1. Price - honest and reasonable.
2. Work - I probably have the best looking fence in the whole neighborhood. Robert and his crow were very professional. Their workmanship is excellent.
3. Time - They told me that they would be done in about 2 - 3 days and that's exactly what happened. They started the job on Wednesday and was finished by Friday. I had zero complains.

They are quick to respond for any repairs I am an industrial business with fork lifts so damage happens and they respond and fix quickly and with great customer service. recently they gave a solution with bumper guards for future protection on the fencing and electric gates had the project was done in a matter of days and I was very impressed with the outcome.

This is what you would expect of any responsible contractor and that he is. Beyond that, of the many companies I contacted for my project he was the only one who truly listened to my specific project needs. Through that communication I was able to get the fence I wanted, not just what I thought I would have to settle for at a price I could afford. He was on site to check on job progress and support his crew several times during the install and has proven to be a valuable after the sale resource. It’s pretty clear how he has been able to sustain his business for 42 years.

If you have any gate problems call 78 Backyard Concepts! Robert and Greg came to my rescue when the gate hinge ripped off my 400 lb gate leaving it hanging off the actuator late Friday afternoon! As a new homeowner I had absolutely no idea who to call. My Realtor sent a photo of my gate hanging at an auspicious 45 degree angle to Robert and he immediately said he could help and sent a quote. After chatting with Robert on the phone he drove to my property and manually moved the gate so I could get my car out of the yard and secured it for the night.
The next day, Robert came back with his partner, Greg, and spent a good 5-6 hours in 100+ heat welding new hinges on the gate. Robert also took the time to inspect the gate operator and actuator.
I'll be keeping 78 Backyard Concepts phone number as a contact and will not hesitate to refer them in the future.
