I came for the first time to buy some paint and it took three people to figure out the machine And they took over an hour to just get me 1 gallon of paint. I came again today the guy that was helping me with New so he also did not know how to mix the paint. The only season guy here got the wrong code for the paint I needed a beige color and the paint was mixing turquoise and I asked him if he can try again and he told me no that I would have to come back. It was a complete waste of my time. Please do not come here. Go to Sherwin Williams next-door or Home Depot. These people have no idea what they’re doing

But Michael the owner helped me find the exact product I needed; he even went above and beyond to figure out a way to get me the quantity I needed in a timely manner. Super helpful and kind, he really runs a great business and has excellent customer service! Absolutely made my day :)

Any time I need a specialty piece of hardware, like special fasteners or adapters, I can usually find it here. The staff are super helpful for finding what you need and where it's located in the store, and you can check if it's in stock on their website that is updated often

Love this place. If you like to grill or smoke food, this is the place to come visit. You can shop for a grill or smoker as well as accessories. But that's not all! The best part for me is the seasonings they stock for meat and vegetables. A lot of this stuff CANNOT be found in your usual chain stores. Come browse and see what they have to offer. The staff is friendly and will help any way they can. Oh....and have a beer while your there.

What a great neighborhood place. Everybody there is genuinely nice, I feel welcome when everybody agreed to you, to help me get whatever it is I need there all the time, every time. It's consistent as friendly it's close by it's your neighborhood place to go

When I walked in I saw four Mexicans behind the counter drinking didn't even offer me a beer smh. The white lady that used to work behind the counter (back bar)was nicer and more discreet about it

I’ve made two visits in the past week. One was for a key replacement, and the next for a simple replacement nut and lock washer. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very quick to acknowledge me and ask if I needed any help to get me on my way. Thank you.

Visited this store around 6pm and it was exceptional customer service from the second I walked in up all the way until i left the store. Register gentleman was extremely courteous and polite Team members were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Great service and staff

I was just racially profiled right now when I walked in the door. These two African American men I assume have to greet people as they come in the door, the first male of a darker tone in skin made a smart remark when I walked in along the lines of, "do you think I just stand here for nothing?" All I asked was do you work here, because your shirts say stone's, I for one only knew about this store's location from hearsay as I stated, "thought this was an Ace Hardware the shirts threw me off" I was in a hurry and didn't need help so before I tuned the corner to start browsing I asked for the location of restroom. When I seen something that I needed right away I thanked the gentleman and walked to the next isle's end of the shelf, at that point the fairer skinned male who had then returned to the register asked what I needed assistance with and after he told him I just needed to be directed to the restroom, he boldly yelled out no that's a lie and you have to go watch him. I immediately turned back around and walked out the door. I'm not ever returning nor will I suggest any family or friends be submitted to this type of treatment.

Staff is friendly and super helpful. They aren't as big as the bigbox hardware stores, but they make up for it with their customer service

Came in to buy a pocket knife, the guy was very helpful, but felt that he was trying to upsell me other knives when I asked to hold one of them. Would come back for more knives. :)

I went to this Ace hardware location and immediately I was approached by a guy name John. He met me with a smile. I had several things to purchase John took initiative and helped me find every item on my list. He made my visit less stressful and more fun! I am very thankful for the great customer service that I received. It was a must for me to let the world know how awesome this team treated me as a person and as a customer . Well stocked and some reps know what they are talking about when you ask a how to question. They're typically 2 to 5 dollars higher than home Depot but like 7 eleven convenience costs a little more. Having 45+ years in construction the bigger store is usually what I need. The typical homeowner may prefer the smaller store. They are neighborhood stocked. By that I mean they have the parts that were used by the surrounding contractors of the area that built the neighborhood.

Purchased a can of paint marked $12.99, rang up $17.99. Response was, "items were shelved wrong". Also bought three cans of spray paint marked $5.99. Got home to find I was charged $7.99. Went back for refund.

Friendly staff and prices are very reasonable. They have a good variety of products. With this area now becoming a burgeoning neighborhood of new or firstime homeowners, this is a great place to have around the corner.

Really friendly staff helped me to find what I came for. Great selection in a well lit store makes a big difference between the dreary dark aisles of other big box stores.

Easily a 5-star shop! They have all the stuff you need for quick hardware store trips, and they also have brewing supplies! This is the place I go first for quick fix around the house and yard work. A lot of things if they don't have and the big boxes wouldn't touch, these folk can order it.

How does a hardware store possibly merit 5 stars? Well, I came in here to get some charcoal and electric conduit, which they had... and got treated to beer and live music. Don't think that requires elaboration haha!

Nothing worse than going to a store for curbside order and noone is working on it while 5 employees I saw most not all near front of store just hanging out on a Saturday afternoon and low or no customer foot traffic in store. How this store sustains itself baffles me. Updated Review: I called the store today to check on a price match. The gentleman said we don't price match. I'm not one to quibble over a dollar or two but when something is almost half price (everyday price) I'm not spending $9 on an item that both the other big box stores sell for $4.99. --- Old review 3 years ago Brand new, Nice and clean. Large store. Located in Casa View. Prices are extremely competitive, even compared to Amazon. Friendly & helpful staff!

Very helpful, close to the cleanest, non dusty hardware store you can find. Employee's where all very nice and helpful.

I have the same complaint as other one star reviewers. Price on the shelf is different from what rings up at the register. The excuse today was they had not gotten around to replacing all the prices. Appear to be a bit pokey at doing their price adjustments. $9.99 on shelf and $14.99 at register. Customer service issue and their concern is staying in business. If they had honored their prices, they would have a future customer. Oh well..........

This the greatest Ace store. All the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. It is great to have a mom and pop store in the neighborhood. My neighbor is a store associate here. She loves her job and working for great people. I am all for supporting neighborhood stores.

I haven't been Stone Ace Hardware if I just drove by drove through the parking lot last week so I'm not sure

Petty is a horrible employee who follows people around the store and judges them the management here is very poor petty is very petty

I had make a duplicate key and it didn't fit so after 3 tries I gave up and and made one in walmart so service machine

I needed a garden tool handle . this store was the only one out 7 ACE stores that had it in stock. So i was force to drive there (38mn in trafic). This was one of those moments in life where you thank god for sending you here. This place was clean, very organize, and plenty of product on the shelf. Customer service was very good . the ace stores i visit have very friendly Employees. If this is something you valued you now know where shop.

My partner and I went there yesterday to get some items and the people were so awesome that helped us. It was wonderful to go into a store and get awesome service. One lady even carried some of my items to the register so we didn’t have to carry them around the store. We will definitely go back to shop with them. The store was very clean and stocked well.

I love this place, really friendly staff and super knowledgable, got the wrong thing and went to exchange it with no issues. My only complain is that I wish it was bigger so I wouldn’t have to go to home depot.

What a cool hardware store! They have a musician on Saturdays and a small bar with a free beer. Can't say the big hardware stores would ever do that!

Had the items I needed, and bought a gas can that was the same price elsewhere. Rang up 3 dollar's more than the shelf price, and was told the machine to print labels is broke and they have not been able to put up correct price labels. False advertising is a deceptive practice and wrong. This is the third time I have had a bad experience in this location and I will not be returning to Stones Ace Hardware to shop or any Ace Hardware at all. Lost a customer of thirty years to Ace over 3 dollars and bad customer service.

Always a great place to shop. Even during this time of shortages, they have just about anything you need. Prices often are similar to the big box stores.

I'm new to the neighborhood and I'm so glad I found this Ace. The employees were all super friendly and super helpful. I love the music they were playing. I will definitely be going back and using this as my neighborhood hardware store.

Great store. In my opinion they’re a little too all over you. Called today and Was told they don’t recycle fluorescent bulbs so gonna get all I need done in one go today unfortunately and get my plumbing somewhere else that recycles the bulbs

I usually love the customer service I receive at Stone’s but today I left disappointed. I came in looking for an electrical whip and was directed to the aisle. There were 3 of the exact same whips and the tag where they were behind had them priced as $9.99. When I got to the register they rang up $19.99 and I pointed out to the cashier that the tag showed them to be $9.99 and proceeded to show him where I had found them. We both walk to the aisle and I showed where they were and he called over another guy that stated they were not the right ones and wouldn’t honor because they had been “picked over.” I ended up leaving without purchasing anything knowing that they were in the right place but the store missed a price change.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. I go here all the time.
