Arch Foundation Repair in Dallas

These guys are amazing and truly provide customer service! When I bought my house 10 years ago, part of the closing was for the seller to have the foundation leveled as it was quite out of sorts. Arch did this work and gives a lifetime, transferable warranty. We had no problems in the 10 years we were there and never had any further "settling" that would cause cracking and such.

Recently we were in the process of selling this property and we hit one of "those" appraisers. He waited until a week before close to request a foundation inspection and report. I was in a panic as this close date was very important to me financially. I called Arch in a panic, and in spite of there being in a very busy time, they were able to get an inspector our in 2 days and had the report on time.

Our lovely appraiser then waited until <24 hours to close to say he needed a "company or official" stamp on the report for us to hit our close date. Again with me in a panic. I contacted Arch and within an hour they had the requested, and stamped document back to me.

I'm thrilled to report we closed on time, and I would never have been able to get this done without the above and beyond help that Arch provided. I cannot say how much I appreciate everything they did. Their work with me has been stellar on each level and occasion and I recommend them highly!

Previous owners used Arch in 2014 and transferred the warranty to us. I tried contacting Arch recently for movement we were seeing, but they didn't respond to online form or calls for weeks. Finally responded with an appointment almost two months away, the day after Christmas. By contrast, another company we called sent someone out the next day.

Beware, they don't seem interested in honoring their warranty even though they make it very clear that they charge just to come out and inspect a warrantied house.

EDIT: I'm updating my review just to 2 stars, because while they did figure out a much sooner appointment time and waive the visit fee, they took a week after the visit to provide the quote whereas other companies were able to provide a quote onsite and be available to provide further information and answer questions, whereas Arch (or as the business card reads, Advanced) did not. The experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and contributed to us deciding to use a different company for our repairs.

Arch foundation came in and leveled my home. It is a double wide Mobil home and they did a fantastic job. I had this releveled several times before in the past and the work was not done properly and caused many costly problems. Arch foundation fixed all of them. I highly recommend them, very professional.

Came out 2 weeks after piers completed to make sure they didn’t need to add more dirt because of settling. The yard put back the way it was. Hardly know they were here. Foundation is now in great shape. Also lifetime transferable warranty

I had a terrible experience with Arch Foundation. I bought a house that they have just done $23k worth of repairs on. 3 months later the house started cracking and sinking after we have made a lot of upgrades inside. I reached out to them to fix it but they refused because I haven't transferred the warranty. They wanted to charge an additional 2500 to repair their original job. Terrible customer service no one calls back, and very poor quality work. They also have a "sister company" that is run pretty much by the same people and does foundation in DFW called Advanced Foundation Repair. Sounds shady.

Arch has done two of my homes now and never disappoints or tries to sell more than needed. Exceptional company. Clay McClintock is the man!! Highly recommend if you're having any type issues concerning foundation. They'll be upfront and honest. That's the main thing.

They hung up on my when I asked them to warranty their work. Over $25,000 less than 18 months ago. Off by over 4 inches and confirmed by 2 other foundation companies. Would rather be sued than stand behind warranty. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. 9 COMPLAINTS ON BBB.

Avoid this company! They don’t want to stand behind their work. Was looking forward to working with them since they repaired our home prior to buying but they didn’t want to stand behind their work. Maybe they knew it wasn’t very good quality. When I called a friend who does foundation work, they said they were not surprised and had not heard good things.

They call everyday to get the contract signed. Work is completed. Then it becomes very difficult to communicate about concerns and complications after the work is completed. I sent and email and reported my concern to a person inspecting the work. No one called to follow up. Then I call, and the supervisor won't discuss the problem.

We got our foundation fixed in 2017 !! And now it has damaged our plumbing which was also new. It cost thousands of dollars and their “lifetime warranty” ? It’s a joke . It cost us $5,990 to replace the mess they made (through their warranty)!

Their service is excellent when they try to get you at first . But once you need a warranty repair it takes weeks for them to go out , and it took 6 weeks for them to send us our report . Every time we called they had an excuse for us .

DO NOT Do business with them unless you are ready to pay for all your repairs again in a few years plus additional damages .

Please provide me with the original email that will have the meta data time stamp of my estimate to prove you “tried to reach out to me”. Respond to this with the last four digits of the phone number your company called. 3.5 weeks after my initial home visit I called and asked about my estimate the employee said that the estimate has not been done. I called a week later still not done. I left a valid phone number both times. Here’s an idea mail me my estimate!!!! Every company that came to my home had everything right including calling the second phone number per my instructions.

I initially had some mix-up after I purchased my home with my warranty but Arch Foundation worked with me to reinstate my warranty. They also sent someone out to address my concerns.

Our daughter used Arch Foundation Repair twice and she highly recommended them to us. The inspection, the workers and the office staff were all exceptional. The structural engineer's report had no red flags whatsoever - lifetime guarantee means peace of mind for us.

I notice the owner responds to these reviews but doesn't respond until it gets to this level I am like Shawna Alvarez I feel like they flushed me down the toilet. If they blow customers off from day 2 then how do you think they will treat you if you have a problem like they did Andra evans. It's been 2 weeks or so and I still have no estimate or a call as promised yesterday. My advice if you the customer does not like toilet water then take these reviews to hart they are telling you something.

Arch Foundation repair was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Inside of 6 months of their repair, my home had to be repaired again replacing ALL of ARCH's work! They offered no solution at all except "well, sorry". I hired Cornerstone Foundation repair to fix the nightmare Arch left me with. Thank goodness for these honest people.

I had three foundation repair company quote me for work me house needed. Arch Foundation Repair gave me the lowest bid for the work that I needed. After the work was completed I was very satisfied and glad I chose them to do the repairs on my house.

I brought Arch Foundation Repair out to my rental property beer because I noticed some cracks on one of the corners of the house. They came out to do a complimentary analysis and after doing a detailed elevation map of the house, determined that no repairs were necessary. However, I was impressed with their process and I will be using them in the future.

Communication is not so great through the ladies in the office, but Lisa was wonderful and answered my questions.

Very impressed with the service I received. Everyone I spoke to was very professional. The men who came out and performed the labor were fast and efficient. The men who performed the labor did a great job with putting everything back as it was. The work area almost looked untouched. All other individuals I spoke to and met with were pleasant and responsive to me questions and concerns.

Buyer beware: My spouse and I contacted this company at the recommendation of our realtor to have foundation work done on our home. After obtaining a quote, my spouse and I carefully read their contract. Beware of this company as the terms of their contract exempt them from nearly all liability. Fortunately, my spouse and I are educated and took the time to carefully review and edit their proposed contract before signing. After we proposed alternative terms, they responded that our contract was "rejected" and "maybe we didn't understand the process and/or are unwilling to accept the realities of construction." Maybe, we actually took the time to read their contract and were unwilling to accept unconscionable terms.

We were having issues with one of our doors not opening and cracks in our sheetrock. Arch Foundation was recommended to us. They came and they worked hard as they had over 30 piers to install inside and out. The job was completed within the time frame we were given. They did a good job and we are pleased with their work.

Arch installed piers for the previous owner of my house several years ago. One reason we felt comfortable purchasing the house is that the work is backed by a lifetime warranty. They have been great to deal with as we navigate some concerns we're having regarding our foundation and some issues that have us a bit worried. They have been greatly accommodating, helpful, and honest. Very happy with them!

Terrible company! They did foundation work for me (17 piers). A few years later the cracks were back and even worse. I called them thinking the so called "Life Time Warranty" would cover the problems. Oh, no! They said I need thousands of dollars in additional work. They gave me a drawing showing where I needed additional piers and some WERE IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE THEY HAD ALREADY PUT THEM! They will not stand behind their work. They are crooks! I had to give them one star in order to post, but I would give them negative starts if I could. BEWARE!
