Don't use this company. We decuded to use them because of our landlord. They come out and start charging you whe. They leave the office or there current wedding site. They came out more than 4 times to fix my ac but it never got fixed properly. I have to call the. Every few month and all they do is come and reset a complicated system a average owner can't operate. They made clams that I was trying to pay there employees under the table. And the main manger doesn't understand basic business. If your the owner of the business understand that your employees need to listen to the customer specially when the Custer wants to show you evidence. If you accuse someone of something you should give them a chance set the misunderstanding straight. If you want to keep calling them because they can't fix the issue and want to keep paying for each visit use this company if not stay far away.

Not the best service. Very expensive once I received my invoice and did not complete the repair. Had to make multiple visits to complete a repair and ultimately I had to have another company complete the work. Not very apologetic. "Next time let us know so that we can fix it properly. - won't be a next time. - OK. No problem."

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the team at MIINC. They’re always delivering on time with exceptional service. Will continue to use them for years to come!

I had to use this company because the current landlord was using them. They came out many times to try to fix the problem but they never really fixed the issue. They charge a higher price than other company's and they can't fix the issue and you have to keep calling them every other week. If you want things not fixed properly and have to keep calling use this company if not there are many other company's like Johnson and sons
