Remodels are not fun and take a toll- and while we had some challenges as any project does, I am so extremely thankful for Irving and Futuras amazing crew for their quick responses, kind demeanors, communication and willingness to go above and beyond. They were very efficient, and finished my roof quickly. They were very responsive to all our questions, and our roof replacement turned out amazing!

My experience with Futura Building Systems was outstanding. I had checked in with a few other companies before choosing them, and I glad I made the choice of getting their help. They did a great job in installing my roof and did an excellent job at the cleanup afterwards.

Oscar and Irving worked on our house both for a roof replacement and for an attic and home repair project, including new door installation. They were impeccable with their skill, respect, knowledge, honesty, and deliverables. Futura and their work teams are the real deal: from the absolute quality of our roof installation, down to the details, like taking 3 trips to the paint store, at no cost, just to match the perfect shade of paint in our home. We receive daily comments on the appearance of our home now, especially the heavy hardwood front door they finished on site and hung perfectly. Oscar pushed back hard on the insurance company to make sure we got what we deserved for the roof and then used those funds diligently to give us an amazing end result. Since they finished the roof, we have had a marked change in our energy efficiency, especially in temperature control of the upstairs and attic areas. He didn't try to sell us the highest price products, but focused entirely on what would be the best for our needs. The idea of an honest and talented contrator feels like a myth these days but I promise, Futura fits the description entirely. We will use them again without question. Thanks, Oscar and Irving!

They don't pay their contractors. Miss payments, and lie about paying and string you along for a month. Until they say they aren't paying.

We were very pleased with our completed work. The workers were all professional and did great work. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The painters were neat and matched paint colors perfectly. Our work was done in an efficient and timely manner, and we highly recommend them!

An owner operated business that did a great job in replacing my roof. Tenacious in dealing with the insurance company they made sure I got everything to which I was entitled. They are a full service contractor that worked seamlessly with others to get my garage door and gutters replaced. Highly recommend.
