I am incredibly happy with the word done on our house. We had some storm damage from several months ago and our lowest quote to finish the job was twice as much as what this came to. The work was quick, and incredibly high quality. It’s actually better materials than what’s originally on the house.

Joseph did outstanding work! He is awesome! I had problems with guitar mounts for guitars that I have hung on the wall. He fixed that and two toilet problems in less than two hours and that includes a trip to Home Depot. This guy is super!

Joe was able to come up with a creative and very cost effective solution to waterproofing the exterior of my bedroom (previously a patio). I had water coming in through the side of my house being absorbed into the concrete foundation ruining my flooring and now I don't!

We just moved into our new house and needed a lot of things done. Ramiro was amazing and knew how to fix everything we needed. We needed gold handles put on all our kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. As well as hooks and installing an electric doggy door. He was on time and ready to work. Also a very sweet person as well. I also need to mention i was frustrated and I was googling late at night for a handyman and I found them. I mean it was at 8:39pm! They responded and scheduled me right away. Talk about great customer service! 10 out of 10 for me. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel people need to know how amazing their service is.

HomePros did a great job on our home, even cleaned up the craftsmanship from a previous contractor. Looking forward to continued relationship with HomePros!!!

Homepros did shelving installation including putting together the industrial pipe shelf that had tight connections. Edil was very professional and nice while he was in the home working. I've included pictures of the work and the very happy "customers". Would absolutely recommend this company. I was very pleased.

I needed multiple things done, including painting, replacing rotted wood inside and outside a bathroom wall, drywall, installing a vanity, and installing ceiling lights. The crew listened to my concerns and communicated with me throughout the process. They were courteous, arrived on time, stayed on task, and did everything that we had agreed upon. They ran into an unforeseen drain probIem which they were able to remedy, saving me from having to call a plumber. Chris oversaw the entire project and visited several times to check the progress and to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. He told me that his crew knew what they were doing, and I completely agree.

First time to use this company through Moxie. Ramiro is a delightful handyman and goes out of his way to please. He made sure that his work are done right and even explained why things are and answered questions willingly. He also double checks everything before he leaves . My appointment was moved up from the original stated day which was great and Junior was very professional and replaced a wind turbine that was grinding on the roof. He went above and beyond by spray painting all wind turbines an roofing pipes to match. Thanks for the A+ service.

The owner was incredibly responsive and was able to work with my schedule to get a member of his team to my home. Hesler was amazing to work with - incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and super hard-working. He did a fantastic job and I would absolutely use him again.

I had a broken oven that turned into kitchen remodeling, which sent me into looking for a handyman, an electrician and a plumber all at once. Chris (the owner) was very honest with what he can and cannot do (and what his insurance would and would not cover.) He personally made sure that his team did the job right and tried hard to get me the licensed professionals I needed for the things that he could not do. Hessler was wonderful in his work and very careful. He was also very diligent in cleaning up afterwards. I only needed a light wipe and mop. While others I've spoken to simply told me they couldn't do it, Chris stuck around and brainstormed with us and didn't give up. Took a few weeks, but we got the kitchen back in order with the appliances I wanted to fit into it. Chris was also very responsive even late at night. Their hourly rate was reasonable. I was a little confused about the itemized billing, but the overall price felt ok. If you're looking for a smooth-talking salesman who sugarcoats everything, go elsewhere. But if you want someone who is straight forward and cuts to the chase, then this is the place for you. I am just happy I have my kitchen back. Thanks, Chris and Hessler!

Hessler did a great job fixing out roof line after we had an old patio cover torn down. It matches the rest of the house perfectly.

They were great, on time and great job.

Edil was very courteous, and his crew did a good job. I would trust them to work on my home again.
HomePro was very responsive and Edil's team was quick to get my project to a place where I could take it back over (to help contain my costs).
Constructive feedback for the company as a whole:
1) allow for better segmented feedback - again Edil did great 5/5
2) provide more granular invoicing - I get time and materials, but what materials exactly, and how much for each bit?
3) Consider monetary milestones - break and discuss with the customer what's been done, what's left, timeline, etc. at "major" spend points.
4) advise on actions the customer could take in advance to reduce time required from the crew (with everything so pricey these days, and wages not universally keeping up - consulting on ways to economize can be an important part of discussing the project/s).

The finished work looks beautiful and we are very impressed with their dedication to quality service.
