M.S. Hardware, Lumber & More in Dallas

I had never purchased anything from this store so I tought I would give them a try and to my surprise they did not want to refund the merchandise that I had purchased even though I had the untouched parts and the receipt. Associate Sandra stated that she did not know the owner's name and refuse to give any information about the owner so I can reach out to him or her and voice my discontent with them. I believe they are ripping off the customer by not allowing them to return brand new merchandise purchased with receipt in hand.
Worst experience ever, I will not go back to this place and I do not recommend anyone either unless they want to get ripped off.

Very good service. The employees were very product knowlegable and from sales to load out was very quick. All the employees were very efficiant and effective. Great teamwork.

I purchased a pair of Ironworkers Pliers. And by the way they were really expensive. My fault to even bought them there. I try to return them and get my money back and they don’t accept any returns or exchanges.
My advice expend 15 more minutes and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.
They boast being around for 70 years. Good for them.

The people there are very rude and are so very unprofessional. They much rather gossip and play around even if they see you there waiting to be helped. I have had no choice but to go there to buy things I needed and it's always the same deal. At one time I tried to reach out some one in upper management but the workers there kept giving me wrong names and wrong phone numbers to call so I gave up and now that I went back in there, again!, I see nothing has changed and I frankly don't get it!!! ( These are the type of people Trump should deport because they are the tipical ugly, and disrespectful people that give us all a bad name)

Sorry to post something like this but I feel other people should know how that store operates and hopefully some one in upper management can look into this.. Mean while Don't go there unless you have to.

A very nice surprise here in the middle of Oak Cliff. The service personel were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business you'll love it too.

Small place with attentive staff. Has a classic hardware store feel to it. been coming here since I was a kid. They always have small weird things that I need that the big box stores don't have in stock or carry.

They just close when they want . Don't even respect the hours posted . U might drive and they close even if u call.

Their a store that has supplies that Home Depot or Lowe’s don’t carry anymore their helpful and Greet you when you come in the store.

The older lady and some of the men are very rude. But I still shop there cause it's closer than home Depot. Lol

Called to see if they would have my hardware in stock they put me on hold to check then they hung up called right back they answered and hung up.

When we can't find some old plumbing or old heaters fixing at home depot or Lowe's . They just might have it. They have had parts that we couldn't find.😊

I've been going there for years it changed hands a few times I think they closed a little too early though I like the place maybe you should stay open till like 7 or 8 not close at 5 I rode the bus and everything and got there at 5:03 and the door was locked I thought they showed up until 6 but most people are getting off work and that's when they need stuff from the local hardware store between 6 and 8 p.m. usually when they need stuff for their house to repair things with that went wrong during the day

It's good, it's small but beats all that walking around at home depot. They might not have what you need, then again they might. Save you time and energy.
