I had pier and beams done to my foundation I was not happy with the end results. I call Keith and spoke with him about something I was concerned about he said he'll have David to call me back that's been 2 or 3 weeks ago. Some of the piers with the little block of wood is not on the pier straight. To me they were in a hurry. I was told by Keith that when they gets done l would be happy but that did not happen. I wouldn't recommend NTX Foundation to anyone. The customer service is good until they get your money.
