Hired them to install sprinklers and irrigation. The initial work was great. However, after the initial installation do not expect them to honor the 3 year materials and labor guarantee. After the installation I called them two separate occasion for an inspection due to concerns of a leak. But even after calling and leaving voicemails they did not return my calls or come out.

I recently used Precision Irrigation Systems for a residential irrigation project. Ralph West was very helpful to work with. He explained the entire process and designed a system that fit my landscaping needs. The price beat all other estimates I got for the job. The crew was very efficient and professional. They arrived on time and completed the job faster than estimated. They installed the system, cleaned up and left my yard in great shape. I will definitely call them for my next project.

They gave me more than I asked for in terms of zones at a price that was literally 20% less than five others that I got bids from. They used only top quality products, rainbird, which was a must for us. The crew was super nice, all of them. They opted
for more expensive rotary heads instead of spray heads merely based on what would work best, completely disregarding the increased cost. I was completely ignorant to what is better, but they definitely put quality first. I would highly recommend this company!

These guys were awesome. They were courteous, timely, and did a great job. We purchased a new home and it has a huge yard that needed a complete irrigation system. Their bid was very fair, they explained in detail how it would be installed, then suggested water saving devices and provided tips on how to lower our watering bills. The installers were highly professional. Later when we had other work done to our yard and they damaged some of the water lines that were installed, Precision came back out and fixed it and didn't ask for money. We worked with Ed. He oversaw the project and has proven to still be there if we ever need him.

Charles is extremely organized and detailed with the parts and labor - even the contract was laid out in an orderly fashion. Additionally, you could tell he really enjoys his job the way he explained details of why he uses the parts he does and shortcuts his competitors sometimes use. I verified what he said with some on-line research of my own. All workers are either certified or are in class to be certified. The team that installed the system cleaned up really well - proudly showing me their finished work. I got St. Augustine grass - 2 day delayed - but it is in beautiful condition (came from Florida). Forgot to mention the price was one of the lower ones. Not often do I feel so good writing a big check, but I really feel I got great value. Highly recommend.

The reason that I needed to hire them is that the previous company that I used to install my sprinkler system was so incompetent that I couldn't handle having them back out for fear of what they might mess up next.

We are very pleased with our system. Huge improvement is lawn in first week.

I'm pretty confused about the high ratings on this place, I was not happy. A sprinkler zone was not working and the guy on-site said I only had one option: to combine it with another zone (I did not want this). I called the manager and he explained I had TWO options. The on-site guy only gave me the easy option because I guess that's what he wanted to do. I later hired them again to move sprinklers for a new sidewalk and they did the bare minimum, and when it was over the the original bad zone was still not working and he tried to charge me for it a second time. Today the same zone is STILL not working and I was so unhappy with the service that I'm not even going to call them back. Just going to hire someone that can get the job done the first time. You win this time Precision, but you won't get my business again.

I had a great experience getting my sprinkler system repaired. The team showed up early and worked very hard to find my problem, which wasn't an easy one: the first solenoid in the irrigation system was not installed properly and was buried and difficult to find. This meant that none of the stations were getting water. It took several hours to locate it as the usual tools can't find a solenoid that is not wired to anything. Lots of digging! They charged a very fair price for the effort involved. I recommend Precision Irrigation Systems and will use them again.

I called and spoke to a real person to have someone out at my convenience. Kevin was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional - 20 years of experience! They took care of the city ordinance paperwork and put in a great sprinkler system. Construction was done in a day and Kevin provided a thorough hands-on training on how to operate everything. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

Young man named Raul came by on 06/20/2019 and installed a wall control unit. Initially, the quoted price was between $100-$150. After he installed it, he changed 3 heads. Total time spent was 90 minutes. The price went up to $250. When I questioned him about it, he dropped it to $200.

I had someone else from a different company come out the following week and noticed the following:
- 1 of the sprinkler heads he replaced did not have a nozzle
- 1 of the sprinkler heads he replaced was pointed towards the driveway and not the lawn
- 2 sprinkler heads he replaced were too high and would have easily been cut by a lawn mower
It was also determined one of the zones was losing pressure because a sprinkler head Raul replaced did not have a nozzle
Raul also said he needed to replace a valve, which would cost an additional $250. The new company fixed the problem by replacing a solenoid (a lot cheaper). I just feel Raul requires more experience and training but I also feel he was trying to charge me for a valve I did not need.

The team did a fantastic job, great communication, very efficient team. Great overview and time spent.

We were visiting my aunt's house in DFW and she had the most beautiful landscape lighting I have ever seen so we began discussing her sprinkler system/lighting and she even showed us how easy her sprinkler controller is to use. She said she really doesn't have to touch it unless there is a change in watering days and then it is super easy. Precision Irrigation Systems designed and planned the needs for our irrigation of lawn and flower beds. Once approved, they came and prepared the site, laid the pipe with fixtures, and then replaced the sod where the trenches were made. In a word it was a great dealing with Precision Irrigation. They replaced my entire system and they completed the entire job in one day. They added a swimming pool fill station and a foundation soaker. No more hoses for the pool or foundation soaking. Remote control for system works great. Install crew was great and even did a wonderful job tapping down all the trenches which made for a quick recovery of the turf area. My lawn and flower beds look better than ever and my water bill has gone down. Fair price and GREAT service.

After researching and receiving estimates from 3 different companies my husband and I were completely satified with our choice in having Precision Irrigation Systems come out and take care of our major Irrigation issues. This was the only irrigation company that came up with a solution that didn't involve overhauling everything and charging me a arm and a leg. My home builder wanted too much money for a very basic irrigation system. That's when I contacted Precision Irrigation to see what they could offer. With their help, I ended up with a plan for putting a sprinkler system in my front and back yards which could help my grass and flower beds survive the harsh conditions in Texas.

I have a large yard and Mr. West designed and installed a first class irrigation system. They gave me options to look at such as upgraded valves for longevity and a control system with a remote to help with hot spots or discovering clogged nozzle filters. The workmanship was first class and installation was done by the time promised. I would definitely recommend Ralph and his team!!!!

Precision Irrigation was the most efficient and professional company I have ever dealt with. Everything they said they would do was more than I actually expected. Precision installed dripped system in my planters as well as foundation watering system. In addition tree lighting was added.

This group were very neat and clean. When the job was finished, you could hardly see that any one had even worked in my yard!!! That alone was a huge plus!!!
