CCS Sprinkler in Dallas

I just called for a quote. CS woman said they would only do new installs in Keller since they're out of McKinney and repairs only were outside their service area. I told her I wanted a full sprinkler install on a single family residence.

She then asks me where Keller is located. I told her the Keller is located north of FT Worth and she then informed me that an estimator would call to let me know if a new install in Keller would be worth their time.

She then tried to get a bunch of info from me, and I simply ask if I can just speak to the estimator and provide the info directly to him. She indignantly chuckled and got pretty snotty with me.

Why would she tell me that they'd only do new installs in Keller, not knowing where Keller even is, tell me it may not be worth their time, and then get snotty with me when I didn't want to provide her with a laundry list of info on job that they may not even want to do? Not professional AT ALL.

Our sprinkler system was broken and we called around. However after speaking with CCS I felt very comfortable. Jorge came and he was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and checked all the zones after the repair. I am so glad weI used them. Excellent service thank you so much.

Wow! I called another sprinkler company we'd used before at our last home but as I type this, he still hasn't called me back. (Worse his voicemail message instructs you not to leave multiple messages. What option do you have if he doesn't call you back promptly? Call another company!) Collin County Sprinkler came within 12 hours after my call, immediately answered my call, repaired multiple items in less than an hour and all for less than our water bill last month!!

I had these guys come out to repair my system but it turns out they misdiagnosed the issue and the problem actually worsened. I called to see if they were willing to at the very least see what the root issue was without being billed the minimum $120/hr fee, for which they were unwilling to do. Took the money, failed to deliver, and failed at service. Not a business I'd recommend to the wise.

Excellent work by Jorge. Also, the staff at the office were very nice and not bothered at all by my last-minute reschedule. Will tell my friends and call them again if needed.

They arrived on time, checked my sprinkler system for leaks, repaired two locations (one which we knew was broken, and the other they found) and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will call them again if anything breaks.

The team arrived exactly on time, fixed our issues quickly, and it was all done for a reasonable price. I will definitely use CCS Sprinkler again.

Great to work with, reasonably priced, and helpful with explaining our older system to us. Will definitely be calling them again for help with future issues and updates!
