LED City makes Home Depot, as well as the surrounding LED stores in this area, look like a joke. This place is so huge that the inside has a model street inside, with park benches, street lights, and multiple “stores” inside divided by light.

The prices were very reasonable, and Anthony A was super helpful and knowledgeable about the types of lights, the kinds of parts we needed, and where we could find more options.

The fixtures were a fraction of the cost of designers like Ferguson, and no less interesting.

Fantastic store with very helpful knowledgeable staff

Found the same items on Amazon for a fraction of the price. When I tried to return my purchase they said they can only give store credit. And everything is overpriced! I guess I need to go through my credit card for a refund. Do better. Don’t shop here.

This place is a total waste of time no type of customer service. Not recommended

This is the first time I have purchased lights from them. This was a home “do-it-yourself” project. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through the wiring and what I needed to get the job done. I live 45 minutes from there and had an issue with one of the lights and after a few attempts and some “FaceTime” sessions we couldn’t get it to work. They sent out a tech and they replace the section that wasn’t working and had it fixed in an hour. My wife was throwing a party in a few a days so it was critical these worked and they stepped up and had me taken care of.

Went in early this morning to pick out lights for my kitchen and was out in no time. Michael seemed to really know his stuff and got me everything I needed for my project. Thank you. Will be back again..!

I inquired about a small LED job and at first, it was like pulling teeth to get someone to get back to me on the project I wanted (Inquired around July of 2021). When a gentleman did get back to me, he was helpful and took time to understand the project I wanted. I held off on starting the LED project sometime until the beginning of this year and contacted the gentleman who I had been communicating with previously.

After connecting again, we scheduled a time for me to visit him at LED City on Jan 29th and we discussed options for my project. I wanted to know what price range I was looking at for the project. He said he would have to get back to me on a quote after visiting with him. I finally received the quote this evening after two weeks of asking (Feb 15th price range quote received). I know my project is small and probably not a priority compared to bigger projects but it felt like I wasn't a priority, especially when I had to keep inquiring myself on price numerous times after we met. The price for the small project was more than I wanted to pay. I didn't receive any additional options on how the price could be reduced if using different materials/lights or any further options. Pretty much the response received was "Good luck" and that was that.

I don't recommend LED City since I didn't feel like my job was a priority since it wasn't a big project. If you have a small LED project, I would recommend going to another business. I wish I could have given LED City my business but with the lack of communication, slow times on receiving a quote, and no alternative options given to reduce project cost, I can't give them my business.

I just bought 30 LED fixtures for our new house. Skip the big box stores and go here for all your lighting needs.

Great experience with LED City! Visited for an item warranty. The folks there were courteous, the worked quite quickly getting the ball rolling on my claim, they were friendly and accommodating. All in all it took me about 10 minutes to take care of everything. Emilio was particularly helpful. Prices are also quite reasonable. Good folks, good business, good experience.👍👍

Very disappointed. I ordered 6 lights last March20th it is now July 16 and still haven't received them. I called a little over a month ago to find out what the deal was and the girl I spoke to told me that they haven't sent the order in yet because they wait until there are enough orders to send at one time since it will be coming out of china. I was going to cancel the order but then she told me that they would put the order out that day, obviously they didn't so today I cancelled and won't be doing business with this company again. They could have at least contacted me to keep me informed as to what was going on with the order but nope.

I drive past this business all the time and it's huge, looks like they have every type of fixture and bulb you would need. So, when I was looking for a 12" blacklight bulb, I thought this place would have it.
This business is located on a dead end street. The entrance is on the back side of the building. I almost blew it off because it was just so unusual. Once inside I found a small lobby that had 4 people sitting behind a counter. There was nothing on display. The guy that helped me was friendly, but told me they deal with home lighting and they don't have any specialty bulbs. I was disappointed and felt like I wasted my time, but it wasn't their fault. I was fooled by the size of their building.

Was impressed with the showroom style shopping. Was expecting more of a box on shelf kinda place. But everything was on display and powered to be able test and see actual applications and lighting effect. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the market for leds

My implementation looks amazing!

First, LC has all the proper components you may not know you need to accomplish what you want to do. i’ve wasted money on other strip/rope lighting from box stores and online.

Second, Emilio is a ROCK STAR sales engineer who took the time to understand what i was trying to accomplish and then very articulately outlined what i needed - type of led strips, appropriate power supplies, control units, special connectors and parts, and the remote or wall panels. Emilio walked me through the entire installation wiring topology for my 2 systems to achieve the type of control i wanted. i had a question next day and left a vm. Emilio called me back in 5 mins and answered all my questions - on his day off!

i put these lighting systems in a recording studio where the cool factor is a must, and the lighting Emilio hooked me up with are f’n amazing with brilliant, deep colors. thank you LED City and Emilio - ROCK STAR!

Great products from led lights to drivers/transformers. Whites, color changing strips, puck lights, multiple types of aluminum channels and diffusers, remotes, bulbs, can light trims. Just about everything you could want/need these guys have. Prices are competitive in the metroplex so you might find it a touch cheaper elsewhere on this or that item but on the balance I've not found anyone else with the selection and pricing as these guys. Super easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

You want leds? They have them. From a simple light bulb up to a fancy parking lot fixture.
They have it all. Very helpful sales associates to that will listen to your wants and needs and build you a nice package. We use them a lot for our undercounter tape lights.

There is a nice showroom to preview the LEDs, not exactly what I had in mind when I came in. You have to order behind the counter. The prices aren't all that great for a wholesale business. If you buy the same products online youll save quite a bit.

Spent sometime here, A young man tried helping and then it was time to close! I left my business card, they promise to call to give me price for the driver I needed. Never heard from them.... called them and I was told the item could be ordered ... would take days to get it... la la la... not at all enthusiastic about getting a customer matched with a 20.00 transformer!!! Can’t blame them but still... could just had said NO! The two stars are for the effort..

Superb place for lighting, no matter the application. I for one like to see products working in person to make judgement because there's only so much a photo will tell, and they've got the show room suited for it. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be returning soon for more lighting accessories.

I ordered some lights for our various projects in The Gambia, Africa including a school and community centre, Banjul ferry Terminal and outdoor security lighting for President Barrow's residence.

There were some initial questions I raised related to the operating voltage (220V in Gambia), the lumen output based on the install location and the power consumption, to help determine the solar panels we would need.

LED City were very patient in answering my questions; their technical support made recommendations based on differing location needs and confirmed that the lights would work with either 120V or 220V. I didn't feel pressurised to purchase their equipment after having my queries answered.

It's not often you find a online seller that provides great customer service with products to match, so it's good to be able to say I'm a very satisfied customer of LED City and will definitely be buying from them again.

I'll never buy light bulbs anywhere else. Priced led bulbs for a chandelier at Lowe's, one type of bulb, $80. Drove to LED City, better quality, better selection, and dedicated, one-on-one service - out the door in less than 10 minutes for $42...I'll never buy bulbs anywhere else.

Service is in total disarray. I own a commercial business and they have a product I can sell a lot of but the follow through is just not there. Service at the counter... Scattered and juggling customers. Emailed them to order on line...No response.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.

I requested service in order to retrofit led lights to existing fixtures in one of our restaurants and even though I tried to communicate with the sales reps, I never received follow up phone calls about my request or a written quote for the services to be provided. I talked to a manager and that still did not resolve the issue.

Frustration and disappointment can not describe how it felt to deal with this company. A complete let down. I would never use them again.

Emilio showed my wife and I many examples of the various LED options around the facility. He even took us to a storage room in the back of the facility to demonstrate the product we were considering.

He explained the installation process, made a quick diagram for me as I checked out, and we were on our way.

I installed the system yesterday in my entryway's recessed lighting area and it looks great. Much brighter than the fluorescent lighting that it replaced. Installation was a relatively easy.

My wife loves it and is looking around the house for other places to use the LED strips (and for for me to install of course).

I purchased brand new lighting for my house and I was blown away by how much lower my monthly electricity bill was. Not only that but the quality was awesome. I would totally recommend it!!

bought a LED Sign 3 years ago wanted to change the wording on it and stopped working on me took it to them to see how they could help me to get it back to work and its been over a month and have no response I asked if I could get another one on the mean time and they refused ask for a discount on another sign 10% off what a joke man I paid over $500 bucks for the first one to break 3 years later poor poor service !!!!!
