1st Choice Sprinklers in Dallas

So glad I found 1st Choice sprinklers! Early this year we had issues the sprinkler systems at a couple of properties I have. Christina cheerfully got both properties scheduled and arrived promptly. Her tech quickly got to work and took car of the busted sprinkler heads (had that problem at both properties) along with a few other issues he found with the other heads.

A week later I hired them again for another property. We had built a fence and wanted to ensure the sprinklers were spraying the correct direction - i.e. not on the fence because that can fade your stain quickly. We had recently installed that sprinkler system (sadly, not by 1st Choice Sprinklers) and a few issues had cropped up. So it was nice to have 1st Choice check things out. They found a few other issues and corrected them right away.

At all three properties they were professional, got out there quickly, and had a reasonable price to op things off. Definitely will be using them again!

I command this company for exceptional service to replace a sprinkler valve that was leaking & wasting a lot of water. Christine was very helpful & gave me an estimate while I obtained 2 other estimates. She followed up & kept me posted with appointment. Leo the tech was also exceptional, professional, & courteous! He called before he arrived, texted me pictures of leak, before repair, followed by text of new valve installed! I recommend them highly!

Terrible results and customer service!

Project description: Have my drip system repaired before new mulch is applied to front flowerbeds. Leo was the technician assigned to my project, which was repaired and paid for on Tuesday. On that following Saturday, I inspected the results to find multiple failure points in my drip system that was causing my front yard to leak each time the system was turned on. That following Monday, I called Christina back to mention this and a second appointment with Leo was set up. After Leo came back to my house to "correct and inspect" these issues, I received a rude phone call from him saying that it was my fault that I didn't install mulch immediately afterwards and that the leaks must have been the result of squirrels or rabbits. That afternoon, only 2 hours after he left to correct and inspect the repairs, I noticed leaks even where I had flagged them for Leo to see. Clearly, Leo did not correct and inspect these issues properly given the short window from when he finished and I inspected. Christina was respectful and offered to schedule Leo to come back but wanted me to pay again to fix the same problem that should have been fixed the first time!

If I have to pay them again to fix my system, I would rather pay someone else who will do it right the first time. Do yourself a FAVOR and find another, more qualified company.

These guys were super professional and fun to work with. They were able to come out to my property within 24 hrs of the first time I called them. Their prices were very reasonable and my system is now working great after not working for 2 years. I highly recommend 1st choice Sprinklers!

Extremely fast response, polite/fast/professional/good craftsmanship worker. I would give them 6 stars if I could. We needed two lines repaired after they were broken during some landscape work. I can't believe how efficient and good 1CS is!

I put in a new Sprinkler system with First Choice and paid over $13,000. Despite promising to make sure it was working right after the landscaping was installed it took weeks for them to fix it and it still does not work right. Johnathan is a nice guy, but unresponsive and does a shoddy job. Beware!!!!

Well I can't honestly comment on their work because I was never able to use them. The reason I was not able to use them was because they told me that it was a waste of their time to come and give me a quote on a reroute job for our sprinkler system. This wouldn't have been such an issue if they didn't actually let us schedule an appointment and then not show up to our house and when we called 30 minutes after the appointment time they told us that they weren't coming and it was a waste of their time to deal with us because we were getting multiple quotes. I thought that it was a little rude and disrespectful to deal with us like that, especially since we had to take off of work to be home. So all in all, I wouldn't recommend that anyone even consider using this company. Very Inconsiderate!
