While I ultimately decided not to go with them, their commitment and customer services was the best out of the multiple company that I had check out. They're willing to spent the time to explain, and ease the worry for what is considered a expensive expense. Out of the few companies, I've spent the most time communicating and they have a fast communication via text, etc.

If no other factor, I'll considered them and was almost decided on them except for my referral for the other company by friends and coworker. Hat's off to Dave for his time.

The went through my issue over the phone and recommended next steps without charging anything. Very professional. Will contact them again 100% if I have questions about my foundation.

This hard working company went above and beyond.
1: they were the only ones who told us that they would repair the cracks and caulk cause by our foundation problems, then they were very transparent about their process.
2: They answered my question almost anytime I called or texted (let’s be real, late afternoons come faster than we realize but my message was returned on the following business day).
3: They included the plumbing leak test in their quote (another company said that it was something we’d have to pay for and have done ourselves, yuck).
4: on the day they came to finish the job, the workers were efficient, quick and cleaned up everything. They even put mulch in the areas where the mulch had been removed to put in piers. My driveway was cleaned from where the excess dirt waited to be put back in the holes, and they made everything look as seem less as possible in the brick and in the caulking around the windows that were effected by the shifting foundation. Above and beyond our experience with other companies who looked at the problem.

Highly highly highly recommend them.

This company priced right, did the work quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I believe the drainage job they did will work properly but I have to wait for some heavy rain to state with certainty. They impressed me with their analysis and remedy to my flooding. Update after a year. I had a problem with the system they installed and they repaired it immediately.

Loki Jr. is professional and courteous with reliable follow-up and transparent recommendations. Loki Sr. takes the time to educate us with his knowledge and wisdom from years of experience, so we feel extremely well informed. I love having these guys in our home and trust them whole-heatedly. They've actually talked us out of unnecessary foundation work. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family, or strangers on Google looking for honest reviews.

I am so grateful for Lookie, Jr. at Cornerstone Foundation Repair. I called the company a few weeks ago with a question I had no idea of how to address. We knew there had been foundation work done on our home before we bought it but had not been given the name of who did the work. We wanted to transfer the warranty and get reports of what had been done. The title company didn't know so I decided to start calling companies in the area to see if they had either done the work or had suggestions to find who had. After calling a few others, I dialed Cornerstone, hoping to at least get some direction how to locate our provider. Right away when I explained the situation to Lookie, Jr., he said he would look in their records and suggested in the meantime, I call city hall to see if a permit had been been pulled for foundation work at our address and if so, who pulled it. This was exactly what I needed to know to head me in the right direction. It meant so much to me that Lookie had been willing to help the first time that a few days ago, I called him again to hire Cornerstone for a minor foundation repair the company who did the work before no longer provides. And again, Lookie took the time to talk with me, asking good questions, helping me better understand the situation, and providing just the information we needed. I'm so glad I "happened" to call Cornerstone Foundation Repair a few weeks! I feel like now we really have a great resource for any foundation concerns or needs we might have in the future. Thank you Lookie! Blessings!

We are new to Texas, and in the process of buying a home here. The issues here with foundations is completely unfamiliar and pretty scary. We are looking at a fairly expensive purchase and found out that the house had previous foundation repair. We called Cornerstone for help in evaluating this home's foundation before we committed to the purchase. They came out the same day as our inspection - measured and evaluated the current condition and provided us with documentation and education. They were amazing and thorough. They told us what area to keep an eye on - and if anything ever happens - they will be the company we call for help.

Cornerstone was hired by the apartment complex I live in to fix the foundation of our unit. Sooooo.. my not even 2 year old has asthma, it doesnt matter how many times i begged them to cover the air vents, they ignored my concerns and did it the way they wanted. They then jackhammered 4 giant holes in my living room floor and put some absolutely FILTHY wood planks to cover the holes...FOR A WEEK. Not to mention some of the planks were not big enough to cover the holes, but these planks would slide and expose the holes (been raining a lot in NTX as of late, so all foundation holes had standing water inside of them) which made for a fruit fly infestation in the home. They finished up day 1 and told me they'd return in 8 days. I told the supervisor that wasnt going to work with my schedule, to which he assured me that they would coordinate and work with my schedule. That ended up not being true, so I had to manipulate my busy life to allow them to come on the day I wasnt available, just so I could get the holes filled in so my kid would be safe and not fall in. They came and finished up today by filling the holes with cement. They did not cover any of my personal items in my living room during the cement work done today. I still have cement dust and gravel all over the unit because why would a company that was this unprofessional clean up after themselves? Anywho. I'm not a foundation expert by any means, but I do not care what they would have to tell me because, leaving 5 foot holes in a living space occupied by a susceptible toddler is not only a HUUUUUUGE safety issue, it's just plain wrong. This company SHOULD have cemented the holes day 1, to avoid liability. Instead they left gaping holes, half assedly covered by filthy wooden planks for over a week. I'm sure it's cheap work but IMO, if there is a health-risk child in the home, it would be better to hire a company to do the work, who cares about the safety of their customers, because cornerstone does not.

Cornerstone Foundation Repair is an amazing company. They genuinely care about your home and the damages being done to it. They ascertained all the measurements and information before moving forward with our project. Throughout the entire process Cornerstone was thorough and thoughtful. They always kept us in the loop with how it was going and even had their sprinkler guy check our sprinkler system after the repairs to the foundation to insure everything was working properly. Thanks Cornerstone!

Foundation work can be scary- you have to get a company you can trust. If you want a foundation company you can trust, look no further. I am not in the home building business. I am a social worker with limited discretionary income. I live in a house build in 62 so when I realized I had problems with the foundation I called in a structural engineer who told me my house was sinking. I was scared of getting the work done but it had to be done. I was blessed to have called Cornerstone Foundation Repair. Loki came out, looked at the engineer report and checked out the house. He walked me through the process in language that I could understand and he answered my many questions. In talking with Loki I felt very comfortable about using Cornerstone. I got two other estimates but they either were not responsive to questions or they didn't explain things. I didn't feel the trust factor. Cornerstone's estimate was competitive and their guarantee was solid. They did the work with two days in the house. Every person I met from the three family members to the work crew was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. They did the job quickly and satisfied the structural engineer when he returned to ensure all was as it should be. They cleaned up completely both days and that's tough considering how many piles had to be placed inside the home. Their communication was fantastic before, during and after the job was complete. This is the company to go with! You just won't find a more committed, honest and hardworking group of individuals.

Got around 4 estimates for my parents home in Dallas and out of all the big ones that came out for the estimates, Cornerstone's team was the only company who made sure to introduce themselves to my parents. The others all seemed way more focused on getting me an estimate and quickly trying to secure a check down payment and the "flexible" payment options before they were even done. Talk about turn and burn! Cornerstone and the rep Lokie who spoke with us seemed 100% concerned with the foundation issues, getting the proper assessment and making sure no more damages were occurring before even talking about the estimates. He was very friendly and explained how they are family owned and have been for decades (which made the choice even more of a no-brainer for me). Getting expensive work like this is nerve wracking because a lifetime warranty is only as good as the company backing it. I'd much rather trust a private family-owned organization than one that is corporate and/or could be acquired/merged later on. Extremely happy with the work and am a champion of their services!!

Wow, I have never had such nice, polite service people at our home. Talk about Professional, Cornerstone Foundation Repair did a WONDERFUL JOB!!!
I will recommend then to those I know, and to people I don't know...
Yes, They are that good!
Mr. Lokie Sr. Explained everything that he was doing and what would happen during the repair of our foundation. He answered every question we had during the estimate phase of our repair. So, When they came out to do the foundation repair, I knew what to expect.
It went very smoothly (because they are truly professionals).
We have needed our foundation done for a few years. Yet, since I had heard everyone bad foundation repair stories, I always said okay "next year".
Then one people in our church recommended Cornerstone, Than someone else in church used them and was happy.
Well, after 4 people telling us they had such a good experience with Cornerstone Foundation Repair and very pleased with the results, We knew we had to get Cornerstone to do our foundation.
We are so GLAD we did! What a wonderful, Professional, company!
I promise you will be very happy using Cornerstone Foundation Repair! We sure are!!!
