100% money back if the drain cleaner doesn't work. It says to allow 4 weeks for the refund. I am happy to say it was less than that. I have been happy with the results of the drain cleaner til recently my only thought is that I have to call the plumber to fix a bigger issue. I will continue to use the product after the bigger issue is resolved.

Used 2 gallons as the product suggests. Followed all instructions. Not only did it NOT clear my clog, but it caused the line to back up to my sink spilling over to my hardwood floors. The product ATE away the finish on my floors. It didnt work, and has caused me thousands in damages to my home. Liquid plumber cleared the drain the next day without issue. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!

I purchased the advertised product at H>D local store, The guaranty interested me as I had a serious problem with a lift station and a feed pipe to my on site septic tank. The answer is as follows. Half The product was poured into the clogged pipes and left to wor overnight, the second half was poured i in the a/m . Result. No change in the situation what so ever. The pipes remained clogged with no interaction of the clogged drain and the drain cleaner. Disappointed to say the least. It was necessary to remove fittings and clear the drain manually with a rotor router system. Unfortunately I can't report that the drain cleaner worked at tall. I am submitting for my money back as was advertised on the gallon jug, I will report back if this is a farce,

OTR Driver here. Got here before appointment of 15:30, load not ready, claimed they were closing, allowed me to park overnight at dock and get loaded in morning after they opened around 07:00/0730. Friendly people, just beware if your arriving later in the afternoon even if you do have an appointment, you may or may not get loaded. Also if you park on the street you don't have much choice but to block businesses driveways, which isn't a good or safe thing to do, thus I waited but even when the day cab that was at the dock was loaded and I pulled in, it was still before my appointment. Anyways, it is what it is.

i have tried many other kinds of pipe cleaners, but this one works very well. it took 2 times, 1/2 each, and 2 nights but it was worth the bit of wait. it was a very clogged bathroom sink, and now brushing teeth isn't so gross. thx

They gave me a refund, as promised. In its defense, I’m sure the product would have worked fine if it was a normal clog but I have a toddler that sticks everything down the drain and nothing else worked at clearing this clog either.

Company CEO Lawrence Siegel is anti-homless, funding needless delays and providing financial support to a city council member who opposes a huge, brand new Salvation Army center that would house 600 people in need. The Dallas City Council voted 10-1 in support of the new shelter. The only dissenting vote is the council member Mr. Siegel supports. In addition, Mr. Siegel has paid to delay a zoning decision on the matter. Get over yourself Mr. Siegel, and do what is right for the city and for your fellow human.
