From the ontime scheduled call to the completion of the job, their professionalism and integrity stood out. I called TemperaturePro Saturday afternoon to get a quote on a new AC unit and they were incredibly responsive and communicative with me. I had previously dealt with them September 2024 when I had an emergency and they came right out and were wonderful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Darius M. and he couldn’t have been nicer about calling me to explain that the call had been dispatched to him, he gave me an estimate of when he could make it, and called me prior to arriving, just as I’d asked him to. Mark from the company was also great to speak with when he called to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly encourage anyone who is looking at a new AC system, or who needs service on an existing system, to consider TemperaturePro - especially if you’ve dealt with companies that kept you in the dark or were hard to reach before. They are a refreshing change! (While we didn’t use them for this install, it had nothing to do with them or their service, we just went with another solution - but they should be on your short list to consider.)

The company is always prompt to providing service and support our needs without adding unnecessary repairs. Darius was able to keep a 40 year unit limping as long as it could till there was no more that could be done and had to be replaced. They still saved us 2,000 on a new unit!!!! He then, went to get the motor from Garland and installed the part within 30 mins. He checked everything outside and was done in less than 45 mins total. Same day call...same day service...same reasonable price for service call....thank you, Tempature Pro and Eric.

Dampers motors were not working(closing) and hence some rooms were getting too cold and some were very warm. Darrius is a wonderful technician and ethical practitioner. However TempPro pricing for replaced parts are approx 400% (4 times) if you buy the same part elsewhere. That’s a big red flag from various perspective. Disappointed with Scott.

After much research and discussion I decided on the American Standard Top 20SEER system for many reasons.

These guys are Professional in every possible way. From their personal and professional appearance, company attire, company vehicles, communication skills and anything else you can imagine you know you are dealing with a High End Company.

At the end of the long day on Wednesday, these guys finished installing a great new system for us! It meets all my goals and expectations. The cost of a new HVAC System is daunting so I wanted a company I could count on in the near and long term. I felt like Temperature Pro Dallas was that company.

It is a bit cliche, but Temperature Pro says what they do and does what they say. Rare these days. All commitments met on time as promised.
