.

I am very impressed with the service I received. First, Eric explained in detail what would be done and how. Then the amount of needed lift was measured. In 3 of 19 holes that were dug it was necessary to go through concrete. The workers dug as deeply as 22 feet in order to reach bedrock.
Concrete was replaced, as were shrubs. My yard was cleaned up nicely upon completion.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing any work done.

Foundation Repair good service in residential and commercial services of Foundation reparation

Bob, came out to my home today for an evaluation. To my pleasant surprise my home was leveled and did not need any work done. I can't speak how appreciative I am of Bob's honesty I was completely convinced I needed work done. If I ever need my foundation worked on I will definitely call Advanced Foundation Repair back and hire them with out a doubt! Great customer service and very punctual!

I located Advanced Foundation Repair in a Consumer's Best catalogue and decided to go under contract to repair a crack in my foundation. The repair men were very punctual and professional! It took 10 piers to repair the foundation but only one day to do the actual work! I was very pleased with using this company that I referred this company to another friend that is experiencing foundation issues. The best part is that the work has a lifetime transferrable warranty!

Very Easy and you can't even tell work was done!

We had problems with our foundation for a few years, with several cracks inside the house, on walls, garage floor, etc. They came to do an inspection and we were very happy with their professionalism and price for the value. We immediately set that up. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and more at no extra charge. They lifted the garage and put some piers, etc underneath, the final result was incredible. The cracks inside the house closed almost completely. They also have an excellent and transferable warranty.

Took three different bids and Advanced Foundation Repair was my final choice. i have a 75 year old house that needed foundation repair and realignment. Ben showed up on time for our appointment and he explained the procedure as many times as I needed to understand, it was actually very simple. He was also available for me to call anytime, which I did on a couple of occasions. Techs were punctual, there was a supervisor on site almost every hour, they did a great job, respectful of the neighbors yards, cleaned up the yard after the work. I love my house again.

In May 2017, I had contacted advance foundation repair about my home having issues. They gave me an appointment with in a week. Pricing was extremely affordable. The adjuster Eric was very helpful and stood by his word that the job would be done right and on time. It took them 7 hours to do the entire job. There where six workers who where very professional and they cleaned the mess from the job and made my yard look the same. I would recommend them to do your home and youll be pleased with the service.

After getting estimates from 9 different companies ranging from well known major companies and little known independents with quotes from super cheap to more than what Advanced quoted me. The process was not jotted down on a piece of notepaper, the salesman gave me a graph of my home and a line sheet showing how the ground had rippled downward taking my house with it. After much consideration I chose this company I also went with steel piers. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the entire experience from the salesman, Eric Vineyard to the most menial hole digger as well as the extremely professional office staff - they are all extremely professional, focused, detail oriented. One corner of the house was -7" down!! When they lifted my house it was like a military exercise amazing to see. These people in my opinion went above and beyond in terms of quality and finished project. Let me say that prior to beginning this project I had spoken to neighbors who said they'd had to "re-do" their foundations 2-3 times. I'm not willing to take that risk. My next door neighbor happened to hire a company I also had reached out to for a bid. They quoted him almost $1000 less than me, they did his work in one day. Our issues were almost the same. Advanced was here three weeks very detailed in every step of the way. The cheapest guy is not the guy for your home's foundation. This company has my gratitude and appreciation from start to finish for the entire project. When they left my yard was clean and everything put back in place. I can't too highly recommend this company. I had work done of my foundation by another company several years ago. That work did not resolve the problem, and that company did not fix. Advanced was recommended to me by mother, who said they were the best in the business. I agree! They were polite, professional, charged reasonable prices, and did excellent work. They also have a strong guarantee that is backed by a trust. I can't imagine why you'd use any other company.

Advanced Foundation repair is the only way to go! The engineer, Eric was kind, helpful and informative! The crew under Haynard's watch was unbelievably considerate. The crew was in and out of our house for 5 days. Everyone of them were happy even in the 90 degree weather. They work hard and were very polite. If you saw my house now you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every night and on the last day it looked like new! Very thankful to have been able to work with them.

This is, unfortunately, the second home for which we've had to have the foundation repaired. The first was more than 20 years ago. A friend recommended Advanced Foundation Repair. We were impressed with every aspect of the experience. When we decided we needed an inspection of the foundation for our current home, we called Advanced Foundation Repair again. Again, we were very pleased with all aspects of the experience.

A couple of weeks after the repair in the process of replacing flooring, we discovered additional cracks in the foundation. Bob Snyder returned to our home and reviewed the previous mapping of the foundation with what was now exposed. No repairs needed this time. We highly recommend this company.

Update - Advanced took care of the issue and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I would use them again as they have now made this right.

I've used Advanced Foundation Repair for 2 houses, and the repairs were fine - so I'll give them a couple of stars for that. Service after the sale, however, is non-existent. On the 2nd house they left a hole with a thick cable sticking out. Today marks 2 years since the foundation work and after numerous calls, emails & voicemails I'm still not getting a response. The cable is now rusty and I'm concerned about the hole in the foundation. I guess since they've been paid they don't feel like they need to come back and finish the job. Buyer beware. BBB complaint is also filed.
