It has been a year since Joe and his team completely put in a new yard and Rain Bird sprinkler system. I LOVE IT!! I have had so many neighbors and friend tell me how beautiful my yard looks. The Palisades Zoysia was the perfect choice. The Rain Bird system with which connects to the WI-FI is awesome. I have been able to easily control the watering. Thanks Aquamax team.

I like that it is the same technician who keeps coming out and remembers our system. They are always on time (often early) and call before they come. Aquamax arrived early and I told Chris what my concerns were and after checking he was able to find the problems very quickly. He knows very well what he is doing and fixed the problems within an hour. I was very impressed with Chris's work attitude and attention to detail. Only 1 concern I have is when I called to make the appt. the lady informed me I was to get a $15 discount. My bill does not reflex a discount or maybe it was deducted before the stated price was listed. It should have stated one way or the other. Great job anyway.

Had a great experience. Their technician - Chris - was able to fix the leak I had, found another one and fixed that, tested the system, all in one hour. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Was patient enough to answer all my questions and taught me a few tips and tricks on maintenance and state laws. Very fair Price as well.

Christopher Kuntz was at our residence today for the second year in a row to perform a tune-up and make a repair. We really like Chris. We actually asked for him to be the tech to come out, having had a good experience with him last year. We even waited more than a week to get on his schedule. Chris is very knowledgeable and courteous. We originally got your company's name from the Good Contractor's List which we really believe in. Needless to say, because of a good first experience, we had Aquamax back and will use your company annually.

After reading positive reviews on our neighborhood website, I called Aquamax to check my sprinkler system. Chris Kuntz was the tech that came out. He called when he was 30 minutes out and I was so impressed and happy with the service he provided. Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. I am very happy with them and will use them going forward!

They do a great job at a fair price! I have used them to install at my first house and do a major repair at the home I just purchased. Chris was very communicative and great to deal with - would definitely recommend. In fact, have already given my mother their contact info and told her to ask for Chris.

Contacted them for a quote; a week later I got a call and the rep hadn't even looked at the bid yet and was reading it as we were on the phone. Not a great start but not the worst part. The rep was actually argumentative and was trying to push me to inferior options when I knew what I wanted (and was willing to pay more). Seems like they do it one way only and if you don't want the "cheap, slap it together, cookie cutter approach" then they are rude to you. No thanks, I can spend my money with a company that listens to its customers and shows it cares enough to respond timely and actually prepare before calling.

Websites says their employees always wear masks when interacting with customers. They don't. Their estimator arrived without a mask and didn't wear one the whole time onsite. I don't trust a company that doesn't live up to its word. Pricing was also out-of-this-world expensive! $12,000 for sprinklers, plus quote didn't include electrical work to tie-in their watering system controller. Quote also didn't include everything asked for. Too many sloppy omissions and not living up to their word to give this company our business. I can just imagine what it would be like trying to get them to correct things after the sale. Maybe they do better work for others, but not here.

Contacted for an estimate, they did not follow up timely so I followed up after multiple days and then they just showed up when they wanted giving me 15min notice. They let themselves into my yard and were just going to leave the est on porch. When asked about the short notice he stated " I was close did you want me to just wait another week". Basically they might do a good job based on other reviews but we will not be doing business with them due to the poor customer service.

Joe came out and gave me a verbal estimate for a large amount of work I needed done. I was interested, but when I called for a written estimate to go ahead with the work, the company never answered the phone, and did not reply to phone messages. I sent a written message via the form on their website, and that was never answered, either. Wasted over a month of time, and lost the planting window.

Joe was great to deal with from Sales. This is one of the few companies that actually answers when you call them. Techs Chris and James along with the others did a great job getting the system installed and sod looks great.

Chris K recommended a new approach for my sprinkler system and did a wonderful job installing a drip line and a new station. He and his team checked for underground utilities, cleaned up the landscaping after the completion of the work and explained how to run the new system. Chris is the best technician I have worked with for any type of home maintenance problem. He has been to my home many times throughout the years, and I am always delighted when he is the technician assigned to my sprinkler system problem. Chris came out earlier than anticipated!!! Checked my system and fixed a couple of minor problems. Also added an extender to one of the heads at my request. System seems to be working fine. Fair prices!!!

We used Aquamax to install the sprinkler system at my mom's house three years ago. There was some damage done to part of the drip line by one of the mowing crew that takes care of the yard. We called Aquamax since they were the initial installers and asked them to help do some minor repair. James was our service technician that came out and he was very helpful as well as friendly. He took the time to listen to what we needed and then reviewed the set up to make sure everything was up and running properly. He took care of the damaged drip line as well as repaired or replaced some of the worn out rotor heads as well. He also helped re-program the controller to match the conditions needed for this particular size yard and location (keeping it in line with the water restrictions in place at the time.) Many thanks to James and to Aquamax for their service. We highly recommend them for any irrigation needs whether it be a new install or a simple repair.

We have a 16 zone sprinkler system and all but 4 zones stopped working. Obviously there were a lot of valve locations that were buried deep and a lot of wiring. James and Tommy came out and had to locate all the valves and trace everything out first and then find where the problem was occurring. They were obviously experts at what they were doing. It took longer than I hoped for, which meant a fairly expensive bill, but it turned out the problem was a difficult one. One of the wires under tree roots had been stretched and broken by the roots. They dug a trench for a new cable through a large root system and ran a new cable and voila, everything started working. They were then meticulous about making sure everything worked and replaced/fixed all sprinklers and replaced valves that had stopped working or become clogged. A big thumbs up to these guys for getting a difficult job done in 100+ degree weather.

Unfortunately, I was never able to use their services. I attempted, but they seemingly didn’t want any business. I first pursued AQUAMAX SPRINKLER SYSTEMS via telephone, all of them, but have NEVER received a phone call back. Alternatively, I attempted contact by means of email, again, no luck. Finally, after two-weeks I get an email response saying, “I have informed him (Joe) three times with your information.” After almost another week, on a Friday, I get a phone call from “Joe” for an appointment that we set for the forthcoming Monday.

If anyone can take any guesses on how the set appointment played out, you’d probably assume he didn’t show, well that was exactly the case. When calling “Joe” about the missed appointment, he said he got busy and figured I wasn’t home anyways. At this point I told him to forget about it and his response was, “Are you sure?”, then “Ok.”

I’m absolutely irritated by the lack of communication from a business standpoint, but equally baffled at the lack of urgency and complete lackadaisical nature of this company. I’m willing to spend money for an entire system install, but AQUAMAX SPRINKLER SYSTEMS doesn’t seem to be bothered by it.

Professional service; the technician, Tony, was fantastic, responsive and thorough. He explained everything in detail i.e. what he was replacing, why he had adjusted some of the sprinkler heads, and did a thorough system test and adjustment of all the sprinkler heads. Separate and apart from the adjustments made he offered advice about the length of time to water each of the 5 areas at least 30 minutes based on all the trees in my yard as well as what type of grass to plant in the bare spots of my yard. Tony was very thorough in the work performed. Last but not least, the price was very affordable. The Company and Tony have my vote for 5 star service at an affordable rate. I recommend them highly.

Great service!! They were the second company I called because the first guy gave me an outrageous price for a leak. They charged me less than half of what the other guy quoted me. They are straight forward with their pricing. James was friendly and very professional.

Excellent service and reasonable price, considering Chris Kuntz and his apprentice had to replace the connectors and some hose for an entire corner section of the soaker hose in my flower bed. I particularly appreciate that Chris taught me how to make minor repairs to the soaker hose (to replace parts eaten through by squirrels), and he showed me how to set a separate schedule just for the soaker hose, apart from the remainder of the system. Highly recommend this company.

My neighbor used AquaMax for their sprinkler system. They liked them and refereed them to me. I have a fairly sizable front yard. AquaMax did an awesome job, They were quick, did a great job and left as though my yard had not been disturbed. I especially liked how friendly and helpful they were.

But, I really wanted to write this review about Chris Kuntz. I needed some specially and custom work needed in my back yard. I had installed a raised bed system and had other special needs. I'm so glad AquaMax sent out Chris Kuntz. We spent some some figuring our my unique needs. His expertise and suggestions really help me accomplish what I wanted. I can't recommend Chris enough.

In my front yard, AquaMax demonstrated how good they are at standard installations. Right equipment, right number of people, they knew what they were doing. They were fast, and a year later, I haven't had a single problem or concern.

We saw them working on our neighbors system, called the office and coordinated an appointment for the next time they would be back next door. They conducted the sprinkler tune up and also fixed an issue that the previous sprinkler company was unable to fix for one of zones. Unfortunately there was a valve that required repairing was under our shed :( . They avoided damaging the shed and instead went to the previous valve, ran new wire to where they could splice into the existing wire, past the tree roots, for the zone and viola it is now fixed.

Chris Kuntz has been helping with my Auto Part Stores for the irrigation startup and shutdowns for a year now. He is very professional and is honest. That is something that is hard to find in this day and age. I appreciate the communication and the determination to make our stores look great!

The technician came by my home to replace the control panel. He also went ahead and checked the system upon which he found a head that had disconnected from the line. He fixed the problem at no cost. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

I called the day before Thanksgiving with a busted pipe in the sprinkler that was causing my front yard to become a swamp. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and got a technician out that day! Chris Kuntz and his assistant were friendly, professional, and arrived on time. They stopped the leak and set an appointment for a few days out so the ground could dry. When they returned they were fast and efficient and very informative about the sprinkler system we have. I have owned my home for 22 years and my drain line was compromised and allowed Cypress roots to clog the piping. Joe Wylie came out and made several suggestions on how to best take care of the problem. After his quote I locked in a time for repair. Tony came out to do the work required. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went straight to work digging up the old line and kept me informed as to what he uncovered during the excavation and pipe removal process. Tony then discussed what options would be best to install the new line. Since I requested pipe that was not the norm, Tony walked me through the process of how he would have to attach the new pipe.

I am very pleased with Aquamax, from the work quote (Joe’s professionalism) to the the work done and cleanup (Tony’s hard work and open communication). I would use them again in a heartbeat for my irrigation needs.

An Aquamax journeyman (Chris Kuntz) and apprentice came in a large, well stocked truck. They really knew what they were doing. Three common area gardens had several leaks and a gusher in the drip system. They worked quickly and were efficient. I will ask for them for my next installation or repair.

Long story:
About 3 years ago we were in the market for sprinkler installation. We were very close to signing with Aquamax when a competitor begged us to go with them. We gave in and went with the competitor. BIG MISTAKE. Every year since we have had break down after breakdown. Timer dies, clogged sprinklers, sprinkler heads that pop off, drip lines that pop off, etc. This year enough was enough and we contacted Aquamax. Tony came out and did an assessment of our issues. He was very honest and insightful. We found out that the competitor used cheap sprinkler heads and left out important parts that attach to our drip lines as well as some other shortcut issues. Needless to say we were not too happy to hear this. We wasted no time and had Tony come back out and install the missing parts and replaced the majority of the bad sprinkler heads. It’s been a few weeks out and everything is working well! Thank you again Tony for your quality work and expertise!

Sprinkler Tech Chris Kuntz did a quick and great job fixing my sprinkler problem. He could tell right where to dig and immediately found the leak. There was no time wasted and he was done before I knew it.

Aquamax covered it as warranty work and there was no charge. I'll be calling them again next time we need sprinkler work.

Joe was able to provide us with a very good plan to irrigate our 1 acre yard at a competitive price. He also made himself available to answer all of our questions. Emilio and his team did an outstanding job on installation day. They were able to install the entire system in just over 8 hours and everything works perfectly. Emilio demonstrated each zone and ensured that we had adequate coverage. We are very happy with our experience.

Toney and Chris repaired several sprinkler heads and found a small leak I was unaware of. This team was courteous, efficient and listened well to what I needed help with. I would highly recommend this company and this team if you need sprinkler repairs. The price was excellent!

Once again had a superior experience with AquaMax Sprinklers. I had warranty work done and some additional work and I was beyond pleased not only with the work but how fast it was accomplished. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck Gray the technician. I will only ask and wait for Chuck for future appointments. He was pleasant and knowledgable and a good listener. Anything I requested was not a problem for Chuck. I am extremely happy with the work accomplished.

Aquamax arrived early and I told Chris what my concerns were and after checking he was able to find the problems very quickly. He knows very well what he is doing and fixed the problems within an hour. I was very impressed with Chris's work attitude and attention to detail. Only 1 concern I have is when I called to make the appt. the lady informed me I was to get a $15 discount. My bill does not reflex a discount or maybe it was deducted before the stated price was listed. It should have stated one way or the other. Great job anyway.

Aquamax Sprinkler System did kindergarten job and asked the professional pay with $125 per hour . If you didn’t agree the payment and not satisfied their job, the company will report police and said you want scam them in order to force you to pay that unfair amount.
They provided the estimated first, then they don’t follow the estimated price, the finally charge is by hourly rate, much more than estimated. It is fully not trustable company.
They did not follow whatever you need to do, they did whatever they like to do without note you.
We put the new grass and asking to make sprinkler heads longer, they have 2 people came, gave us the estimated $220 for about 10 sprinkler heads, then only one people was working and another was talking, then charged us $240 totally after a hour, and still left 5 heads same as before, when I asked them to finish those 5 heads and make them higher, they said they will charged to $270 totally, I asked why and the totally estimated was $220, already very expensive, they said they charge by hour, not estimated, and $125 per hour and they replaced 2 heads.
We are so disagree to pay this unfair amount; because they are not following the price they estimated; because they did not finish their job with estimated; because they don’t tell you they charge by hour before and left only one people was working, another was not, then spent more time and charge us more; because we never asked to replace the heads; because two people replace 2 sprinkler heads and extends 5 sprinkler heads needed more than one hour, still have not done yet, they are so not professional. We just want to pay whatever they should finish and estimated.
They didn't listen us, just want we pay this unfair amount, then this company called the police cheating police officer said we want scam them. This is my nightmarish experience.

From a typical "Do-it Yourself"er, Dustin & Jared were great and were able to quickly identify and fix the problem wiring in my system that was done incorrectly by another outfit. Prices were fair and the service made it well worth it!! I'll be calling them again if I have any other problems.

Aquamax is the best. They have helped me several times, but today, my sprinkler was on at section 1 and would not turn off. I bought this house recently and did not know where the sprinkler shut off valve was so water was pouring down the street. I called Aquamax, Devan gave me the cell phone Tony. I called Tony was in another city and was at my house in less than an hour and saved the day....

AquaMax guys were Awesome! They "Got the Job done!" And more importantly were very professional, courteous and were very informative! I had Carlos and David, and they were fantastic!

Carlos arrived as scheduled, and within 15 minutes he had identified all the sprinkler heads that needed replacing and had adjusted any that needed it. The entire job was completed in what I considered "record time". I will contact Aquamax again, if the need arises. Great Job!.

I recently purchased a 1930s vintage home in Highland Park that did not have an irrigation system. Robert, Tony and the folks at Aquamaxx did a great job installing the system. They have a professional crew that made the extra effort to preserve my yard. In addition, I needed them to add a few extra lines weeks after they initally completed the job. They came back out and treated me fairly. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
