They made sure the entire system was working properly, that the heads were providing good coverage for my plants. I had two guys for my scheduled appointment, they updated me as to when they would arrive and they were on time. They immediately started working on repairs. I think they were a very reasonable price and a good value. I will continue to use Moore Sprinkler in the future and recommend them.

My sprinkler system was a mess. One zone stopped early, the next zone would not run at all and a later zone could only be stopped by unplugging the controller. In addition, some sprinklers were not functioning properly, and some sprinklers had been improperly covered by newly planted St. Augustine sod. Moore's team of two technicians located all of the problems and corrected them with adjustments and new parts at a very reasonable cost. My system is now working very well, and I will certainly call Moore again for future maintenance and repairs.

The controller for our sprinkler system didn't survive the last storm. We woke up to water running down the street. Moore Sprinkler was able to come out to diagnose the issue and replace the controller the same day.

When I called to schedule an appointment, the $165 hourly rate seemed high because I wasn't told that Moore would be sending two repairman. Alex and coworker were friendly, professional and worked quickly - they replaced/repaired eleven sprinklers in just one hour. There was little-to-no markup on parts, so I think the total cost was less than half what I think I would have paid another sprinkler company I used a few years ago. I definitely recommend Moore and will use them again.

I needed to have all the outdated valves on my sprinkler system replaced. Called Moore and they scheduled a time convenient with my schedule to come do the work. The two workers who came did the job skillfully, quickly, and thoroughly. I had them also upgrade the controller, and they patiently helped me figure out how to use the mobile app. They verified that everything worked perfectly before they left. I highly recommend Moore for anyone needing sprinkler repairs.

A day or two later I had call back to repair a leak in one of zones they repaired.
No problem, they came back and reattached the disconnected zone. All good. Warranty work. No charge for the reconnection. Good job guys.

The team figured out the problem and installed a few new sprinkler heads as well as adjusted some others. They even set my rainbird system to the correct watering days and times . Over charged would be an understatement

Don’t fall for the already high hourly charge. They’ll then mark up the parts 800% and add other parts that they say you need that you don’t. And charge 800% markup on those too. Let’s not forget to mention they charge you for glue, primer, wire nuts, etc.. All line items on your final bill. Surprised there wasn't a fee to get to the leak (that was accessible by removing a cover)
$400 for a leak repair, that the needed part on rainbird site cost $26.
I understand that time, trade experience, and employees cost money and incur a need for cost +. But the extreme price gouge is inexcusable.

I’ll wait until I get home to repair it myself next time.

This is my second time using Moores for a sprinkler issue. This time I had an underground leak from the sprinkler system in the front yard. I called and spoke to Lori, who provided an AWESOME customer experience and gave some advice on what to do until their team arrived on site. The Moores' team showed up on time for the estimate. Please note that Moores does charge for coming out for the estimate, however is worth it, because unlike another vendor that gave me a blind quote (which was quoted much higher), the Moore's team dug up the yard and showed me where I had several leaks due to the tree roots that grew causing the lines to rupture in multiple areas and explained what needed to be done in detail to resolve the issue. We scheduled a date for repair and when they arrived, they went to work, running new lines and fixing all the leaks. They even fixed a broken sprinkler (without me asking) and adjusted some of the other sprinklers, that were not within the leak problem areas, ensuring everything was working properly. Lastly, they were reasonably priced and since they finished earlier than quoted, it saved some additional funds. I really appreciate the Great customer service. Matthew was very professional. He carefully examine my entire system for leaks and identified the 1 we had an issue with. He also reviewed my watering schedule and suggested changes to save water asl well ans also replacing a sprinkler head that was malfunctioning. I think the most impressive thing was that we thought we had a leak in one area and Matthew felt that it was possibly just pooling from over watering, and instead of just aimlessly digging up the landscaping he suggested we adjust the water levels and watch it over the next few weeks. I was never over sold on anything we didn’t need.

We have used Moore Sprinkler for many years without any issues. Unfortunately, this time around, we had an issue with the replacement of a sprinkler head in the front yard.

- needed a 180 degree coverage (received 360 degree coverage,
so the driveway was being watered)
- tech forgot to place a nozzle in the head (water came out like a
garden hose)
- no dirt was replaced back in the hole near the head

I actually didn't have any issues with the workmanship (tech was new and being trained). My issue and the reason for the poor review is that their customer service dept wanted to charge me for an additional 30 min to get the head working properly. I feel strongly that we shouldn't have to pay twice for work that was done incorrectly.

Bill did a great job , he was able to get me in early , he went right work , took care of a couple of issues they popped up on the job . I was very pleased with his efforts !

When they could not meet at the arranged time due to a delay on the previous job they rerouted another truck quickly enough to make it work for me. Billy and Raymond were good and they were thorough. Instead of fixing only what I knew to be broken, they tested each sprinkler station and found other issues they then repaired. I will use them again.
