I just wrapped a sprinkler repair project for my backyard in Carrolton, TX after installing my inground pool. Max Escamilla and his partner did a great job re-installing two new zones and repairing damaged wires after my pool build. I would definitely use them for any future project. The project was complete in one day and they came back the next day to do there final clean-up. They were also very affordable. I'd definitely recommend using them for your sprinkler projects in the Dallas area.

I had a few sprinklers zones that were not working. I had this company come and inspect, I paid the $90 inspection fee. They told me I needed two new valves, which would be $490 each to purchase and install, after a “discount”.

I found the parts online and they were $30. I asked the Company’s guy Why there’s such a big difference and if he could try calculating the price again, and he came up with no better price. Not negotiable.

I ended up doing more testing myself and discovered it was only a solenoid, not even an entire valve. I bought the part for $12 online, installed it myself in 2 minutes. Everything is working back to normal.

We enjoyed the high level of professionalism and expertise. We will recommend to our neighbors and call on Dallas Landscape and Irrigation for their services in the future. Max was a great technician too.

I was looking for a complete overhaul of my old and broken sprinkler system. DLI was immediately responsive, and we booked the site visit on the first phone call. Once we settled on the scope of the work and the price, I was shocked at how quickly the install guys were able to get out to my house and do the work. This worked out great for me, as I was looking to get this done fast, and they were ready to go. They arrived bright and early, had the new system up and running before lunch, and spent a good amount of time testing it and making sure it was running perfectly before they left. I've had zero problems since the install was completed a few weeks ago, and my yard is looking better than ever.

$150 to locate a valve. Which helps the next service company I hire to actually fix it. I don’t think this company wanted to.
$150 to add a new spay head. It doesn’t work.

I had them install my irrigation system for my front and back yards in the White Rock Lake area. Guy made the whole process very easy. They really worked through the whole system and considered pressures and flow rates. The system works great, and I had no issues.

Guy and his team did a great job installing a new irrigation system for us. Unfortunately for us, our 100 year old house provided a huge number of complications but Guy was able to help us clear every single hurdle. I had some very specific requests and the team took the time to make sure that everything I wanted was completed exactly as it should be. This is a revision to my original review, which was 5 stars. Without question, the initial quote I received, the quality of the installation and follow through on minor tweaks and adjustments, and communication during the initial job were hands down excellent. However, for service calls, there's and indifference about customer service. The initial quality in customer service and communication does not follow through to service calls. Max did come to move a few sprinkler heads due to a fence installation as well as some that were not placed properly originally. Additionally, he made some tweaks on spray patterns on 3 or 4 heads. I never was given an estimate or quote for the work. But I felt as an established customer, the cost of work would be reasonable. I got an invoice for well over $500+! It took less than 2 hours for all the work that was done. I paid the bill, but I doubt I'll use Dallas Landscape and Irrigation for maintenance again. One other issue, when ever you point something out to Max that you would prefer, he's quick to respond with an excuse to get out of complying with a request.

The installation was good and was mostly done in accordance with an Auto CAD design. We noticed some sprinkler heads weren't installed per design. When we brought this up to Max, he was quick with excuses.

Guy, who is a State licenced irrigator, secured the permit from the city, had the utilities marked, and coordinated the inspection with the city.

We had a system installed in the front and sides. When the back yard is landscaped, we will probably search for another company to expand the system because of our follow up experiences with Dallas Landscape and Irrigation.

If you want to pay $90 to have someone stroll your yard and look to see if the sprinkler heads work, but offer no additional help, this is your place. The yelp reviews are much more accurate, should have checked there first. The owner just blew it all off after i paid the bill.

I have used this company a couple of times and have always been happy with their work. For years I was told by other companies that I couldn't put another head on a cycle because of the water pressure. I had a very dry spot that never received water unless it rained. Max was able to connect a new head and covering a larger area - no change in pressure since he installed. Would highly recommend.

Great company! I had an unforeseen problem arise with my irrigation system, and these guys took care of it quickly.

These guys were quick to show up and fix a leak I had in my sprinkler system! They were kind, moved quickly, and did what they said they were going to do (which is always important). They also mentioned some other issues I had but did not try to up sell me whatsoever, that’s a big one for me. When I do need those additional issues fixed, I’ll go through these guys!

I was incredible impressed with Guy and the team at Dallas LAndscape and Irrigation. They installed a new rain gutter system for me and leveled and graded the soil away from the sides of my house not protected by the rain gutters.

The gutter colors exactly matched my trim and look phenomenal (my new neighbors are jealous) and the grading work was perfect. Honestly, I don't know how they did it, they they did it.

Guy Hollis at DLI gave me a detailed proposal that included optional upgrades. It was competitive and much more professional than the other proposals I received. Everything went well, and I'm very happy with my new yard!

They were very professional in their ability to take down this large tree we had next to our house in Dallas. The tree roots were causing problems with the foundation and the safety and care they took in taking this huge tree down was impressive. I recently used DALLAS LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION to lay a new sprinkler system and French drain at my house, and Guy and his crew did a fantastic job for me. Not only did they put in a top quality Rain Bird system, but they also prepared my lawn and laid St. Augustine sod, seeded one section of my backyard with fescue, removed a 30 year-old Live Oak from my front yard along with grinding down the stump, pruned my other oak trees (and neatly placed the limbs in my alley for the city to pick up), removed my old and dying hedges, installed gutters, prepared my flowerbeds and planted various plants for me. And each time I would add something else for Guy to do, I would always know exactly what the additional costs would be...in other words, there was no surprise involving my final invoice. I honestly can't say enough about Guy, Max, and the rest of their men. There was no job they couldn't handle for me (and I threw a lot of 'extras' at them).

I've lived in Plano for almost 40 years, and I've used lots off service companies for various types of work over this period of time, but I've never had such an 'easy' experience as this. Working with Dallas Landscape and Irrigation was as simple as could be.
