Very friendly staff and incredible array of tools. From generators and power tools to gloves and machetes, the prices are often lower than you would expect. We went there for moving blankets and find what we were looking for. On the way out we noticed the camping chairs and flashlights. If you're doing and major project, moving, out going camping, come here and see what they have to give you an idea of proper budgeting with the proper gear.

Be careful when you shop here. They advertised a thermal camera for $211 and i purchased it and it literally shows nothing useful. When i returned they charged me a %20 restocking fee which is $40 its very annoying, no other competitors home depot, lowe’s , amazon does this . Will never shop here again

Great customer service. One of the best locations for ease of access. This location has an excellent staff. Even for returns they are exceptionally polite and get it done fast with minimal effort. Theresa is very helpful and fun to chat with. Strongly recommend you stop here.

as always, if your looking to try out a tool. this is definitely the place to start. I usually buy here first, then I will look for a professional tool. if I think I will use it more. the location was ok, a little sketchy. but the store is very clean and organized.

How you are going to offer an item on sale for Days of Deals and be sold out before you open. The inside track member program is a joke.

The workers here are very friendly, The manager is a really nice llady. she definitely treated me like a normal person not like some idiot that's stealing. I appreciate it, harbor freight is cheap throw away tools for most part, some of the icon stuff is decent just don't get up your feelings hurt when it breaks

Was looking for a tool, called ahead of time to make sure they had it in stock. Worker told me they had it, drive 30 minutes to get there and they said that they don’t have any in stock. Waste of gas waste of time. I even asked the worker to physically check and make sure they did actually have it.

Very affordable prices, and even more so when you have an additional coupon.

I love Harbor Freight

So an Associate convinced me to buy a refurbished Sander for $25.. Said it will work fine and "to bring it back if it does not work." I went and bought sandpaper for it which was expensive, hooked it up to my air compressor and wala, it was leaking air everywhere. I took the sander back and to my surprise that said no returns. Completely different discussion than when they convince me to buy it.. the new associate then proceeded to tell me to buy another one as it is only $39..

Lesson Learned, do not trust a Harbor Freight employee no matter what the say.

Products are garbage. Bought an electric trimmer and the engine burned out after 2 uses. Tried to return it and since I didn’t have the receipt any longer they wouldn’t take it back. Don’t waste your money.

I live in the neighbor around the Skillman store and 18 wheelers seem to idle over night or even stay for days at a time! The trucks are running so we have to live with the constant humming engine noise, and rattling windows from vibration. I spoke to a manager earlier today 11/6/2023 and told him they are parking longer and longer, sometimes an entire day or through the night. It seems these drivers are sleeping in their trucks instead of going to an actual truck stop. Could you have drivers park away from residence street (Walling Ln) or go park in an actual truck parking area? It is very annoying to have to live with that noise.

It's the kind of place where I go when I don't need anything. It's fun in a stereotypical guy way to wander the aisles and gawk at the incredible selection of tools, pumps, cases, tarps, hardware and on and on. I learn about things I didn't know existed, and about how specialized equipment has become.

After an hour or so, I will have gotten my fill of welding rods, bumper hammers, socket converters and impact tools. But first I have to check out with the armload of items I realized I couldn't live without. All I have to do is figure out how to use them.

The staff is very helpful to amateurs like me and able to talk in depth with friends who've had careers working as welders and oil field roughnecks.

And prices are affordable, especially if you keep an eye on the price tags where you'll usually find clearance items or sales markdowns not always advertised among the regular merch. Weekly ad fliers are available online and there's a loyalty discount program that will pay for itself in a couple of visits.
