I haven't been here since last year due to previous bad experiences. I had to come here due to a last-minute change order on my christmas light contract.

Apparently, they have already packed everything up, wrapped it, and locked it away?!?

I called 4 other locations to see about lights. Everyone said we have some here. I can come pick up today.

This location is honestly the worst in terms of quality compared to every other location I have been to, from giving me the wrong white last year, closing early on random days not even a note on the door, to making lights unaccessible.

Stay clear of this location. Have never had any issues at other locations.

Art and the guys always know where everything is and get us out the door as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

Products were good (better than box stores), but service was terrible. Store associate wasn't interested in helping me because I am not a contractor, despite being the only person in the store and needing a few basic components.

I'm just a residential customer, but they had exactly the 7" round valve box and lids that I needed. The show room was filled with valve boxes, power equipment, and lots of supplies for anyone's irrigation or drainage needs. They have a huge warehouse that faces Lombardy, but the sales office face Wireway Drive. The sales person I talked to knew the store well, and quickly found what I needed and it was at a great price. Tons of stuff here that that big box stores don't carry and the prices were better too!

If you are a driver delivering here they have NO PARKING outside the gates. The area is VERY sketchy after hours too.
