A very nice young man named Francisco was so helpful. He volunteered to help me with the bags of mulch I was buying and ended up doing everything while I held the cart. He then helped me load my car too. Excellent customer service!

This isn’t a terrible Home Depot, just not great. It’s frequently dirty, disorganized, and shelves are not well stocked. Recently I was shopping for a very specific color of spray paint and before I was finished, an associate shooed me out of the aisle, saying they needed to move something (he didn’t say what) and that it would be just a minute. I waited with others to get back into that aisle and they never did move anything, just stood around on the next aisle over talking. I eventually left without the paint I needed. The garden center has plenty of plants but not a wide variety. I used to buy my bedding plants at this location because they stocked 6 packs and small sized plants, which are preferable when your putting in a large bed or filling a large number of pots. Now they just carry quart and gallon sizes, and expensive brands, that makes it unaffordable. I buy my soil here, landscape rocks and pavers, but I go elsewhere for plants. The lumber, hardware, PVC and irrigation sections are fine. The appliances are dirty and dusty and unappealing, that area needs a facelift. The bath area is just awful. Don’t go there if you want to look at a tub in person, they have maybe three, and they’re way up in the air on a shelf.

Visited this place on 23jun2023 evening to buy fence and flowerbed stuff. Purchased wood strips, bolts and support bars.
There is lot of inventory and shop is very big.
My parents almost exhausted by walking all around.

Jose a young man age 22 in the rental department is amazing with a heart of gold. His customer service is impeccable. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like him represent them so well. He is friendly, willing to help load up rentals into truck, and has great customer service!

FULL REVIEW: I had a small project that needed woodworking tools and expertise. I went to several different hardware stores (including ACE, Lowe’s, and other Home Depot’s) but was turned away.

Staff either didn’t have the know how or tools to help.

I decided to go to this Home Depot as it looked more “pro focused” and might have equipment and people able to help.

After speaking to several helpful associates, I was directed to Mike in Tool Rentals. He gave me service I never expected and was able to save me hours of work.

I won’t detail too much but he gave me service like he was my next door neighbor.

Elizabeth, Kirk and Stephanie or just Amazing they were very patient and understanding and made me feel that my needs were important to me. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a good. Hardware store visit the Home Depot location they’re located at. You will get an excellent customer service experience.

I ordered a Dewalt 1400 Peak Amp Portable Car Jump Starter with Digital Compressor from homedepot.com and my order was picked up by this store. The unit that was delivered to my house was a Caterpillar model that was clearly used and severely damaged (see images). The store and it's mangers were not very helpful with my attempts to return the product and receive a refund. In addition, they could not provide me with an explanation on why I received the incorrect and damaged product. After purchasing this expensive of a product, I expect more due diligence from the store.

This is the first issue I have ever had with The Home Depot as a company, and I hope this is just a reflection of the poor management of this single store.

Shout out to Carlos - I think he works in plumbing section. I was about to waste my money when I asked him a question on what to use he was very quick to help me and let me know what works. Thanks Carlos 💪🏼

It should be a 4.5 star but 5 is fine, they've been doing good so far but I know they can do better, not much to complain👍

Stopped by to pick up some equipment for work and after waiting 30 mins, no association came to help me. I walked out of the store and will never return to this location. Poor customer service and poor engagement. What a dump !!

One of the worst Home Depot’s I’ve been to.
- the staff are functionally incompetent
- nothing is ever in stock or where it should be
- all their small parts are never labeled correctly, you have to inspect every single item to ensure you getting what is labeled
- the parking lot is full of vagrants and trash

Today I wait for 30 min as an employee had half of the garden section roped off as he rearranged gravel. Mind you it’s Saturday morning and people are trying to get supplies for their projects.

This home depot is out of the way and more of a contractor's store

Was traveling to Dallas for work and needed to rent a ladder. Mike in tool rental was super helpful and kind. He was very knowledgeable and took care of me in a timely manner. Hopefully he is recognized for his commitment and hard work here.

Been here too many times and there is never anyone around to help. Finally got help for an item locked up and she disappeared. What the heck. Place is busy but a messy unorganized store with no help. Where is everyone??
It’s just a bottom barrel store where no one is helpful nor does anyone want to help. Every visit sucks.

I'd never imagine leaving a review for Home Depot given all the years I've been purchasing from them. However, this last visit stood out as I received AMAZING customer service from Samantha. She went above and beyond to help me. More than anyone has ever done in the 20 years or so that I've been purchasing from HD. As a business director, I appreciate people who take the time to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. You guys have a great one in Samantha!

Manager Victor and workers LISA & Carlos need to read the home depot policy. The fact I knew more is a joke. We definitely be contacting regional about this interaction today. Don't forget to ask employees about penny items they will show you where they are hidden.

I called to confirm they had what I wanted. I ordered it drove 13 hours and I get here. They can’t find my order now they say they only have 40 of the hundred I need. Unbelievable now it’s been an hour and a halfI’m sitting in my truck trying to deal with these people.

Parking lot is a fleamarket. Bums asking for money and others lurking just to see what to steal. Stalls of unlicensed venders everywhere taking up parking space. Avoid this place at all costs. Management obviously allows it to be like this.

Asked for sales associate to be called to electric lawn tools 3 times wasted 44 minutes only to leave without the tool I came to purchase.

I had a good experience at Home Depot, thanks to Hector and Victor. The customer service representative was not much help and clearly dislikes her job. I needed help with a washer connector tube, and although I didn’t ask for assistance, Victor noticed the look on my face and immediately sprang into action. His proactive approach and willingness to help made all the difference. Hector was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their exceptional service is exactly what great customer service should be. Thank you, Hector and Victor, for going above and beyond!

So many things I can go into about why this store is trash. Managers don't care though so what's the point. Avoid their rental department, they don't check any of the equipment before it goes out. My techs made 3 trips in one day swapping out their broken equipment. Use Sunbelt rentals or United rentals. Anything but this place.

Too many people loitering in the parking lot. Every time I come here there is about 20 people walking around the parking lot. People selling stuff out of their cars, etc. I don't feel like my truck and tools are safe here. Never coming back to this location.

Just purchased an outdoor heavy duty mat for my deck. Got it home and it was torn in three places and was tearing more as we unrolled it. Went back to HD to exchange and OF COURSE there was no one at the three desks in flooring. After flagging down another associate he tried to find a flooring associate. Q0 minutes later, he returns and lets me know the guy is on a break..."when will he be back?"..."Dunno." Another lovely day at Home Depot self serve.

Manager behind the desk I'm the only one in line and he's just ignoring me and the cashier is busy at another register he's just chilling. Terrible customer service.

I can't remember the guy's name who helped load our stuff, but he was the absolute best assistance I have received at one of these stores yet. They had everything in stock that I needed and the employees were all helpful and friendly. I live in Alabama and this store is almost worth driving all the way to Texas to patronize.

Very weird parking lot, but I end up coming here because they normally have stuff in stock that my closest store is out of. The staff are friendly and you can get some good food from unaffiliated vendors in the parking lot.

Really bad experience here on this location, o waited long for someone to come and help me on isle 17 lumber section. I’m a pro customer that buys more that 200k every year. I ask a pro desk employee to call for help 3 times and no one show up until I ask to speak with a supervisor. Then a female came to me a Hispanic supervisor ,
I really doesn’t think she deserves that position because she really didn’t do anything, her answer was everyone is helping other customers. I understand that it gets busy but I was there for a hour when everyone was just looking around and not doing anything. Then the supervisor came to the exit door the loading area and saw my guy by himself loading huge bulk lumber to the trailer and she nevér ask someone for help loading. As a supervisor you need to be on top of all employees making sure they just not walking around and not helping who really needed. Don’t just go out there and be pretty. Work for a company that is paying you and do your job. Is not much fault of loaders is the supervisors that dosent put them to work. And make sure they do the right thing. We needed to rent a sod cutter, and Mike and the rest of the team in the rental department did an amazing job getting us exactly what we needed, and giving us the tips to get our lawn job done! It was even his day off, and he helped us anyway! We saved a ton of money by doing this work ourselves rather than paying somebody else to come in and do it, and we're proud of the finished product. Thank you, Mike!

I went here to buy paint for my new home, there were 3 people working at the paint "desk" and I stood there for about 10 minutes and not a single one of them acknowledged me or even said we'll be with you in a few minutes. Ended up going to Lowe's, received excellent service, great quality Sherwin Williams paint, and just like that, I'm now a Lowe's customer instead of a Home Depot one. Customer service matters, yall!
