Bought a DEFECTIVE faucet 3 months ago. It’s the lowes brand.
The return window is closed. They have horrible customer service, their team just keeps saying “I understand but ….” No they do not understand.
I have two faucets from there, and one works and one doesn’t. So if you’re telling me that your products are going to go bad in 3 months then that’s then end of me ever shopping there.
There is a reason why Home Depot exists. Use them. Best costumer service. They stand behind their products & don’t talk to customers like they are just another transaction.

This is my 3rd time buying kitchen appliances from Lowe’s and I love the prices compared to other places, I would like to recognize MR. Earl (sorry if I’m mistaken his name) he works at the house appliance department and he is very knowledgeable about products and he is very friendly every time we go he helps us with the best deals and makes sure we are satisfied with our purchase, great customer service as well as the General Manager who’s also very knowledgeable! Great job guys we are returning customers!
Do not use the Lowes signage for info in the garden center! These are completely inaccurate!!!! I pointed this out to an associate and they said it was not their responsibility. Each of these photo examples are pretty much the opposite of what the plant needs to survive. It bothers me that some inexperienced gardeners will follow and have no idea why they are failing. Inexcusable!
Customers don’t buy a A.o. Smith water heater. Horrible idea you cannot return it. Bought mine a few days ago. It had a manufacturing defect. I called the warranty company and they expected me to run the voltage on the bad control panel. lol. Instead of sending a tech to your place with the part to replace it. They send it to you to repair it. Lowe’s you should let people know how that mess works. So now I am waiting for the part to replace myself and I guarantee it will not be the end. The representative was like it’s an easy fix we shouldn’t have to give you a new one when it’s a perfectly good water heater lol. What a joke. And on top of that I was trying to support an American company as well. What a nightmare. I will definitely tell all others not to buy a a.o. Smith water heater from Lowe’s.
My wife and I went into the store late to look at some drawer pulls and a faucet. Christopher, who works in the flooring department, asked if he could help. He then walked over to the faucet isle and talked us through all the options. The item we wanted was on the top shelf so he went and got a ladder.
Christopher, was extremely helpful to us and the store is always super friendly.
I was in need of help obtaining a new toilet. I was assisted by one the kindest, most professional associate I've ever had at a big box store. He loaded the toilet on a cart, assisted me in getting a discount by signing up for a lowes credit card and then loaded the very heavy toilet in my Subaru. The model of a perfect associate is Christtopher.

A week ago bought a brand NEW Toro gas lawnmower from Lowe's. After numerous attempts to start it, it did nothing. Took it back to Lowe's, but they refused to honor their return policy. If a company sells defective products; they should replace the defective product and not send the customer elsewhere to attempt repairs.
Helpful staff
Quick in and out. Better for general home owner needs than if you're a contractor who needs something quick so there are certain things you do go here for. But overall a good thing to have in the neighborhood

Purchased a GE refrigerator from this Lowe’s with a protection plan. For the 2 years we’ve had this POS it hasn’t worked but maybe 6 months the entire time. I have had countless claims and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced after my purchase from this location. Zero stars.
No associates readily available, you literally have to go to the return desk so they can page an associate stricter return policies...times have changed

I used to work at this Lowe’s, and so did my brother, but I have to say this store has gone downhill. I went to pick up an online order my brother had placed, but since I wasn’t listed as a pickup person on the order, they refused to give it to me. Not only that, but they personally insulted me and claimed the policy was in place to “protect the money of the person who placed the order.” I had the email confirmation and my ID to prove who I was, yet they still denied me the order. On top of that, they basically accused me of fraud and called me a thief, treating me as if I were trying to steal my own brother’s order. This is the equivalent of proving my identity with my Social Security number but being denied because I don’t have my driver’s license. Nice job discriminating, Lowe’s! Tasha was the manager’s name, so if anyone shops here, be prepared to be discriminated against and insulted.

How’s it a home improvement store, but the pro free air is broken. And it’s been broken for about like two months now.
Great lowes location. Organized and fast checkout lines.
Its employees like Antoinette that make this store a 5 star location. She went above and beyond to help my daughter and I. She works in the tile area, but helped us choose the right drill bit to use for a countertop. She also helped us aquire a specific battery for a LED strip light. She was awesome and it was like having your own personal concierge in a store that's overwhelmingly HUGE! IF I knew I would get that kind of service every time, I would NEVER shop Amazon nor ACE True Value again.
Huge selection of D-I-Y items, tools, cleaning supplies, paint, etc...Staff is helpful if you can find them.

Store is so crowded with stuff it’s hard to get around. Thank god there weren’t a lot of people around, not even employees lol. But seriously, I could not find ONE employee to help me find anything. Customer service here is a joke. Had zero registers open as well, all self-checkout. And it was hot in the store despite it being the evening and like 50 degrees outside. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Went there, got a disposal for $20 cheaper than the other place. It's just a little further. But for $20 it was worth an extra 10 min.
It's a clean store with good security. Unfortunately, finding someone to help me buy some lawn equipment that was locked up was futile. It's my 3rd fruitless visit to this store because of stuff locked up. I will not be back.

Paid for delivery and the parts needed.
One of the pieces didn't fit so they left without offering a different size piece or a refund etc. Can't even use the appliance now because its still not put fully together. Very unsatisfied with how this was handled. Definitely won't use yall again.

I found a couple of items that I needed.
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We always find what we need for our projects and garden.
Less of a mess than most home improvement stores I guess. But don’t buy anything that’s locked up out front. They’ll just leave you standing around in the heat because apparently nobody has the keys.
I have shared this before. Lowe's is slightly more expensive than Home Depot on about 20% of the products but the quality is what draws me in. The difference is worth the time and effort to do things only once. All veterans are welcomed with a discount and others have followed but Lowes was first and even added a parking spot. I won't go anywhere else. I stopped looking.
I've spent hours trying to get them to answer a question on the phone. They just don't give a damn
Customer service was impeccable. Went for duplicate house keys (as Wal-Mart kiosk keys didn't work). I was helped as soon as I entered, and while cutting the keys I was helped with sorting thru various hideakeys with which to choose from. Very clean store, also.

I am rating this a five strictly for the customer service received. I had purchased an online item and when I brought it home, I realized it was damaged. I called to see what options I had and was told I had two days to return to get a refund. I had a stressful day and this was the straw so was short with the customer service team. She sent me over to a manager and he immediately defused my attitude and was supportive and kind. I returned the item the same day and everyone went out of their way to help. I apologized profusely for being "one of those customers who yell when it's not necessary" - it was no one's fault, just something that happens. Brandon and the entire customer service team deserve recognition and a big thank you from this very appreciative customer. Good customer service does exist and it does so at Lowes on NW Highway!

The store associates at this location are a rare gem! Kind, intelligent, and incredibly helpful. Such a rarity these days. If you need help, speak to one of the lovely ladies. I frequent hardware stores, and so often I find people who don’t know anything about what they’re selling and have no initiative to help find a solution. 4 different amazing women helped me today, and they were all positive and solution focused! Couldn’t be more grateful.
Although they close at 10, parts of the garden department close at 7. Of the 4 employees I spoke with, none were concerned or willing to help.
Very clean well ordered store staffed by extremely helpful, professional staff enable swift customer satisfaction. Only down side? No Makita tools.

Came through a few times to get what I needed to mount a TV at my office since they have metal framing instead of wood studs.
Employee was able to help me get what I needed unlocked after I found it.
Overall, everything I expected was taken care of.
In garden center seen two male employees never offered to help load potting soil from a stack that was taller than the 2 wonen shoppers. They saw us and kept waking. One on his phone and the other pulling a flat cart

Worst online purchase and store pick up experience.
1)showed as available at local store when ordered, no indication it needed to be shipped to the store.
2)couldn’t log into account, didn’t recognize my email address
3) had to hand the associate my phone (should never be necessary) to key in order
4) plenty of associates around doing nothing but had to ask if anyone was actually going to get my order after several minutes, seems like coworker gossip was more important.
5) 20 minutes later was finally brought to me.
6) not assembled as ordered
7) was stopped by “security” woman at door accusing me of shop lifting it because you don’t allow customers to go out the “pick up door”
I like the calm atmosphere here compared to HD. A pleasant shopping experience each time and a clean parking lot.
Today I went and the lady in the garden center helped me find leaf rakes, Aisle 29. She is an asset and very sweet, thank you again!!

We don't really buy from Lowe's we buy all our house materials and supplies from home depot but my husband wanted to compare a little on quality. We recently bought a toilet one from home depot and one from here both are same brand so they're pretty similar. They're water saver so we like that, we bought the oval sit so that's pretty big and tall.
One of your workers keeps harassing me almost every week or month . Its annoying . Marty/maritriny ojeda .

Had an emergency on our door knob. Needed a new door knob and have it re-keyed, called this location at 6pm and they assured us someone was there that could do it. Drove all the way over there and no one was there that could do it. Imagine that, someone just made it to get a customer off the phone. Pay your employees more and hire smarter people. Thks

Do not buy your appliances from lowes, I bought a microwave for my parents who are in their 80s and they started having issues with it three days later.
I called ahead and explained my situation and was told to bring it in to see what they could do about it. I finally was able to go and try to exchange it a week later when I was off from work. Lowes refused to exchange it because of their 48 hr return policy. Now I have to go buy a second microwave while I wait for the manufacturer to send someone to repair the other one. I wish I knew about the 48 hr return policy when I got it.

Placed an order online and got a link, the link had a barcode that you scan at the lockers, located right at after the entrance door, technology is facing, after scanning the barcode, the locker opened up, we took out items and headed into the store for something else needed, and was plenty surprised, Saturday evening and the place was Not crowded, I usually go to Mesquite store, but this store is great, one of the employees ask if we needed help with anything, obviously the store is not as busy and people are willing to help, great vist, great people 🥰😇
