Nice employees, but it’s incumbent on you to check your items if you order for store pickup. I bought a six count pack of light fixtures, trusted that that’s what I’d get. Nope — box looked like some floor item that was clearly rummaged through and is short one light. Of course I didn’t check until the night before I’m supposed to install these. Buyer beware!
I have honestly received better customer service from "The Home Depot" than this location. We asked for assistance four times in thirty minutes in the garden area and no one came!! The cashier told us well it should be someone in that area and then she later proceeded to call someone for assistance. We asked for a manager or supervisor, the cashier stated well it's the end of the day so it's going to be a while. It's 5pm and they do not close until 8pm!! At Home Depot they have people no matter what time of the day asking if we need help. At Lowe's location, these employees try their best not to even have eye contact with you so they don't have to help. We asked one guy did he work there because we needed a pallet down. He said no he doesn't work there but then proceeded to say he works online orders. But then we walk back around the corner and he is on a truck pulling down other pallets. Trash location!!!
1 Star because why isn't there anyone around to help.? I searched for someone to help me find a piece for my kitchen sink and couldn't find anyone. I went to customer service, and they said the person was at lunch.

Then Erica, a fulfillment employee, offered to help even tho she wasn't sure where the item would be. We found the item, and then we found Dewayne, who confirmed I got the right piece I needed. Thanks to them for their great customer service, or else I would've just gone to Home Depot.
Chris is a phenomenal execution of quality customer service. He answered the phone promptly and was completely compassionate with details. Assuring gem to ur team! Chris assisted me upon arrival with the anticipated delivery n stopped to assist might I add! I see a bright future for this gentleman

They had no one to carry anything, they close the garden Ctr too early and employees do not have customer service training. I stopped my garden and no longer grow or shop at Lowes. I order everything online now and refused their credit card.

Little slow to get assistance, overall good store even though everything is locked up.
They kicked me out the store because they said they didn’t open till 8am but online says 7am. Staff was very rude

I was looking for the replacement filter for the refrigerator they did not have it. The sales lady suggested going on Amazon for the purchase. I decided to call the refrigerator company Frigidaire to make sure I got the correct part.

I made an order online, same day delivery option was perfect with my crazy schedule. Long story short I received the wrong order at 8:30-9pm. Custer service was closed. So called the store off of Hampton . The employee was dismissive and didn't even bother to listen to my problem. Marcus, garden manager, didn’t seem to care much about a solution. All I need is my order of this can deliver tomorrow is no problem. Kept cut me off saying I need to contact who ever delivered it to me without helping with any information. Why deliver at 8-9pm is no one is willing to help.

We talked to 3 different associates, and the last one we spoke to was the only one who could answer our questions. The 1st just sent us to the other end of the store with not much help in finding what we needed. 2nd associate told me that a weed eater battery that has the 60 on it would last an hour. That's not true. But the last associate was able to answer our questions and made an effort to find out if the mower we were looking at if it came with the battery or not. He took the time to look. To this associate, we say thank you for your help.

Please don't shop here these people are so unorganized. Placed order online to be delivered showed i picked it up. Was told they would deliver on a Tuesday. Spoke with a Vondra after waiting for hours that they dont make deliveries on Tuesdays my order would be delivered Wednesday. They only deliver on Mon Wed And Fri. Called in on Wednesday was told that I didn't have a schedule delivery because they do not deliver in my area. Requested a refund for such a crock of u know what and a waste of my valuable time

We returned it the NEXT DAY, when read an article in the AP news that states Lowe’s joined the ridiculous list of businesses that decided to roll back DEI.
God is good as we found the same refrigerator at COSTCO for $200 less with a better warranty. ✌🏽

The staff here is friendly and helpful, but a bit slow when you are waiting for help. Overtake they for a great job. Definitely won't have a problem revisiting this style if the need arises.

Lowe’s is consistently better stocked and maintained the HD. Little known fact - Lowe’s accepts used fluorescent bulbs for recycling.
I am unsure about where to begin with my experience at this location. The first associate we approached for assistance seemed to view us as a considerable inconvenience, to the point that I suggested asking another associate. We purchased a product from the store, only to discover it was damaged upon arriving home. We returned the product within twenty-four hours and were informed that Lowe's has a rebuy repurchase policy, which is not readily available online or on the receipt. Even when we contacted the store over the phone, the agents were unaware of the exchange policy that the store had seemingly established, resulting in considerable inconvenience. Why would any customer desire multiple pending charges for a product purchased in-store, especially when the store has an ample supply of the product? This store requires fundamental customer service training. The overall experience with Lowe's was extremely disappointing and I will not shop there again.

Whoever the Hispanic girl with short hair is that handles propane walked out of the store with me after visibly seeing my payment which occurred right in front of her. Yet, still ensured she needed to see my receipt which, okay that’s fine. However, as she asks for my receipt a Hispanic man walks up with his exchange and no receipt. All she says is “did you pay?” He says “yes” and she hands him the exchange without checking as she did me. If one person needs double checking for a transaction she watched, then the individual who didn't walk in or out of the store at all should be checked as well.

Three guys working at the garden department and instead of helping me ( because we customers bring money to businesses so workers can be paid) they were doing other tasks that in my opinion could be postponed for later. I needed more than a pallet of river rock, I requested the forklift...after waiting quite a time, I decided to do it my self. A young African American guy helped me once to load up my truck. Second trip....he vanished. The young guy driving the forklift also didn't care not even bother to help. The oldest employee offered to help when most of what it had to be done was basically accomplished. Called more than three times to complain about this workers with their supervisor....no one answered my phone calls.
These workers definitely need to take customers service classes. They haven't realized that customers pay their checks. Only the lady charging for merchandise name Martha was kind and professional. You need more employees like her around.
I need to be fair and said that I have been assisted differently at other Lowes locations.
Now...if the supervisor in charge of this Lowes was wondering why low income coming in and probably less customers....here you have a reason.

I needed a bracket kit to stack my dryer at the desoto location. They didn't have one and gave me the location and reference number in Mansfield. I went and picked it up. Opened the box to use it but it wasn't for my dryer and washer.
Told me that I can’t exchange an item purchased in their store that was never opened…..wasn’t trying to get any money or gift card

I've had a business account with Lowe's over 25 years. They recognize my credit card they recognize my address for billing & keep my account number for payment. Everytime I try to call in a payment they do not recognize my SSN or account for payment. Extremely infuriating. For over 6 months the agent from wherever in this world with our so called advanced technology says they will rectify the problem NEVER HAPPENS!!!! I'm going to use Lowe's as seldom as possible because of this.
Customer service is consistently bad here. This time at least the guy working electrical clearly knew about electrical but just seemed to be bothered by me. It makes me regret going in hoping to find help.

So far every time I go into Lowe's looking to start a new project the associate that I speak with seems to be very knowledgeable weather they are young or old man or woman and if you ask me it seems like the ladies are always out working the guys and are the first to ask do you need help

I had a frustrating experience at Lowe’s recently. While browsing the plumbing department, I was appalled to see a rat scurrying around the shelves. To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking, and the store appeared understaffed. I struggled to find assistance and when I did, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. This combination of poor cleanliness and inadequate service left a very negative impression. I hope Lowe’s addresses these issues urgently to ensure a better shopping experience in the future.
I wish they had more product as the garden section is a bit empty and some of the décor items and bags are damaged. I do however want to give good review to the staff here, they are very patient and understanding and knowledgeable.

If I could give the store Manager Kennice a 0 star I would. I Came into the store to buy a refrigerator my sales person was extremely cordial and patient explaining the different products in detail. I chose one and he started the payment transaction. The manager Kenninice called for a meeting. He told her he was in the middle of a transaction with a customer. She called again and told him he needed to come. My information was left open on the screen. He excused himself and left for the meeting I sat there waiting. I walked up front and saw the manger and told her it was not professional for her to have pull the sales person in the middle of a payment transaction. She offered No apologies she told him to go finish with me. When I finish I walk back to where is was and told her I was not happy with what she did. She was as rude as hell!!!! She walked away no apologies. I have been shopping at Lowes I know management did not train this manager in this way. She needs so much more education on customer service. Am not coming back!!!
Clean store pretty organized compared to some I have been in.
If you need assistance with pulling and loading products don't go to this location because the staff will not assist and will tell you it will be one hour before someone will come in to assist at 2pm. All they are good for is walking the floor and cashing you out. Ridiculous! I'm sure you guys have plenty of completed applications hire people that will work and not stand there to look cute on the clock.
Normally the plant area is well stocked.. But so much here lately. Maybe I was here on an off week but this is still my go to store.
I went too lowes about 2 weeks ago and it was a young lady that was working where you self check yourself out and I asked her to come take something off the screen then she started trying too scan the rest of my things and I told her I can do the rest and then she started watching me making me uncomfortable just standing right there just watching me when there were other customers scanning there merchandise as well which reminded you I was about too spend $200 and since she made me feel so uncomfortable I just walked out and then I said I was going too report her and by the way the rude young lady’s name was Joanna so watch out customer she is racism she like too watch only black customers not her own kind.

I when there on Friday at 6 pm to order a big order of shingle at the costumer service deck and a young lady was helping me with the order, she was very helpful until it comes to the delivery in the following Monday, she almost lost the sale due to the big window time frame. She even ask the coach leader cashier about the delivery and they keep say that was the best they can do for me, THEN Maria the assistance manger show up and save the day she even set the delivery for Sunday instead of Monday, and she use all her resources to give me a better deal on the 8k sale. MARIA IS THE BEST.
Service 5. Bought riding lawn mower. I will not start. Products can't be returned or exchanged here. I'll have to take it take it to a certified repair shop 20 miles away or pay $ 180 for picknup & return. They did inform me, but I just expected a new product to work.
It does have 2 years mfg warranty & I purchased additional 3 years.
Nice selection of flowers and cashier was very helpful with making sure I knew what was on sell.

I hardly ever try to find help since I know my way around the store. I like to browse before purchasing whatever I came for, but in my last visit, two employees showed up to find out if I needed help, yes two. I told them I was looking for grass seeds, but their efforts in trying to help me find the item were futile and ended up just pointing me to the garden center and sending me on my way. I like to see the paint department manned as they always missing. Sometimes they have cashiers but most of the times they only have self check out. I like the craftsman brand tools and always looking forward to the holiday deals.
In the past:
I didn't have any issues finding hardware for my garage door. Check out is usually okay, returns are often easy. Sometimes, there's no line. Their garden center is perty big.
I've had very mediocre experiences in here but there are some good people too.

Usually I like this Lowe’s and come here all the time. Not the best At service but it’s a hardware store, of course everyone is busy. My issue is the lady who was at self checkout. I literally only had a gift card and instead of being nice about it and tell me to go to customer service she said it with an attitude. I said on thank you for that and she just “mmhhhmmm” to me, then I don’t have anything in the bag, she flips through it rough. I’m not the one who employed you but if I were you’d been fired already… leaving the store I see her being rude to an elder lady in a chair who’s asking for simple directions in the store.. I tell her to have a good day and thank you again and all she says is “mhmmm”. Why are you here?!? April 30th, 3:40pm CST.
