Was going to rent a drain cleaner with my dad and sister. This black lady in the rental section gave us bad looks and even said, ”What y’all need?" passive-aggressively. Me and my sister were thinking that she was being racist just because we’re Hispanic and she treated other customers of other ethnicities more nicely than us. We then came back to return the drain cleaner and she was there yet again, giving us another bad look when she said that where the drain cleaner ball is at. Other cashier there helped us and was more laid back than her. Don’t get what’s the obsession about hiring people to work at customer service when yet they’re going to act rude to customers.
Best place to go. Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. A Mr. Reed, was probably the best employee in the Fort Worth Ave store. 10 out of 10 better that sorry excuse of a store lowes. (Lowes for lowest standards)
The Home Depot on Fort Worth Avenue
First I'd like to give a super thanks to Mr Sam 👍, who works at the Pro Desk for helping me to order this gas clothes dryer. That seems to be really hard to find in the City of Dallas. The best part at shopping with Home Depot is the app. The app tells you so much information even before you get to the store. So if you haven't downloaded 📱 the Home Depot app you're doing yourself a disfavor.
Salesman was very knowledgeable about product I wanted to purchase. He was patient and took time to make sure item I wanted to purchase had same measurements as my old item. He walked me through all the details of item I eventually purchased.
This store has been extremely frustrating. The staff seem uninformed and there's no supervisor available. I paid $40 for measurements, but when I arrived to pick up my door, they weren't in the system. I've already spent over 2.5 hours here just for measurements, and now it's taking another 1.5 hours to pick out the door. I've had enough. I want my $40 refunded. I'm going to Lowes. Home Depot really needs to provide better training for their staff, ASAP. If i could give them a negative number i would.

I’ve been to this location three times in the past two days (smh) and I’ve had the best experience thanks to Jay. She’s got a great attitude, and very knowledgeable.
Unfortunately this is the second time I get no help at this location. The first time was when I was trying to get a set of keys made. Then today with a patio door that I needed. My husband and I had to get it ourselves and load it. So many employees but no help whatsoever.

Simply a disaster one big giant disorganized unmanaged chaotic mess. And it seems like not all the staff but most of the staff just are clueless for example the gentleman working in the plumbing is not a plumber never been a plumber has no idea he just scratches his head when you ask him where something is and he may shuffle around and try to make an attempt to find it Although that would be impossible for anyone with the disorganized mess that this store has become.

I went to the store today Jan 12/25 trying to return some electric part ! The person in customer service Cordelia I believe that was her name ! Absolutely not trying to help me at all ! If you have people than don’t even wants to help please put them to do something else !
I went back to the store finding another Lady her name is Gladys absolutely different of the first one ! She help me right away than we went to the customer services and his name is Jesus Aranda help me ! Didn’t took them more than 15 minutes to do the transaction! Next time I’ll talk to a Manager before I do any transactions. ! CUSTOMER service should be your PRIORITY 🤦🏽♀️
This Home Depot is understaffed ..the employees they do have are NOT helpful ,not friendly, and if you try to get assistance..the employees will have no idea where the products are located , they are not knowledgeable and they will act as if you are not there 😔 I definitely give this Home Depot one star 😔
I tried this Home Depot once again on January 5th I ordered a electric heater but it was never delivered as promised . Now it’s 28 degrees outside and I have to go pick it up with my sick grandson . This Home Depot is not reliable too !
Home Depot has what I need, but finding help can be a struggle. Service is hit or miss, and checkout lines are often slow. Decent for basics but not the best for big projects.

Best customer service — I gave Louisa, Benjamin, Gema & Crystal a hard time as I had a large order and it was very stressful. I can tell these guys love what they do and Home Depot trains their guys on being professional and respectful. They kept me calm and took EXCELLENT care of me and everything I needed. I will be back. Special thanks to Benjamin and Gema. They need raises.
I called these people about a product. The girl I spoke with on the phone said she double and triple checked and assured me they had it in stock. I drove half an hour and got there and no one knew where it was and they essentially said “no one knows where it is and it’s not on the floor so you’re out of luck.” They were useless and lazy.
Customer service was great we needed and we left.
Too many maintenance issues to count from my 63yr old house. Aside from all the big things, I always found what I needed here. Also the tools, tile and flooring materials are super cheap. Everyone is really helpful.
The cashier at the garden center is so customer service friendly that she helped me with the potted plants and picked some out for me that had the most buds. She also mentioned upcoming sales. Nice to know.
Quick in and out with what I needed
I arrived to pick up my order and was informed it was on back of aisle 25. Customer service rep called for an order puller to the service desk over the loud speaker to have them retrieve my order. There was no line of customers waiting to be helped and three other employees behind customer service desk not helping anyone. I wait and wait another employee shows up at the customer desk chats for a bit and walks out front. I wait and wait some more before asking another employee what the issue was and if I could just go get my order myself. I was told no and they proceeded to call over the loud speaker for an order picker to the service desk. After waiting some more the order puller arrives. Can you guess who it is? The same associate that stopped at the service desk to “chop it up” after the first call over the intercom. Finally he is off to retrieve my order, stating he knows exactly where it is because he pulled it. After even more waiting he shows up with my order and says have a good day. I asked him where a specific item was (a roll of unfaced insulation) he said, “oh yeah I didn’t get it.” Even though they released the whole order to me. It wasn’t the only thing missing either. What makes it worse is he knowingly gave it to me and sent me on my way fully aware I didn’t get everything I paid for. You have no idea how pissed I was, what if I had sent one of my guys to pick it up and they were unaware of what all was ordered. I wasn’t even provided with a receipt or pick sheet or anything upon pick up. I had to use my phone and the HD app to make sure it was all there. What these associates are doing is nothing short of fraud. If I were you I’d make sure they weren’t shorting customers intentionally and taking that product out the back door. If that’s not the case and I hope it isn’t then they are either too lazy and/or too incompetent to do their job. Period. In the end I could have shopped in person and spent less time with less of a headache than it took to pick up this order.
I had to ask 3 times and wait 45 minutes to get somebody to unlock a cage so I could get a leaf blower.

Great Service, Alejandro in plumbing was Great, another gentleman in plumbing was also Awesome, forgot his name but he is Hispanic and has long hair with a goat tee, I had a phone sale and Maria in appliances even though she was busy she stopped to help me complete the phone sale, she is another Great one, Thank you for employing associates like these 3, with Great customer service.

On 9/19 a friend and myself visited this store. Called ahead to ensure they had what we were looking for. The woman in flooring advised they did. We arrived and was told by a woman in flooring that since it was being picked up later to go to Customer service and they would send someone back to retrieve what we purchased. The woman that helped us in the back also advised she was too busy to help us at that time. Trusting she knew what she was talking about we went to CS. When someone arrived to pick them up, they advised they did not have what we had bought. Traveled back tonight because of what the woman told us yesterday, they had what we were looking for. I asked for a Mgr. Hoping that since this was their error she would discount the product. I did not get it fully out before she said no, she would not be doing that. Itzel was her name. She was extremely rude and said the Mgr advised yesterday 9/19, they did not have what we thought we were purchasing. I said well it has the same sku number which she admitted was an error on their part, but she could not give me a discount. While I had my doubts about even going to this store we went ahead and went there. Not a store I would ever visit again. I hope if Corporate reads this, they ensure their management is trained on how to treat people because Itzel obviously does not an ounce of courtesy. They should focus on training their people on assisting people and not to assure them they have a product that they don't. By far the worst customer service!!!!
Walked in to look at and get help with outside kitchen project.. walked to back and found 3 employees doing absolutely nothing one on personal cell phone at that
When I asked one of them for help she reluctantly helped found one unit I could view ask her to print up with product # and that was it.. she didn’t offer to show ways to add grill flat top sink frig Nothing at all!!

It's okay. Sometimes you can find folks to help, sometimes you're on your own. When they help they're a GOLD MINE. Hit and miss. Usually well-stocked. Watch your surroundings.
The prices were very inaccurate. I even double checked bar codes and things were ringing up $10+ more than it was labeled. They need to update their labels. Also, they don't have any plastic to put down in the back of your car when buying mulch like they used to.

I order a 200 amp main panel from Home Depot. Home Depot website told me my order shall be in 2 days so I told the customer when could I do the job now they’re telling me that it’s going to be three days late my order date now I have lost a customer and lost money on depending on Home Depot to get my order to me on time
They were trying to find something faster I asked finally when I couldn't find anything they called people I waited to get 15 minutes nothing happened I'll try to make it and they call people again nobody showed up they call people again nobody showed up so I went to Lowe's I'm not coming back to home depot ever again however was supposed to show up should be fired

Experience Pretty much have everything you need
My experience was excellent, and I was thoroughly impressed with the assistance provided by Victor. He demonstrated remarkable expertise and skill in cutting my wood precisely. Additionally, he graciously assisted other customers and supported his colleagues. I am very satisfied and will definitely frequent this store for my home improvement projects in the future.
The customer service was exceptional! Dre was incredibly helpful, walking me through the store and assisting me in finding everything I needed. Delilah, my lovely cashier, was sweet and courteous at checkout. 🥰

Stop shopping at Lowe's already home Depot is better
