Walmart Supercenter in Dallas

It's getting better!! SOME locations are catching the message!! They are bringing back actual Live in color Real Cashiers!!! That's right "Save a job"! We do not need to automate everything! "Wallyworld" was supposed to be about making life better for "People" Let's help them stay committed to ORIGINAL MISSIONS.... ANY company that does not stick to that Principle we should take em down!!!

l had stopped once while the place was great. Only one thing that stands out. Few people l come in contact with are not friendly at all. l always say good morning or How you're doing. and no response back that's been rude. People can be rude. l understand it early and they don't want to be here... People were going through so much in this world. Be nicer to your Customers.

When pushing the button for service, they are slow.
This is a great place to shop.
That's the only reason I give it one star waiting for service. Other than the places fairly clean employees are friendly.

Good location for shopping and for grocery delivery, but sometimes When I shop there it is hard to get an electric cart to do my shopping in. I'm disabled with a bad back and hips, so I can stand or walk for long periods but there are only one or two working electric carts. I guess Walmart don't care about their handicap shoppers at this location. Also most of their registers are self-serve so be prepared to scan and bag your own groceries.

TREATING PEOPLE IN A TRUSTWORTHY MANNER IS STILL IMPORTANT! I refuse to spend my money at this particular Walmart (200 Short Blvd Dallas TX) because they don't trust their customers to carry certain items (undergarments) to the front counter the associate said she has to take it and I verified with the Mgr and she said thats correct. Yall, I understand theft is a problem but it felt so offensive especially when I'm spending my money. And the day prior I had just purchased another pair from my neighbor Walmart and I didnt have thay problem. So I told the associate at this particular Walmart, "thank you but no thank you. Let me go spend my money where I'm still trusted; while it last.

Hate coming to this one but unfortunately it’s the closest to my house so. But the phone company employees are always bothering people it’s so annoying. Every time we go they bother us. My family and I took a different route so they wouldn’t annoy us this time and one of them still walked down the aisle we were in looking at stuff on the shelf to bother us. They also followed my sister once four aisles down to bother her. We are there for groceries not to get a new phone plan.

I went yesterday, saturday to return some items and there was no one there in the cuatomer service department. The guy told me that there was no one to attend that department. I went sunday, May 4, and the lady said she was closing. It was 6 pm sharp and I asked if she could make an exception since I had been there twice and had wasted gas. She said no and was not nice, she didn't want to give me her name. She was attending another black lady. I felt she was racist. Bad customer service and rude people at this location. I ask another lady that looked like a manager but no help.

HE WAS SWEET I LIKE THEM. THEY WERE SO SWEET. THEY ARE PRECIOUS AND THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT. THEY ARE AWESOME. GONZALO IS SO RESPECTFUL AND IS A GOOD EMPLOYEE THANK GOD FOR HIM AND APPRECIATE YALL AMEN

Like all walmarts nowadays just about everything for self care is locked behind glass. Glad I was able to get sunscreen without needing employee assistance though

It was busy. Very busy. I think this was my first time to this location. It was so packed you could barely get down the aisle’s. I probably would not shop here again without kicking and screaming.

I don't understand why clothes are under a "Jail" 🤣 but everything was cool, Workers are very effect.

Used drop box for some nice clothing, which Salvation Army no longer accepts.

Was in a hurry to pick one thing needed for a birthday party but ended up a few more things and everything I got was in Walmart, checked out pretty quickly and went on my way!

Magnífico servicio

Today some one dropped off so many pastries for the homeless by ledbetter . It one of the nicest things I've seen in a very long time thank you walmart for throwing out food. But to the kind , empathetic individual may God bless you!!

mr gonzalo help me find frames that i love and help me complete my order. he was very professional and polite. she spoke soft and made me feel comfortable. i’m confident that i will love my new glasses. highly recommend.

Pésimo servicio, por parte de los empleados empiezan a correr a la gente con gritos, y persiguiendolos a partir de las 9:30pm, cerrando el paso en los pasillos con modo prepotente y grosero. No regreso a ese lugar, si no quieren trabajar en el turno nocturno que no den esa tan mala experiencia a los clientes.

I love Walmart but this one is a little on the stricter side of things. And it's also got bunches of rude customers. I guess you get what you give at this location.

I would suggest finding a different walmart to shop at. They have removed the self checkout, and so the wait is probably going to be long. I also find it kinda funny they still check receipts at the door after having to go to a register. I suppose theft would be the number 1 reason why they removed self checkout.

It's a wally world with everything you expect in a box store.

Just wanted to buy a watch, had to walk to customer service for help , customer service lady didn't really help at all !!! , employees in the area all of them didn't had keys

WalMart has improved. Well stocked. Nice employees. They have more meatless options now. I am impressed as to how well they've made the store look and function. The've improved a lot. Keep up the great work.

This Walmart is not as good or as organised as the one on Cockrell Hill. This one is messy and does not have as much items in stock. They have no meatless options on the meat area, unlike other Walmarts where one can find Gardein and Impossible meat. That's a big letdown. It is also very uncomfortable the isles are very narrow. I don't like it.

This store is clean and well stocked compared to the Walmart closer to my home, Bedford, TX. Each aisle is marked with a letter and number to help with finding your way around the store.

One stop for all your groceries!

I give WALMART a five star review because WALMART knows what’s happening. Technology is running the world and when WALMART added contact list pay Scan In go it changed my life lol I am a person that use my Apple products to pay almost everywhere sometimes I get my debit card my credit cards And I’m dependent on my phone for pay now that they have added the Scan In go and the Walmart plus Walmart for me and my family is a one stop shop. I go in and get my list and get a little bit more. So thank you, WALMART for advancing and upgrading.

Pathetic attitude of employees here

I found what I needed. However, my cashier was extra slow. I'm disabled and can not do prolonged standing. I was so glad when she gave me my total!

First of all, I hate coming here, it’s only when I am in a rush. I usually don’t get money orders but this time for certain reason which is none of your business, I needed one. Not everyone carries a ID, I had a passport on hand issued by the government that should be used as identification! Stood in that damn line for nothing. All I needed was a DAMN MONEY ORDER!!!Can’t stand Walmart.

My wallet was stolen Friday at this location the workers are just as crooked as the thieves . Inconsiderate of others .. all my cards are canceled so I hope they enjoyed that $40 cash straight bum broke activities!

This is a pretty decent Walmart. The crowd can be a bit iffy but I can usually. Always find what I’m looking for. I do wish they were open a little later they are one of the earliest closing ones in the area.

Walked in, guy at the door directed me toward what I needed. Got it and I was through check out in a minute or 2. Time was 11am-ish on a thursday.

Horrible service.. Got to the store at 10:15 pm. There was an employee by the name of Mayor turning everyone back saying that stores closes at 10pm and not 11pm like the rest of the stores
