YARD OF THE MONTH! First timer! After 20 years, my yard is finally YOTM worthy! Neighbors stop me to tell me how much they enjoy my yard. The transformation was amazing - from drab to fab. Chris and his team managed everything- provided the info needed for HOA approvals, outlined the pricing details and created the perfect landscape design for my needs - which was a low maintenance yard - no grass! The trees just never let grass grow and the sidewalk was the original pebble. New uplighting and downlighting, new large stone steps, large rock borders and flagstone walkways and river rock were the foundation. The added foliage and small seasonal color brought the zen together. These “after” pictures are only about 6 mths since they planted - showing the growth and health. The Neighbors in this gated community also appreciated the way the crew cleaned up each day over the process, and how skilled they were at building the rock walls. SEAMANS knows how best to redo your sprinklers and landscape design so that everything functions as it should…and had to replace many old parts along the way. My “big girl” yard has a zen like quality that the neighborhood loves, and is something I can maintain. The lights at night lend both beauty and safety (hard to capture here) and everything is growing in healthy and blooming now! I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it now after the SEAMAN experience. They are busy for a reason and deliver quality work -Yard of the month transformations!!

Chris came to my home on 1/21/25to look at home and get input of the landscaping and water feature I desired. He advised he would have a quote in a week. A week came and went and no quote. After u emailed and called; he advised that he would have it the following weekend. Nothing came….he did not respond to calls, emails or texts. Don’t waste your time with this company

Genuinely changed my yard completely, even my grandchildren appreciated the beauty! I will throughly entrust Seamans with my yard every single time. It’s been a dream for many years to get my yard where I want it, they worked with me to recreate my vision! The workers were so kind and always had a smile on top of through communication!

Chris did an outstanding job on the design and installation of new landscape. They went above and beyond in every detail extending beyond proposal expectations. Crews were knowledgeable and meticulous. Good landscape design and crews are always in high demand, but the results were worth the wait. He did soup to nuts service from drainage to fine tuning sprinklers to lighting!

Seamans Ladscape is amazing. I have had multiple jobs done by Chris and his crew and get nothing but amazing compliments from all my neighbors. They are extremely professional. They show up on time and do the job right the first time. Aside from amazing landscaping and lighting there is no one else I trust to do irrigation work. They do not band aid any issues they fix it right the first time.

We were so disappointed in the lack of response from Seamans. Eric came to our Plano home and we walked him around the lot showing him problem areas. We needed lots of work and were anxious to hear his ideas and proposals. We were excited to learn that the company also did tree work, so we could deal with one company for design, installation, and tree removal/trimming. The company has not responded with any proposals and does not return phone calls. What a waste of time! If a company can't handle more work, just please let the customer know.

I haven't used them as a customer before, however my neighbor did. Their trees and lawn looked great when finished. However, there were many branches and twig debris left in my front yard from their project. I was frustrated and called them to complain, they were very responsive and apologetic and came that same day to clean up everything left in my yard. I was very impressed by the work they did on my neighbor's trees and their swift response to my complaint. I would for sure use them when I need my trees trimmed!

Scheduled a time to meet last week no call no show ended up hiring another crew. Seems like a constant problem based on reviews

Their crews are maniacs behind the wheel. One of their trucks (pulling trailer with license plate 113976J) ran through a red light and nearly hit me and another car this morning. Have observed similar behaviors with their trucks over the last few years, but today was the last straw. Hopefully we won't be reading about a pedestrian or motorist killed by one of their careless and incompetent employees some day.

Like the other posters, I had someone come out to survey some landscaping I wanted done at my home, but never received an estimate for the work I wanted done. I called to follow up about 8 times over the the span of about two months, but never received a call back or email in response. The receptionist is very nice, but will make an excuse for why they haven't called back or sent over the quote. I even went so far as to say "If your company is too busy to take on my yard, I understand, but please tell me", and nothing happened. Just more excuses. This company does not value their customers' time; do not waste yours with them.

terrible with returning phone calls and no follow up. it took them 3 weeks to finally come out to provide consult for landscaping design. that was only after multiple phone calls asking the receptionist Kathleen to have one of the brothers who run the company to call me back. Eric finally came out to discuss plans and no follow up emails after 2 weeks so again i had to call the office again. that’s when i found out that they didn’t plan to proceed with project because of distance (I live near lower greenville). well how about a phone call or email to let me know that rather than me assuming they were still in the designing stage?!? such wasted time and effort with this company. very disappointed considering that i am a repeat client from years ago. i don’t understand how this company stays in business. the receptionist makes excuses for why the guys don’t return voicemails — unacceptable and not holding anyone accountable for their lack of customer service.

I contacted Seaman's Lawn and Landscape for a quote two weeks ago. Although a representative came out to look at my house to obtain information for the quote the next day, I did not hear back from them at all. I sent the representative multiple follow-up texts and called Seaman's twice to follow-up, but I never received the quote and never heard back from them.
