Why is the place called Discount when it's not discounted in any way. I understand that they don't buy as much as home depot and can't price it the same. Just be be aware that it's not discounted

I bought a lot from this store, windows, doors, lumbers ,you name it. I thought they are honest and hard working people. But today we spent almost $2000 on 60 lp smartside siding panels. And I found this: every panel has an unpainted gap on it! This is un acceptable. And they just refused to take the panels back unless we pay them 20% as restoring fee! I will never step into this place again. Always check and check and check if you really want to buy something here.

They blamed it on my (brand new and pest controlled) house having bugs and told me to bring it back knowing I had no way of doing so after paying them to deliver it to me, and laughed in my face about it after talking with me in English but discussing amongst themselves in Spanish. Then he excused the holes saying it was #2 because #1 is too expensive. You get what you pay for, in this case, the discount came with used wood harboring wood eating bugs.

Not much of a discount realy. About the same as home depot or even more. Went for some interior doors for the house. they had them for 100 when homedepot had them for 87.

Staff were very approachable and they had the fence post we needed. This was our first time at this place and we will be going back for more material here if needed. They have a lot of inventory and variety and great prices

I really enjoyed the treatment and attitude of customer service staff. I had a question about availability and info of a material and they gave me the technical answers AND not some "home depot-trying- to- get- rid -of -you- as -fast -as -they -can -answer" This warehouse has a little bit of everything with an emphasis on door and windows... Lumber as well. Seems like a small place compared to big box stores, but this place is well stacked and organized. From plumbing, painting materials and roofing and a huge assortment of nails and screws of all shapes and sizes. Restrooms are available. They are a mom and pop kinda store so give it a try.

Pues, me atendieron muy bien los muchachos que te enseñan los productos así como los que cobran, de hecho hubo un retorno de unas piezas de medida equivocada y me regresaron la diferencia inmediatamente, sin ningún problema. También los muchachos que están surtiendo el material de las bodegas son atentos y verifican en las notas que el producto correcto sea surtido!!!
Primera vez en éste lugar y creo que voy a regresar!

Muy mal servicio al cliente no quieren dar información del precio del material por teléfono hoy que ya tiene clientes ya no se dan el tiempo sé que talves no necesitan estar atendiendo a la gente por teléfono porque ya crecieron pero debería quedar ese servicio si no le darán atención al cliente que pregunta por cell

no lo recomiendo fui a comprar 1x6x16 para baseboard, y me dieron gato por liebre segun que era pino praimeado y resulto plywood con praimer en unos lugares esta ese tipo de material a $22 y ellos te ,lo atacan en $28 y te lo venden como si fuera pino,

La verdad no sé qué decir, solo fui con mi hermano a buscar unas piezas de shingle.

Had a very bad experience with windows that were custom made.

When I called the store the gentleman was okay with us returning the item but once at the store whole different store.

Limited supply not organized, very little information about the quality of carried inventory. Hard to make purchase decision with out having details about the product

Great prices on lumber & supplies and be there at the right time and catch the snow cone & creamy corn cup stand set- up at the entrance.

Horrible servicio! Compramos como $10,000 de material y pedimos delivery en un material que no nos pudimos llevar en el momento, tuvimos que pagar para que no lo entregaran porque nos dijeron que sino nos iban a vender el material aunque ya estaba pagado y no nos iban a regresar el dinero, también no nos dijeron que teníamos nosotros que bajar en material nosotros mismos y se querían llevar el material y volvernos a cobrar el delivery fee! Ultima ves que vamos a este lugar la mujer que está de secretaria es una mujer sin educación y con pésimo servicio a cliente y muy grosera, me dijo que a ella no le importa que el señor que nos llevó el material no iba a bajar el material que nosotros lo teníamos que hacer le dije que no había nadie ahí más que yo que estaba embarazada y me dejo en la línea sin responderme ya

No todo esta mas barato. Encontre un gabinete mas bara y mejor echo a escasos 25 minutos. No me gusto que te cobren el 20% por regresar las visas. Perdi como cuando gane. Ahi voy aprendiendo. Busquele mi gente. Busque precio y calidad. Si hay visas bara, bara, bara y de calidad. Hasta en las cadenas grandes.

The material here just the same price as Home Depot the only good thing is just some door for exterior everything else just as much as Home Depot.

Some of staff is short in answers and rude. The prices you have to know pricing because some stuff is way over priced and the quality is poor. When going to get stuff loaded not organized and people running all over just throwing your products on your trailer any which way knowing it needs to be tied down even when you asked them to put it a certain way they don't. this is 3rd time this happened to me so its not just a 1 time thing. And that whole staff out there is rude.
