Steve and his team came out and got us an estimate. The estimator called us after hours and made sure we understood everything. They also took care of the plumbing check, permits and had a reputable engineering company verify their findings. This verification process was done after the job was complete too. They also worked with us on payment by allowing us to pay weekly.

Workers were extremely efficient, and courteous. They were more knowledgeable than other companies I looked at. Were able to put in 13 piers for about the same price as the other companies quoted 7.

I recently had PermaTech Foundation Repair sort out some foundation and drainage issues at my place in McKinney, and I've got to say, they did a fantastic job. Steve, Greg, and Brandi were the stars of the show. Steve came over first and explained everything that needed doing in a way that made sense to me. Then Greg got to work on the heavy lifting – literally – and did it so efficiently, I hardly knew he was there. And Brandi? She was just a gem throughout, always keeping me in the loop and answering my million questions. They even put in root barriers, which I hadn't thought of but now I'm glad I have.
