"Creative Gutter" is a good name for this company. As part of a roof replacement, we got all-new gutters for our home. Matt and the team at CG were amazing. Not only were they flexible on timing, they walked the property with me and found opportunities to improve water management around our house so that our backyard floods less in the future. The work was completed quickly and with minimal mess--both removal and installation. Best of all, the price was very competitive! Have already recommended them, even though installation was completed today, and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

Within a few days, the installers came out to add larger rain diverters, then adjusted and sealed the gutters that were leaking. The team showed up on time and installed the gutters on my shed in no time flat. I was a little worried due to the rain but the storm cleared up and they were able to complete the install. Very happy with the install and communication from Creative Gutter!

Creative Gutter was recommended to us by a few neighbors who also had them install their gutters. They were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and set up an appointment to measure the roof within a few days. The quote we received was fair and reasonable and so we moved forward. We had new gutters within 48 hours and they look amazing! They did the work quickly and were punctual and efficient. Would highly recommend them!!

I had a specialty gutter installed by another company that was a total wreck. I called Creative Gutters, they came out the same day. Gave me a reasonable quote. The day of the job they came out and completed a magnificent job in 2 hours that took the other company 6 hours to mangle. In our current times it's not easy to please everyone. Sometimes it's the company, sometimes is the customer. Sometimes companies have bad days, and so do customers. I don't generally subscribe to "the customer is always right" but in my case I think I had a legitimate complaint. Now, the nature of the complaint isn't important, but Creative Gutter had a bad day and I was unhappy. I don't fault companies for having a bad day, but how they handle it makes all the difference. I'm writing this review because Creative Gutter handled it with integrity and class. I thank them for their willingness to listen and rectify the situation to my satisfaction. In fact, they went above and beyond and I think that's worthy of 4 stars.

We were doing a room add onto our house. We were waiting for them to finish so that we could get our gutters put in. Thankfully, Check was able to work around our schedules without throwing everything off. The color that we chose is so close to the color that we painted the trim in our home we are very pleased very excited. The guys that worked were very diligent very professional … They got in and got the job done and in about 3 1/2 hours. We also had leaf guards put on ours because we have a beautiful magnolia Tree and it Sheds 24/7

I received quotes from several companies, Chuck from Creative Gutters was friendly and helpful with ideas as to where the downspouts would go, and was able to identify the perfect color match to our house paint. The installers were quick and efficient. The price as quoted was reasonable. Would use them again!

Submitted quote request on a Wednesday — Chuck called that day and scheduled an appointment for “the next morning. Chuck is so nice and accommodating and made the process easy. Had the quote that night – approved the work. Workers were on site Tuesday morning and finished installing new gutters and leaf filters in two hours! The price was very competitive. My experience from start to finish was wonderful. I wish all repairs were this effortless and enjoyable.

Due to a bad hail storm this spring, we found ourselves needing to replace our gutters. We found Creative Gutters online and reached out to them after reading many positive reviews. Found these guys on the good contractors list. They responded to my initial inquiry in less than a day. Chuck and Matt came out to the house and told me I did not need new gutters as I thought I might, thereby saving me a lot of money! They then gave me a quote for some repairs to the existing gutter system and cleanout of leaf debris, as well installation of leaf guards at a very reasonable price . Once I accepted their quote, they scheduled a time within a couple days to come out and complete the job. Job was done quickly and in an excellent manner

Matt and Chuck did a great job. Our house previously did not have any gutters. During storms, water would come splashing down our roof, making leaving/coming home a wet mess. I had Creative Gutter install gutters on my home about 7 years ago and they did a great job.
I had them come back out and add guttering on a recent patio cover and they did a great job. They were prompt on scheduling and they were on time and I definitely would use them again.

I was looking for a company to install gutters on my house and came across Creative Gutter. Matt at Creative Gutter was responsive and professional, getting me an estimate quickly. I'm really happy I went with them because they did a great job in a short period of time at a competitive price. Matt also came by months after the install to make sure everything was working well and then helped pipe in a new water storage tank to the gutters. These guys are great!

We had Creative Gutter change some of our gutters as they were getting clogged with leaves. They came by, did a review and recommended leaves guard, some gutter leveling and also changing some gutter which needed changing. Quality work, responsive and professional.

Their post work service was most impressive, we had water stagnation on the downspout as it was too low resulting in the concrete block below the grass and not able to flow away.

After we called them, and they mention some of the supplies we needed. Creative Gutter came by, shortened the gutter by an appropriate height for better drainage. Using our supplies they raised and level the concrete block so that it was above the grass resulting in better drainage.

They went above the original repairs, we were very satisfied in their professionalism and responsive. Will use and recommend them again.

Creative Gutter installed new gutters (previously had none) yesterday. My entire experience from the bid to the install was professional and friendly. The men arrived yesterday morning, after calling the day before to let me know when to expect them, knocked on the door to make sure they were at the right now and got to work. They installed quickly and left with no trace of the work left behind other than the gutters on the house. It was excellent.

Creative Gutters installed all new 6” gutters around our entire home in July 2020. The gutters look fantastic and of course function super well. Highly recommend to any shopping customers! A few notable items from our experience with Matt/Creative Gutter:

1. Prompt and professional. He and his crew showed up on time from estimate day to job day and was always available via email, often returning responses within minutes.

2. Matt listened and gave feedback on some gutter design ideas. I needed to have a backyard downspout divert water to the side of the house to catch some slope and he made it happen. Very creative solution that has solved a standing water issue in the backyard. Also plenty of feedback on other general ideas throughout the planning process.

3. I asked for seamless hand-cut miters on our gutter job for a cleaner, more seamless look. Most companies use strip-miters, which is fine, but hand-cut looks upgraded. Matt made it happen which was a huge selling point for a nominal up charge - highly recommend hand cut miters for your gutter job, it looks great!

Overall - great company to work with and a great product. Please give them a call for an estimate if you are shopping for gutters in DFW!

These guys were quick to get a quote and were on time at every stage. They were actually 10 minutes early and were done taking down the old gutters in about 20 minutes!

The new ones went up fast and were out of there within 3 hours of starting. They kept their word about everything including the design, colors, and schedule. I cant imagine a better gutter installation experience.

The previous owner of our home worked with Creative Gutter and I'm relieved she left me their info. We called because of some clogging due to no gutter leaf guard. Creative Gutter's owner came out personally to give us an estimate for adding the leaf guard and even offered to help my husband clear out our drain lines. Would definitely recommend!

They will not provide free estimates for houses in Arlington. According to the person I spoke to, they do install gutters in Arlington, but I would have to agree to a contract over the phone and commit to having them do the work without knowing how much it will cost.
