Awful service! It seems that the associates do not want to work. I've been calling for the last hour just to ask when the order will be delivered. The first time someone answered, I told them I was calling for delivery status. I was transferred three times, and then the last person picked up and did not respond. The other times I have called, they pick up and hang up without saying a word. This is a total nightmare. If I could give zero, I would, calling a company to ask when an order will be delivered should not be this difficult.

I went to the store off of Cockrell Hill on chalk. Totally different experience and I normally get with a Grand Prairie store almost any other Lowe’s except for that one. I had a very uncomfortable not fun experience with Juan. Very rude. He was a floor supervisor that came over to help me With two appliances. I was purchasing over an $1100 purchase walked off when I’m talking to him did not answer any questions very rude did not enjoy him at all. I asked for his manager and then the arrogant Abel came over who is also no help whatsoever. I did not enjoy my experience at all zero if it wasn’t a clearance item I would not have purchased it. They are not flexible. They do not try to help you solve things. They were very, very rude and I will never return to that Cora Hill chalk area Street. I did have a good experience with Eric who normally works in. Cabinets came over to help me with Appliances. Eric was great. The other two individuals one and able are awful. Don’t go to the store

Poor experience with the appliances. I wanted to purchase a new washer, but the person didn't seem to want to assist me. I had some specific questions that another associate told her what to do to assist me, but she was not interested in helping me. She was not helpful at all. I was dissatisfied with the service I received and won't ever go back.

He was in the garden department and was by my side for the whole shopping experience to make sure I was well taken care of. Elle(I believe she's a head cashier) provided horrible service. She asked with an attitude if I had receipt for items I needed returned to which I replied yes. She snatched by tote bag and started digging through the items which honestly made me feel disrespected. A plant mister needed to be returned due to it being defective and it had little to no water left since it stopped working. I tried opening it but couldn't so I didn't empty the very little water that was inside and she told me with a rude voice a return could not be processed even though I had proof of purchase. I emptied the water out in the parking lot as she instructed and came back inside to return the merchandise. I showed her the QR code I scanned when making the purchase and she literally snatched my phone to look through it without letting me know what she needed. I immediately took my phone back and asked her what I need to look for. She was looking for the receipt and she made the entire transaction difficult. An associate even interfered and said she didn't need to go through so many steps just to process a return since she already had the receipt to which she replied yes she does. I've done a couple returns and have always had my receipt scanned/card swiped after scanning returned items. I did not feel comfortable with the way she approached me and assisted me. I felt discriminated and attacked. I had proof of purchase but yet she stereotyped me. There were also lots of big rats on the ceilings.

Had a terrible experience tonight. I came to this store to get a Christmas tree. The customer service from the gentlemen handling the Christmas trees was great. However, he did not know how to cut straight and took several attempts to get it decent. The customer service in the store was horrible. I made eye contact with multiple employees and walked in their direction. None of which offerred any assistance while we were trying to find a tree stand. Mind you, the store is empty so there is no excuse of being busy. I was told different locations of where I could find a tree stand and none of them checked out. We ended up leaving the tree because we could not find a stand or anybody who gave a care. Lost my business tonight.

Terrible service. I needed some simple things for my job the next day and I didn't have time to get there early. I got there at 9:30 even though I had 30 minutes to spare because clearly their closing time is at 10 and they told me it's closed and that seems wrong to me. Got some molding for a floor and they were 2cents a piece and when I was trying to pay the racist manager told me that it was a mistake and can't sell them. Manager and supervisor are racist and threatening me to call police if I don't leave the store. I want to pay for my items and they were so rude and racist. Got all on video. We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Lowe’s and purchased a protection plan. We’ve had one repair service come and now another one an are still getting the run around. We have had horrible, horrible customer service. The emails say one thing the tech says another the customer service teams including supervisor and manager say different things. I’m doing the leg work to track down a part.

The tech said the part would be mailed to us, but the email said the part was mailed to the tech. We’ve called numerous times only to hear 10 days, then 14 days, then 14-21. Now they no longer make that part so they sent a report to the escalations team at Assurant. The part is coming from A & E - it’s just a mess. The day before the appointment they cancel because the part wasn’t shipped and is unavailable. No one ever came about the dryer. They just didn’t show up and didn’t notify us. The story is too long to tell but I advise never purchasing from them and definitely not a protection plan. It’s a joke.

I have craftsman tools I've had for years. Tried to warranty a broken socket and was denied. bought this cash and a long time ago.the receipt was faded. I also tried to warranty a cobalt once again denied. As professionals, don't waste your money. The point of buying their tools is warranty. The young lady was rude at the counter. I was loading a lot of 2x6x16s in the store and 5 employees were on the isle and not one offered to help. The cashier could not count them and then she rang an pro desk employees number on my recopt so they would get credit. They did nothing to help me. Then I get out side to load my trailer and had to go over a speed bump because there was to trailer parking available. Employees were parked there. An employee helped me get past the speed bump then started to leave then he asked if I needed help loading so that was one win. They are no help.

I bought a water heater at this Lowe’s. At the time of purchase the associate in the plumbing department stated the water heater was appropriate for my home. He confirmed it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. I called Lowe’s third party company used for installations. The associate came out to my house and informed me the water heater is for a 5-8 bathroom home and not appropriate for my home. It had been two weeks that I bought the water heater when I arrived to return it. I was met with Perla the customer service rep at the desk. I explained to her my situation. She walked over to another associate and told them I was returning a used and opened water heater. Then her other associate came over and said I cannot return it. I never once said it was used. Perla then said I needed to contact the warranty company for the water heater. She said I needed to contact them and tell them I had it installed and it didn’t work. She said that was the only way the company would give me the RA number and then she said it was the only way she can take the steps for a refund. I asked her about the 30 day return policy to which she replied that doesn’t apply for water heaters for that it had to be returned within 48 hours for a refund. I called corporate the next day and was informed the water heater can be returned within 30 days without a factory seal. Be cautious of purchasing at this store, I was treated rudely by Perla and not one of the 5-8 associates behind the customer service desk offered to listen to my situation. I am appalled by the unwillingness to follow their own policy. Not only not follow their own policy but asking me to lie to the company that provides the warranty for the product.

A follow up:
FYI I made a complaint to corporate but they did nothing to help resolve my complaint. I resolved my issue on my own. I had to go to another Lowe’s location much further away for my home to have my refund honored. I feel disrespected by the staff at the Lowe’s on chalk hill. Please be cautious buying appliances at this location, there is a possibility they will not honor your refund and make up their own rules which work against the customer.

Literally had to wait 48 minutes for 5 boxes of spray texture. Of course I would have grabbed them myself but for some reason they had "dust control" stocked where the spray texture were suppose to be. But the spray texture was above the racks so you needed a forklift to get it down. But what really bothered me was that I asked Chelsey if she could let the worker driving the forklift know that I needed help after he was done assisting another customer. SHE DIDN'T. I was under the impression that she told him but when I walked back to the front she was just scrolling on her phone at the register. And he was restocking at lumber. I walked to him and asked if he could help me and he very quickly did. 48 minutes I wasted. Never again.

This store has their employees asking customers to do their survey yet the customer service here is horrible. On top of that the management has a lot of improving to do. They need to hire managers who act professional. I’ve shopped at this store 3 times already hoping my next visit here will be better because I understand sometimes employees are just not having the best day but every single time I go the same thing happens which is an item having incorrect price label and a manager having to give me the item for the correct price but with such a horrible attitude.

I'm a Lowe's Pro member and have purchased from Lowe's for years. This was the worst experience ever. I had purchased this particular flooring at other locations and went to this location because they showed 6 boxes in their inventory. Prior to going, I called 3 times only for employees to hang up on me. When I arrived, there was no one in the flooring department. A young man named Wilson was extremely helpful and helped me locate the flooring that was hidden behind displays between 2 aisles. When I arrived at the checkout counter, the items rang up at the incorrect price. I had my receipts from the other purchases and the price was clearly displayed at this location, yet my integrity was questioned and it took 2 managers, over 10 minutes, and me having to go take a picture of the displayed price before they would do the adjustment. And to make matters worse, no one bothered to assist me load the boxes of flooring in my car. Lowe's must do better with their inventory system and with training their employees.
