Agreed to a certain price over the phone and online, when i went to leave the deposit so they could start building the doors they went up on the price, we finally agreed to a price again and left the deposit so they could build the doors then they called to say the doors where ready and when I went to pick them up they said they only had half of them ready and that the price had to go up because they made a mistake again so we then again agreed to a price and they said the doors would be ready the following day. I called the following day and they said the doors would be done late that afternoon and when I asked what happened because they told me they would be ready the day before they got an attitude and said that that was the answer they had and if I didn't like it that was on me and they hung up the phone.The next day I get a call from them and they said thet didn't build the doors because the price went up again and if I didn't want to pay they would just refund me my money and I would have to look elsewhere for the doors, I agreed to pay the diffrence again because I could not wait another 2 weeks for someone else to build them for me. They don't keep their word and won't answer any calls to try and explain why the changes. I texted with white was suppose to be the owner and at the end they said he was just someone the pay to get customers for them,if I could give them zero stars I would.

I would give them no stars if that is possible. I had surgery on my hand and have 40 stitches so I asked the guys that work there to help me load and they said they don’t help and I had to do it myself.. I explained them my situation and the older gentleman showed actions with his hands that I needed to take the door and leave. So my wife was watching the baby in the car and I had to ask her for help to load these doors. These guys are not reliable with the door because they don’t care for the materials or customers. They just left the doors siding sideways on end of my trailers tail gate.

I give two stars because the lady in front tried to help a little bit. Spoke to someone another lady with 817 number I told her size and door I needed she confirmed size and price and even sent me photo. This was Friday I came here Thursday and same door from photo is in the front wrong size. Lady says it sold last week because of no deposit but it’s same door with water damage as in picture. Now they say we have another door with frame and that’s only way to buy since door she quoted it’s not sand size nor is there.
It’s cool I get it but don’t lie to me man we are all grown adults here. To be aware you might not get sand door or price they give you when you arrive as many other reviews have said as well.

I would give 0 stars. The price is great until you actually order from them. I was coordinating an order for over a month and every time I got a different answer as to how many doors in my order were ready. When I sent someone to pick them up they sold my doors to someone else apparently and kept changing the price on what they told me previously. The price is not worth the hassle- stay away.

On two separate occasions I was told the item I was looking for was in stock and both times, when I arrived, it was suddenly sold and was no longer in stock. Nice people, but very poor communication and misleading advertising. Would NOT recommend.

I do NOT recommend this place, do not buy from this place they won’t have your order ready at the time they said, the employees try to give me the wrong doors, at the end they gave me another one, the doors were very similar to the doors I ordered, but not the doors I had wanted. The doors had water stains, I didn’t pay attention because I was in a hurry, but it looks like I paid for old doors. Also Elvia (she said that was her name) one of the employees is very rude, doesn’t have a good attitude to be in customer service.The owner needs a professional person. And a phone number business line to be answered. If there was an option to put zero stars i would have done it.

The first time I went, picked up two doors, I was very happy until I got home and saw they had put a piece of cardboard in between the doors that had glass in it and it scratched the doors all up. Back to Dallas we go. It only went downhill from there. I had to go four times and on the fourth time I kept the doors thinking they were great. Should have known when they didn't have them ready when I got there, and they were expecting me, that there would be a problem. When I got home the black primer was all over the blanket that we put in between the two because the door was wet. There was black overspray on the glass which I was able to clean off myself and aren't all door gaskets and seals the same length? I have to think that he cut it short just to do it to me because the door gasket on one side was 2 in shorter than it should have been. It didn't go to the bottom of the door. If you go see these people, be very careful and check everything with a fine-tooth comb because to be honest they just suck. The office lady actually gave me part of a refund for all of the trips that I made to Dallas 45 Mi away and the inconvenience. I was pleased to find them because I need doors for renovations, but in this case I will not be using them for anything else. I have pictures of everything but for some reason it's not giving me an option to post pictures so maybe later

These people are disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money with them. I specifically told them if there’s any damage i don’t want them. They assured me if there’s damage they’ll fix it.I spend over $1000 for 3 doors. They say it’ll be ready Monday it was ready until Wednesday. When I get there all 3 doors are damaged and tell me that’s just how they are if you want we’ll refund you. After I wait and spend all this time that’s all they have to say. Now I gotta find doors somewhere else. These are terrible people as it shows on their reviews. They flood Facebook marketplace with their ads. Misleading people

Don’t ever do business with them because I ordered 9 doors at their store. Asked me for the half price up front which I paid at 10:30am. The lady who took my order stated that it will be ready at 4:30pm. I came at 4 to the store and they told me that I have to wait 30 mins because my pick up time is 4:30. I was fine waiting. Here comes around 6:53pm.. I am still waiting and they gave me 5 doors so far which was all damaged and the door handles holes were cracked. I just got my refund for all the doors and just left.. because the older gentleman was very rude. First he didn’t want help me load.. he just showed action with hands that you can load and go.
I have bought door at many different places and they are very helpful to load and they do everything but I am very disappointed with this store.

We found every door we have been looking for!! We didn’t know what to expect when we chose to drive out there. Everyone there was so helpful! Tons of doors to chose from. Not only can you choose your door but if you want it prehung they do it right there in no time at all! We were able to get to bedroom doors, farm doors, and our front door all in one stop at the most affordable prices we have seen anywhere! 100% worth the drive. If your looking for any type of door check them out!!

I would do no stars if it was at all possible. Ordered 2 doors to be delivered. 2 told they would be delivered Wednesday January 26. Got a call saying the driver was sick so they would have to reschedule. So we drove up to get the doors ourselves. We were told they open at 8am.. We arrived 7:45 and waited. Checked in the door at 8:15 and it was still locked. We called and were told someone should be inside. Called again after another 15 minutes only to be told they had to call someone to come to the building and it would be another 15 minutes. Finally arrived at 9:15 and found out that they only had one door ready if we wanted to wait another 45 minutes to an hour they would have it ready. So I'm assuming that the reason the delivery guy came up sick was because neither door was ready to be delivered on the day they said it would be. Will never do business here again!!! Very unprofessional!!!
