He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with his inspection. They provide a video recording while completing the inspection of everything they inspect and find as well as describing what they are looking for and what they find. Luis went over the video with me at the end of the inspection and was very descriptive and provided recommendations as well as notifying me of anything he found that is considered alarming and requiring immediate attention. A detailed report was provided to me via email as well as a link to view the video on my own time. If I needed to have another home inspection in the future, I would use Green Scene.

The inspection was very mediocre, we trusted them with the inspection of our new home build before closing, but a lot of things were left out. I wouldn't call this a detailed inspection service after what we found the same day. We found more issues the same day after they left the property and had to be added to the list of things to be fixed before closing. I booked them based on the Google reviews and my realtor referral but would not recommend them to another friend after the quality of service that was done at the property.

(Response to the Owner : My wife never came for the inspection and have never met your inspectors that day only I was there, many new issues were identified by the builders Inspectors who were there the same day after you left and they were all fixed, I see many good reviews for you guys everywhere just like any other home buyer I was happy to go with your inspection but to lie about an event that never happened during inspection to cover up is the least i expected from this team, i would have happily removed this review if you had given me a call to explain or understand what happened so things can be understood by both parties so this does not happen for others)

I was very happy with the quality of the home inspection service. The inspector, Sean Lewis, touched on the points of the inspection I was most concerned about and provided good feedback to me.

Not happy. Felt rushed. The inspector didn't feel so thrilled about going over everything and was in a hurry to get to his next inspection. Didn't do the sprinklers for whatever reason and said if he had to come back for the sprinklers it would be an additional $250! Wth!

Purchasing a home in the Dallas area and started the process of scheduling an inspection online. Got near the end of the process where I could see their availability (without confirming I wanted to schedule) and decided I would call to ask questions and get scheduled.

Received a text message after several minutes that I had been scheduled for the time I had looked at online. This was confusing as it was before I had a chance to call and I never actually completed the online request.

I replied to the text saying I hadn't completed the scheduling and received the following response: " The question was asked if you would like to schedule. The answer was yes. Would you like to cancel this inspection?"

I found this to be an extremely rude and off-putting way to handle this. I immediately told them to cancel (even though I never actually scheduled it) and called a competitor.

Very unprofessional and shady scheduling practices.

He was very thorough with his inspection documenting every thing he found that n deed to be addressed from not only a construction code perspective but safety as well. He explained his entire process and drilled down on the findings. Wow! Totally above and beyond any inspection I’ve ever had before. They were right on time, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and instead of just sending a report filmed a screen recorded video of them talking through all the photos they took which allowed me to ask questions, hear their answers, and I didn’t need to take notes because I had it all recorded for me. The team was so kind and knowledgeable. They also did a sewer camera scope which I had never had done before and it found a damaged sewage pipe so thanks to them, I will be doing that at every inspection going forward. 10/10 recommend Green Scene! I am a first time home buyer (which always sounds fun, but in reality it is incredibly stressful). The easiest part about buying a house has been my experience with Green Scene. I told Sean Lewis before I started, I want you to give me every reason to not buy this house and he delivered!! His attention to detail, his calm demeanor, his experience, all amazing. When I went under contract with a house in Richardson Texas and he came out to inspect, he was so thorough that we ended up terminating the contract (such a blessing).
