Superior customer care at its best! The system was installed for my company but when my team and I took occupancy it was not cooling properly. Zak and his techs were dedicated to solving the problem. Several attempts and visits were made to the location and every time Ishmael (technician) came with a smile on his face to see what was going on. Finally… we have a cool showroom!!! My Team and I thank you for always taking my call and most of all taking the extra steps to get it done. Feeling cool and confident in our new showroom!!!!

BOY, I can't recommend these guys enough!! I had an annual service agreement with Barbosa which cost $165 a year to check my a/c and heat. They came out this week to do the a/c checkup and said my capacitor was at lower limits and they could replace it if I wanted for around $485.00. I looked at prices for the capacitors while they were here and they retail for like $17.00! I called the office and they said they could discount it to like $385 and that was while the techs were here and had them on the truck! I got really annoyed and told them no thanks. So, I called around and found that most companies offer that item including the climb up to the roof to replace for $360 and up. I got lucky and called Quality 1 and spoke with Daisy on the phone and she quoted $168 for one so I said come on out which they did two days later with two really awesome and honest techs. She actually under quoted by $30 because the capacitor was a little larger than they thought but their tech Jose said they would honor the $168. I am letting go of Barbosa and using Quality 1 to do just an annual "checkup" which is just basically to check that things are functioning normally once a year before the Summer heat which costs $68.00. This is the service they provide for that price and you need to call every year to schedule:

Cooling Tune-Up (Air Conditioner/Heat Pump) Inspect and clean condenser coil
Check refrigerant levels and pressures Inspect and tighten electrical connections Test thermostat operation
Inspect and clean blower components
Check air filter (replace if customer provides one) Measure and verify proper airflow

We’ve had them install two brand new exterior and interior units. Very knowledgeable and very transparent in how they do business. They walked us through the parts and process and actually stuck to the timeframes listed. They’re incredibly responsive and have come out next day for house calls. Honestly, it’s been a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend the Quality 1.

Don’t use Quality 1. Ordered a new commercial roof top unit for a tenant in my building from Quality 1. Two hours waiting for the unit to arrive. 4 hours trying to install it but never got it to work. What a circus! Blamed the electrical in the building for it not working. I confirmed by professional electrician that it was not the building/ breaker. Quality 1 refused to come back so I called United Mechanical and after correcting several shotty installation work from Quality 1 , the unit is running smoothly. Call United Mechanical!

Michael of Quality 1 was superb. My HVAC unit was leaking inside my house and within minutes after arriving he quickly identified the cause. Not only that he took the time and explained on how to properly clean the inside coil without damaging the unit and what non-abrasive solutions and ratios to use. He is down to earth and listens to the customer. A true asset to the HVAC service industry.

I worked with Zak to schedule an appointment for both an estimate and repair. The tech who arrived was knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I had received a quote already from the larger HVAC maintenance companies in the DFW area, so I was interested to see if Quality 1 came to the same conclusion on what needed to be done for my system. Quality 1 pointed out the same issues as the others, but the difference was they provided an honest and cost-friendly solution. They could have over-exaggerated the issues like the other HVAC company, but instead they provided an honest opinion. I ended up saving around ~$200 because of their honesty. I will continue to use Quality 1 for all routine maintenance and eventually a new unit and installation because they do what's best for the customer.

I recommend Quality 1 Energy Systems Heating and Air Conditioning. We just recently had a new Trane 2 stage AC and gas Furnace installed (around $13,000). The installation was good, but the crew left some trash and the concrete base was also not disposed of. Also, we had to have them come twice in a month to fix a drainage issue. However, they did not charge us and they had someone come out the same day we called. In all, I am very happy with the new system and appreciate the speed of installation and responding to a drainage issue.

Upon initial contact, the salesperson showed up on time to build a quote and presented us with multiple options. Once we finalized the systems and price, the installation was mostly completed over a couple of days, and they were careful in cleaning up the work areas well. High quality Service. Even though we called on a Friday morning about 930am on a super hot triple digit day, this Company gave us a appointment. The Service technician showed up at early. He let us know he was on his way and later when he arrived by text. He was very polite and professional. He told us what was wrong. When given an okay to go ahead repair, he pulled out his 30ft ladder and went to work. He was done in about 35 minutes. The bill was very reasonable. We will definitely keep him on our speed dial for the future.

He was very good to be aware that I couldn’t be there and called me often to give updates on the repairs. I didn’t have to spend as much as I thought I would have to and that’s nice.

Saad arrived on time, was very respectful of our home, and was quick to identify the problem and cleaned up after the work. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend to friends and family.

Great as I first began using Q1 when I moved to Dallas in 2011. I hired another company previously who was unable to repair my AC and called Q1. They came in and found that my thermostat was bad. Since then, I didnt bother going with anyone else. I am sure there are many other low cost AC companies but 1 mistake and I end up paying more and have to go through multiple repairs. Since then I have had Q1 service and replace my unit!

I had two AC techs from other companies tell me I need a total system replacement. A tech from Quality 1 came out, and I described the same problem to him. He gave me a $300 option to extend the life of my unit. There’s no guarantee how long the solution will last, but anything that delays me having to buy a whole new system is worth it! For the record, I had mentioned this workaround to another technician (because I read about it in my own research) and he told me it wouldn’t work! So glad I called Quality 1 and got an honest tech!

The technicians who came out to my business were fantastic! They were very professional. I told them what I believed the issue was and they came back and let me know that I was spot on. As a business owner, I calculated what I believed the repair would cost and was flabbergasted by their quote. The part was marked up over 1000%! If it were not as miserable in the building as it was, I would have gone and bought an extension ladder and the part to replace it myself, but, I had customers in and out of the waiting room and didn't want them uncomfortable. If I bought a new 22' ladder and the part, it still would have been less than their part price. I still cannot wrap my head around that sort of mark up, I understand making a profit and rarely question another company's pricing, however, 1000% is disturbing. If it were not for their great techs, I definitely would have given 1 star.

It's been almost a month after Quality 1 who is a Trane dealer to replace our 20+ year old Trane AC/Heating system that stopped working a couple of months ago. They did excellent job, professional, very quick install the outside unit with new concrete pad and new cupper line, all the duct work with new furnace and coil in one day, the Trane display is very attractive connected with WiFi allows us to control the unit form the phone. reasonable price I got bunch of quotes from Home Depot and Costco and more this was the best price. It's been 7 months the Heating system and the AC are excellent . All my Heating and AC service is done by them. when you call, they respond fast, come on time, very professional solve the problem within 15 minutes. I know this company since 2008.
