These folks were awesome! This is the second manufactured home put on our property and this process went incredibly smoothly, especially compared to our first experience. These people went above and beyond! Within two days, they had a pad built, both halves of the double wide delivered and attached! They worked over the weekend to complete the task before fresh new rains were to begin Sunday night. Jim Wattersn, Jesse Foster and Jose (don’t know his last name) kept me updated on everything that was happening and answered any questions I had. If you need any of the services offered, Texas Mobile and Modular Specialists are your go to people!!

This group of specialists did an amazing job of getting my home on pad site with excellent care. They were very polite and efficient in their service they provided. "Bravo" to the crew and company!

Texas mobile did a great job from start to finish, i have a very narrow private road with low hanging trees that took lots of communication with the community and texas mobile to trim trees without damaging everyones property. They were quick and efficient in setting my new home and pouring our foundation, very helpful with sharing their outside resources to work with me independently on septic engineering. Overall i would highly recommend them to anyone needing mobile home or modular home service!

Jesse and his crew (Leroy)Levi and Carlos (The Mexican) were awesome they were fast at getting everything prepared for our new mobile home to be put on our property. They got the pad and everything set up they worked quickly and safely. They were having fun but did very quality work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly and professional at what they do. Anyone needing a reliable company to take care of your Mobile Home needs this is the company that you need to call they get the job done quickly, safely and done right the first time.
Mrs. Cathy’s crew came the next day with our mobile home and her crew was awesome also. They put our mobile home right into place and started setting it up they were very professional at their work and getting the mobile home blocked and set up. They did everything to the specifications that was required. They all are very friendly and professional at use their time wisely and get it done in the time they said it would take. Their Dad Jesse Senior is very down to earth and knows what he is talking about and takes care of what needs to be done can’t ask for a better Mobile home specialist they are and can prove what they do. Call them up and use they you want be sorry, you will be well pleased with all that they do for you!

If you contract them to do business you will have a unique and surprisingly great experience.

This company rocks! From office to front line, they went out of their way to improve our experience after the horrendous actions of others- they are the absolute best! I am not quick to trust, but this family is not just a business but they are genuinely good people! Dealing with Fannin County is a nightmare, Palm Harbor was not impressive at all, but TX Mobile made our days better! I highly recommend using Trish, Jessie x2 (; and all the employees for your needs!

Jesse was awesome. His attention to detail is fantastic. Everything went completely smooth throughout the entire process of getting the house in place even more kudos go out to the employees even when Jesse wasn’t there the workers would be what I would call fast walking into positions, getting things working hard, not a lazy person in the group. Jesse has himself a well oiled machine. If anyone has the chance to use them I would 100% recommend them.

Delivered the house late Friday afternoon had a couple of tires blow out on the trip caught a piece of the siding from a blow out Monday morning replaced the damaged siding and trim and repainted it just like brand new. His crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job setting it up leveling and anchoring it down. Would highly recommend Texas Mobile

I just want to say Jesse does a wonderful job and is very caring when it comes to doing his job and makes sure it’s done properly he came and done our home and did an amazing job job and his crew Carlos and Levi (Leroy) lol work great as a team and they are so down to earth we also meet Jesse’s Dad Jesse and he also is one amazing and knows his work very well and also . Is just so down to earth there a joy and hilarious I got to talk to Cathy on the phone and she is just the sweetest person to talk to . If I ever recommended anyone to do great work they are the ones first the job. Anyone would be pleased with there work .very professional they are .

I first want to say that Tricia is such a kind and helpful person! I knew nothing about buying land, making improvements, adding utilities, applying for an address, and everything else it entails but she helped me with everything! She went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for her help!

Jessie Ray is so very kind, too, and he’s also a hoot! I love working with him! He knows his stuff and I trust him to take care of everything on my land. He goes above and beyond, as well! This company is fantastic at what they do! We never had one problem with them in all the several months we worked with them while they got things ready for our new home! They did a great job moving my mobile home. It was a one stop shop. They moved it and hooked up my septic, water, a/c and electric. Highly recommend!

I just want to say that Jesse was a Godsend. What an amazing example of what a "good person" is. He was inspecting a job with some soon to be neighbors of mine and I was nextdoor with just my boys and me trying to fix a leak I had on the main plumbing line. I didn't have the money to hire a plumber so we were doing it ourselves. Well Jesse stopped and offered a hand and took 20 minutes out of his day and made quick easy work of what I've been fighting with for two days. We have water again and his helping hand left me with tears as he drove off. Thank you very much, and may God bless you for all that you have done.

A little over a year ago, we purchased a portable classroom. We called Jesse's company for a quote and he met with us the next day, which was great.

The building was in a tight spot and was not on a skid but Jesse's crew dismantled and moved the portable, showing little to no signs that it was ever there.

Initially, they thought they might have to cut our fense in order to get the building on the property...but with master maneuvering they did NOT have to cut anything. It was spectacular to watch these professionals move 2 halves of a building onto the property...and just as exciting to watch them put it back together.

Jesse and Jason did a wonderful job when delivering our home nothing inside was damaged during transport and they set it directly where I needed to be thank you guys for the care you took with our home your the best

Mr jesse very nice and friendly men came out to give me a quote said piece of cake next day his son jessee very funny and straight forward vato came with his crew knocked it out very fast without damaging anything. The crew came here to do one thing and that was to get the job done they also do other job’s plumbing, septic system and everything you need for your mobile homes so give them a call!!

This company is 5 Star! They moved our mobile home and it was FAST, efficient and cleaned up once it was moved off the pad. Not one issue and Jesse & Jesse & Crew were professional and polite! Quick! Came out one day and moved the next. Highly recommended. They also do a lot of other work like pad work, set up, septic, etc., call them! Again, we were so pleased with how smoothly this all went and Jesse was so good we didn’t even have to move the mailbox to get it out the drive!

Great communication, fast replies, and each problem we’ve had she came up with a fast solution. Contractors came after hours to fix problems. I couldn’t have had a better experience with her and her team! :-) 10/10 recommend.

We cannot say enough GREAT things about these guys. We had a couple of other companies look at our needs and COULD NOT RUN FAST ENOUGH !!!! One company even said that we would need to remove our neighbors fence. Jess showed up and asked "what the big deal was?" By the time he left our fears and frustrations were put to rest. We did realize that our situation may have been a tricky one but Jess did not flinch one bit. When these guys showed up it was just amazing to watch and they did a stellar job. Lady said it would cost 200.00 just to come give me a bid on setting my 5th wheel R.V. I told her ok what time is he going to meet me over there in the morning she said let me call him and I'll call you back an hour,I said ok. She never called me back.
